A large range of nanoparticles have been developed to encapsulate hydrophobic drugs. However, drug loading is usually less than 10 % or even 1 %. Now, core–shell nanoparticles are fabricated having exceptionally high drug loading up to 65 % (drug weight/the total weight of drug‐loaded nanoparticles) and high encapsulation efficiencies (>99 %) based on modular biomolecule templating. Bifunctional amphiphilic peptides are designed to not only stabilize hydrophobic drug nanoparticles but also induce biosilicification at the nanodrug particle surface thus forming drug‐core silica–shell nanocomposites. This platform technology is highly versatile for encapsulating various hydrophobic cargos. Furthermore, the high drug loading nanoparticles lead to better in vitro cytotoxic effects and in vivo suppression of tumor growth, highlighting the significance of using high drug‐loading nanoparticles.  相似文献

We consider various \(A_{\infty }\)-algebras of differential (super)forms, which are related to gauge theories and demonstrate explicitly how certain reformulations of gauge theories lead to the transfer of the corresponding \(A_{\infty }\)-structures. We introduce the notion of relative entropy for the weak solutions to the compressible Navier–Stokes system. In particular, we show that any finite energy weak solution satisfies a relative entropy inequality with respect to any couple of smooth functions satisfying relevant boundary conditions. As a corollary, we establish the weak-strong uniqueness property in the class of finite energy weak solutions, extending thus the classical result of Prodi and Serrin to the class of compressible fluid flows.  相似文献

The results of studying a number of reactions catalyzed by system based on macrocyclic receptors are presented. Rh complexes with modified calix[6]- and calix[4]arene were active in the hydroformylation of unsaturated compounds. Ru catalytic system based on cucurbit[6]uril was studied in hydrogen transfer hydrogenation of water insoluble aldehydes. Summary: The image forming process in photopolymer holographic film has been studied thoroughly. Many grow-curves, i.e. the curves describing the time dependence of the image grow, have been obtained by the special equipment (described in 1 ) under varying conditions. The varying concerns both the changes in film composition and exposition. The S-type form of the measured grow curves bring out some problem in interpreting them in the framework of the usual diffusion theories of photopolymer image growth. To overcome the problem we add the idea that polymer loses its mobility as it grows to the usual only diffusion theories and put down the more general immobilization-diffusion theory. 2  相似文献
