三片式硅基液晶激光投影显示中光学引擎的设计

 介绍了激光硅基液晶芯片的显示原理,针对硅基液晶光学引擎的特点,采用光学扩展量表征系统的光能利用率,并分析了光学扩展量的变化与光能利用率的关系。利用光学软件Zemax和Tracepro设计了三片式激光硅基液晶光学引擎。实验结果表明:此光学引擎体积小,光学扩展量小,照度均匀性高达到92%以上,能量利用率达到56%以上,满足设计要求。     

Determination of Mean Inner Potential by Electron Holography Along with Electron Dynamic Simulation

Off-axis electron holography in a field-emission-gun transmission electron microscope and electron dynamic simulation is used to determine the mean inner potential of copper.The phase shift of object wave versus specimen thickness is calculated up to 30 nm using electron dynamic formula,and the sample thickness is decided by match of the experimental and calculated phase shift.Based on the measured phase shift the calculated mean inner potential of Cu is 21.2V,which agrees with the reported values within the experimental error.     

Bright Soliton Solutions in Degenerate Femi Gas near Feshbach Resonance

For molecular and standard Bose-Einstein condensates and Fermi gases near Feshbach resonances, the general polytropic equation of states is P∝n γ＋1. According to the effective power γ≈0.5~1.3, we resolve the time-dependent nonlinear Schrodinger equation and find series bright solitons. The analysis could help in the search for matter-wave soliton trains in degenerate Femi gas.

考虑冷却模型的燃气轮机热力循环计算模型的研究

热力循环计算是燃气轮机性能分析和设计的重要手段。随着燃气轮机热力循环参数不断提高,热力循环计算必须要能对变工况下透平冷气需求量作出准确的估计,并考虑冷气在燃气轮机循环各环节的影响。本文基于适用于多轴燃气轮机热力循环计算模型,引入混合模型,结合气体掺混的Hartsel模型,建立了带冷却模型的热力循环计算模型。对某三轴MW级燃气轮机的变工况性能进行计算,通过与简化冷却模型的计算结果及实验数据的比较、分析,表明考虑混合模型的热力循环计算结果与实验数据具有更好的一致性。     

分析化学验证型实验考核方法的探索与实践*

针对验证型实验的特点,从实验结果、预习成绩、实验操作、实验报告和纪律卫生等5个方面制定了科学合理、客观公正的考核方法。实践证明,该考核方法巩固了基础理论知识,提升了学生实验操作水平,提高了实验教学质量。     

蔬菜中低碳脂肪酸及乳酸的气相色谱分析

使用4'-胆甾烯氧羰基苯并-15-冠-5(简称CH-B-15-C-5)气相色谱固定相建立了蔬菜中C1-C8脂肪酸及乳酸的定性、定量分析方法,测定的线性范围为0.10～50mg/L,RSD≤3.76%,回收率≥97.05%,该法快速、灵敏、准确,具有实用价值.     

A One-Dimensional Method for Calculating the Exit Wavefunction

We develop the multi-slice method for calculating wavefunction of a crystal consisting of atomic columns. The new method reduces numerical calculation from two dimensions to one dimension and is much faster than that of the traditional multi-slice method. The calculated result by the one-dimensional method is in agreement with that of the traditional one.     

一种四级自动复叠制冷循环的试验研究

提出了一种四级自动复叠制冷循环,搭建相应的试验装置,选取合理的混合工质及配比并成功制取了-140℃的低温。测量系统各级节流后的温度特性,并进行分析,指出混合工质配比对蒸发温度的影响。     

掺杂化合物K3C60晶体的结合能

利用点电荷模型，考虑各离子间的短程相互作用，主要了Ｋ３Ｃ６０晶体各离子和原胞的结合能，求得晶格常数ａ＝１４．５１Ａ，体积弹性模量Ｂ＝２６．２３ＧＰａ，与实验测量与相符；另外八面体空隙中钾离子的结合能很小，仅有０．１７ｅＶ，在３种离子中是最不稳定的。
