掺碳p型GaAs和InGaAs的金属有机物分子束外延生长

较为系统地研究了掺碳p型GaAs和InGaAs的金属有机物分子束外延(MOMBE)生长特性和电学特性。结果表明,衬底温度和分子束强度等生长条件对于样品的生长速率、空穴浓度及In组分含量等具有较大的影响,在InGaAs的生长中这种影响更为强烈。根据对实验结果的分析,可以认为,作为分子束源之一的TMGGa(CH₃)₃,trimethylgallium,三甲基镓的分解状态与生长条件的相关性,是引起生长速率和空穴浓度等变化的主要因素。 关键词：     

THE STOKES FLOW OF AN ARBITRARY PROLATE AXISYMMETRIC BODY TOWARDS AN INFINITE PLANE WALL

By distributing continuously the image Sampsonlets with respect to the plane and byapplying the constant density,the linear and the parabolic approximation,the analyticexpressions in closed form for flow field are obtained.The drag factor of the prolatespheroid and the Cassini oval are calculated for different slender ratios and differentdistances between the body and the plane.It is demonstrated that the proposed method issatisfactory both in convergence and accuracy.Comparison with existing results in the caseof prolate spheroid shows that the coincidence is quite good.

THE STOKES FLOW OF THE ROTATING DOUBLE SPHERES AND MULTIPLE SPHERES

In this paper the expressions for a kind of new rotlets in Stokes flow are derived. Bymeans of superposition of this new rotlets, the drag moment for rotating double spheres andmultiple spheres along the smae axis are presented. It has been demonstrated that dragmoment for each sphere is the linear function of its angular velocity.

前言 随着世界性的能源短缺,必然对各种热设备的性能设计的要求愈来愈高。例如,对于叉流换热器的热分析,过去总是假定来流进口温度是均匀的以便于分析和计算。实际上,来流温度的不均匀对叉流换热器的热性能是有影响的,在某些情况下,此影响是不能忽略的。如Bentwich分析了多通道逆流式换热器进口温度不均匀对有效度的影响。Chiou以单程、两边均不混合叉流换热器为例,沿用与来流温度均匀时相同的概念
