Synthesis, spectroscopic and electrochemical property of an unsymmetrical porphyrin and its Zn compound

<正>In this article,a new 5-(p-maleicaminophenyl)-10,15,20-triphenylporphyrin(H_2P) and relative zinc compound(ZnP) were synthesized and characterized by means of elemental analyses,UV-vis,IR,MS and ~1H NMR spectroscopies.Furthermore,we have investigated the fluorescence spectroscopy of these compounds.The oxidation and reduction properties of the compounds were studied by the cyclic voltarnmetry,the oxidation-reduction potentials were obtained.     

Convenient synthesis of chiral H4-BINOL via direct hydrogenation of BINOL

<正>A simple,highly effective hydrogenation of chiral BINOL to provide H_4-BINOL in multigram scale with good yield(up to 78% yield) was developed.A series of heterogeneous catalysts was tested in the hydrogenation;;the best result was obtained with 5%Pd/ C in EtOH under the H_2 pressure of 50 bar for 2 h.This method is a more useful method for practical synthesis of optically pure H_4- BINOL than other available methods.     

Two new ceramides from the stems of Piper betle L.

<正>Two new ceramides,(2S,3S,4R)-2-N-[(2'R)-2'-hydroxypentacosanoylamino]-nonacosane-1,3,4-triol(1) and(2S,3S,4R,8E)-2- N-[(2'R)-2'-hydroxytetracosanoylamino]-8-eicosylene-1,3,4-triol(2) have been isolated from the stems of Piper betle L.collected from Baoshan city of Yunnan Province in China.Their structures were determined by spectroscopic and chemical methods.     

Separation of gibberellin A4 from A4 and A7 mixture by selective complex

<正>Gibberellin A4 is effectively separated from mixture of gibberellin A4 and its analogue gibberellin A7,in the form of its crystalline complex with N,N,N',N'-tetramethylethylenediamine.After removing the tetramethylethylenediamine from the crystal by dilute HCl,gibberellin A4 is obtained a purity of 98.1%and a yield of 72.7%.     

Adaptive aberration correction of GRIN lenses for confocal endomicroscopy

Graded-index (GRIN) lenses serve as a key component for miniature endoscopes because of their small diameters and ease of assembly. However, the nonaplanatic nature of GRIN lenses causes inherent spatial aberrations that lower image resolution and sharpness. Here we present the diagnosis of the aberrations in GRIN probes and the use of adaptive optics to compensate for the wavefront errors in the endoscope. Two different operation schemes based on preset and in situ measurements are demonstrated, both resulting in a substantial reduction of the wavefront error from 0.42 to <0.1 μm.
