Single molecular nanoparticles (SMNPs) integrating imaging and therapeutic capabilities exhibit unparalleled advantages in cancer theranostics, ranging from excellent biocompatibility, high stability, prolonged blood lifetime to abundant tumor accumulation. Herein, we synthesize a sophisticated porphyrin nanocage that is further functionalized with twelve polyethylene glycol arms to prepare SMNPs ( porSMNPs ). The porphyrin nanocage embedded in porSMNPs can be utilized as a theranostic platform. PET imaging allows dynamic observation of the bio‐distribution of porSMNPs , confirming their excellent circulation time and preferential accumulation at the tumor site, which is attributed to the enhanced permeability and retention effect. Moreover, the cage structure significantly promotes the photosensitizing effect of porSMNs by inhibiting the π–π stacking interactions of the photosensitizers, ablating of the tumors without relapse by taking advantage of photodynamic therapy.  相似文献

Dense Si nano-dots with a surface area density of >1010 cm?2 were fabricated by excimer laser induced crystallization of 15 nm-thick amorphous Si thin films. The enhanced electron field emission characteristics were found from laser irradiated samples. The threshold electric field is as low as 9.8V/μm and the field enhancement factor can reach as large as 719, which is compatible with the other good cold cathode materials. The improvements in field emission behavior can be associated with the change in the surface morphology after laser irradiation as well as the enhanced internal electric field due to the formation of Si nano-dots within the films.  相似文献

基于同步辐射X射线的优越特性及计算机断层重建技术对材料无损检测等优点,同步辐射计算机断层重建技术被广泛应用于很多领域.本文对光源非均匀、过饱和以及过穿透的三种情形所引起同步辐射计算机断层技术重建误差的形成机理进行了分析研究,给出了三种情形所引起误差的基本形式.在此基础上,对这三种误差进行了数值模拟,模拟结果证实了分析的正确性. 关键词: 同步辐射 计算机断层 光源 误差  相似文献

A hierarchical model is developed to predict the streaming potential(SP) in the canaliculi of a loaded osteon. Canaliculi are assumed to run straight across the osteon annular cylinder wall, while disregarding the effect of lacuna. SP is generalized by the canalicular fluid flow. Analytical solutions are obtained for the canalicular fluid velocity, pressure, and SP. Results demonstrate that SP amplitude(SPA) is proportional to the pressure difference, strain amplitude, frequency, and strain rate amplitude. However, the key loading factor governing SP is the strain rate, which is a representative loading parameter under the specific physiological state. Moreover, SPA is independent of canalicular length. This model links external loads to the canalicular fluid pressure, velocity, and SP, which can facilitate further understanding of the mechanotransduction and electromechanotransduction mechanisms of bones.  相似文献

The title compound, poly[chlorido[μ4‐2,2′‐(2‐methylbenzimidazolium‐1,3‐diyl)diacetato]cadmium(II)], [Cd(C12H11N2O4)Cl]n, is an undulating two‐dimensional polymer consisting of a paddlewheel Cd2(CO2)4 cluster which lies on an inversion centre. These paddlewheel clusters act as four‐connected square building units interlinked via bridging zwitterionic dicarboxylate ligands into a corrugated layer which is consolidated by π–π interactions between benzene rings of benzimidazole groups. Neighbouring layers are further assembled via interlayer π–π interactions into a three‐dimensional supramolecular structure. The key feature of this study is the synthesis of a paddlewheel‐based polymer constructed with a novel multifunctional zwitterionic dicarboxylate ligand.  相似文献

Cyclopropane, dihydropyrrole, and azepane ring systems were synthesized conveniently from sulfinate-tethered triazoles. The divergent synthetic strategy started with the unique 1,3-sulfinate migration of an α-imino carbene. The efficient reaction allowed control of the zwitterion bearing multiple reactive sites depending on the increased stability of the resulting carbocation and anion. The sulfinate was converted to a sulfone after the group migration, and a stable anion bearing two electron-withdrawing groups was thus formed. Catalytic amounts of iodide acted as a switch for the synthesis of cyclopropanes and dihydropyrroles. The reaction merits including readily available substrates, mild reaction conditions, and excellent functional group compatibility qualified this protocol a possible synthetic tool for cyclic compounds, especially for N-heterocycles.  相似文献

In this paper a singularly perturbed Riccati equation is considered. The problem is solved by using a hybrid finite difference method on a Shishkin mesh. The method is composed of the midpoint upwind scheme and the backward Euler scheme based on the relation between the local mesh width and the perturbation parameter. It is proved that the scheme is almost second-order convergent, in the global maximum norm, independently of the singular perturbation parameter. Numerical experiments support the theoretical results.  相似文献
