The synthesis of two task-specific ionic liquids (TSILs) bearing 2-hydroxybenzylamine entities is described. These compounds are based on an imidazolium substructure onto which one hydrobenzylamine-complexing moiety is grafted. We have demonstrated that, whether pure or diluted, TSIL is able to extract americium ions. Furthermore, recovery of americium from the IL phase into a receiving phase can be achieved under acidic conditions. A possible mechanism for the metal-ion partitioning is presented, in which the extraction system is driven by an ion-exchange mechanism.  相似文献

Homoallylic alcohols were synthesized from aldehydes or ketones and allylic acetates, using an electrochemical process catalyzed by iron complexes. We first studied the reactivity of allyl acetate, using N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) or acetonitrile (AN) as solvent, FeBr(2) as catalyst, and Fe as the sacrificial anode. The design and synthesis of a library of novel families of 3-oxopiperazinium and perhydro-3-oxo-1,4-diazepinium derivatives is reported. The library was composed of 44 3-oxopiperazinium derivatives (11 of these compounds had a spiranic skeleton) and 22 perhydro-3-oxo-1,4-diazepinium compounds. The synthetic procedure involved a 6-step sequence carried out in solution, along with the use of solid-phase linked scavengers and microwave activation for the rapid removal of the excess of amine reagents. A final cyclization step performed under mild conditions led to the charged heterocyclic moiety. Screening of this library in two biological assays identified active compounds that inhibit the activity of the vanilloid receptor TRPV1 and modulators of the multidrug resistance phenomenon. Thus, this synthetic sequence represents a facile and convenient entry to unprecedented libraries of this sort of tetraalkylammonium derivatives that may be of use for identification of novel scaffolds of diverse biological activity.  相似文献

The electrochemical reduction of phenylazide or phenylacetylene diazonium salts leads to the grafting of azido or ethynyl groups onto the surface of carbon electrodes. In the presence of copper(I) catalyst, these azide- or alkyne-modified surfaces react efficiently and rapidly with compounds bearing an acetylene or azide function, thus forming a covalent 1,2,3-triazole linkage by means of click chemistry. This was illustrated with the surface coupling of ferrocenes functionalized with an ethynyl or azido group and the biomolecule biotin terminated by an acetylene group.  相似文献

A tricyclic tetraazatriacetic compound, which is a rigidified derivative of PCTA12 ligand with a cyclohexylene bridge replacing an ethylene one, was prepared. Two synthetic routes have been investigated, both of them implying a common functionalized triamine intermediate. Whatever the route, four synthetic steps were necessary to obtain the target tricyclic ligand. The more effective one (Route B) led to the desired compound in 19% overall yield from the triamine intermediate. The corresponding gadolinium complex of 1/1 stoichiometry was then prepared in order to evaluate it as potential contrast agent for MRI.  相似文献

We consider a semi-classical Schrödinger operator with a matrix-valued potential presenting eigenvalue crossings on isolated points. We obtain estimates for the boundary values of the resolvent under a generalized non-trapping assumption. As a consequence, we prove the smoothing effect of this operator, derive Strichartz type estimate for the propagator and get an existence theorem for a system of non-linear Schrödinger equations.  相似文献
