数字散斑干涉技术在振动分析中的应用

首次将相移技术应用于频闪数字散斑干涉计量中,对物体的振动进行了定量分析.实验证明,这种方法有广泛的实用价值.另外,介绍了一套自动分析系统,讨论了各参数对测量结果的影响.     

A Study of Protein and Glycoprotein Syntheses in Pre-implantation Mouse Embryos Using Mini-2D-Electrophoresis, Video Densitometer Scanning and Computer-Image Analysis

In the present study, proteins and glycoproteins of mouse embryos at 2-cell,morula and blastocyst stages were analyzed.The techniques of ~(35)S-Met incorporation,ConA antiserum-precipitating ConA-binding proteins, mini-2D-electrophoresis, fluorography,video densitometer scanning and the computer-lmage system were used for analyses.Results of the investigations indicated that proteins and glycoproteins were synthesized by the embryos in a gradual increase manner from 2-cell to blastocyst. A relatively large amount of glycoproteins was synthesized during the morula and blastocyst stages.Two specific small glycoproteins respectively with molecular weights about 6500 and 9000 and PIs at 5.0 and 6.5 were apparently synthesized in the blastocyst but not in the 2-cell or the morula.     

Kinetic Studies of Electrochemical Oxidation of 1,3-Benzenedithiol

The electrochemical oxidation of 1, 3-benzenedithiol was investigated in a 0. 100 mol/L tetrabutylammonium perchlorate/acetonitrile electrolyte. The electrochemical techniques used were potential sweep, bulk electrolysis, rotating disc and the potential step method. The combination of the techniques yielded the number of electrons transferred per molecule, the reaction order, the transfer coefficient, the diffusion coefficient and concentration of dithiol anions, the standard heterogeneous rate constant as well as the formal potential and equilibrium constant of the preceeding dissociation reaction. This paper also illustrates the methods for studying the electrode kinetics of reactions which (a) involve a chemical reaction preceeding the electron-transfer process, (b) have insoluble polymer products, and (c) are totally irreversible.     

HPLC-MS/MS技术在中华绒螯蟹硝基呋喃类代谢物残留量检测中的应用

建立了中华绒螯蟹中硝基呋喃类代谢物残留量的液相色谱-串联质谱检测方法.取均质后的中华绒螯蟹可食部分样品,用盐酸水解组织中蛋白结合代谢物,经2-硝基苯甲醛37℃过夜衍生化,调节pH值至约7.0～7.4后,用乙酸乙酯提取,正己烷净化.选用电喷雾离子源,在正离子、多反应监测方式模式下进行定性,以同位素内标法进行定量.方法的检出限为0.5 μg·kg-1,工作曲线的线性范围为1.25～50.0 μg·L-1.在添加浓度为0.5～10.0 μg·kg-1的范围内,AMOZ、SEM、AHD和AOZ的回收率分别在92.8%～106%、84.5%～94.6%、80.6%～98.6%和88.4%～105%之间,相对标准偏差均小于10%.     

基于PROFIBUS注塑车间分布式监控系统的研究

随着塑料产品产量的增加,许多企业都建有一定规模的注塑车间.对车间内的注塑机进行有效的计算机监控管理,能及时掌握注塑机的运行状况,提高生产效率,提升企业信息化程度.采用一种基于PROFIBUS现场的总线技术,给出了注塑车间分布式监控系统的硬件组成原理、监控系统的功能及系统组态的实现,该系统可同时对多台注塑机进行现场及远程监控.     

磁控溅射技术制备ZnO透光薄膜

采用RF磁控溅射方法,在玻璃衬底上制备了择优取向的ZnO薄膜;通过台阶仪、X射线衍射技术、原子力显微镜和分光光度计分别测量了不同溅射功率条件下淀积的ZnO薄膜厚度(淀积速率)、结晶质量、表面形貌与粗糙度、透光光谱,报道了该薄膜结晶质量、薄膜粗糙度与其在可见光区透光率的关系.     

Crystal structure and magnetic properties of two new cobalt selenite halides: Co5(SeO3)4X2 (X=Cl, Br)

Two new isostructural cobalt selenite halides Co₅(SeO₃)₄Cl₂ and Co₅(SeO₃)₄Br₂ have been synthesized. They crystallize in the triclinic system space group P−1 with the following lattice parameters for Co₅(SeO₃)₄Cl₂: a=6.4935(8) Å, b=7.7288(8) Å, c=7.7443(10) Å, α=66.051(11)°, β=73.610(11)°, γ=81.268(9)°, and Z=1. The crystal structures were solved from single-crystal X-ray data, R1=3.73 and 4.03 for Co₅(SeO₃)₄Cl₂ and Co₅(SeO₃)₄Br₂, respectively. The new compounds are isostructural to Ni₅(SeO₃)₄Br₂.Magnetic susceptibility measurements on oriented single-crystalline samples show anisotropic response in a broad temperature range. The anisotropic susceptibility is quantitatively interpreted within the zero-field splitting schemes for Co²⁺ and Ni²⁺ ions. Sharp low-temperature susceptibility features, at T_N=18 and 20 K for Co₅(SeO₃)₄Cl₂ and Co₅(SeO₃)₄Br₂, respectively, are ascribed to antiferromagnetic ordering in a minority magnetic subsystem. In isostructural Ni₅(SeO₃)₄Br₂ magnetically ordered subsystem represents a majority fraction (T_N=46 K). Nevertheless, anisotropic susceptibility of Ni₅(SeO₃)₄Br₂ is dominated at low temperatures by a minority fraction, subject to single-ion anisotropy effects and increasing population of S_z=0 (singlet) ground state of octahedrally coordinated Ni²⁺.     

Characterization of a pectic polysaccharide from the fruit of <Emphasis Type="Italic">Ziziphus jujuba</Emphasis>

A pectic polysaccharide was isolated from the fruits of Ziziphus jujuba Mill. cv. jinsixiaozao Hort. and its structure was characterized by acid hydrolysis, methylation, and NMR spectroscopies. The purified fraction Ju-B-7 had a molecular mass of over 2000 kDa. Chemical and spectroscopic analyses indicated that Ju-B-7 is composed mainly of α-1,4-linked D-galactopyranosyluronic acid and 1,2-linked L-rhamnose with a molar ratio of 8.1:1. It can significantly stimulate spleen cell proliferation in vitro (P<0.01, 10 μmg/mL). Published in Khimiya Prirodnykh Soedinenii, No. 4, pp. 311–312, July–August, 2007.     

Effects of Substrate Temperature on Helium Content and Microstructure of Nanocrystalline Titanium Films

Helium-charged nanocrystalline titanium films have been deposited by HeAr magnetron co-sputtering. The effects of substrate temperature on the helium content and microstructure of the nanocrystalline titanium films have been studied. The results indicate that helium atoms with a high concentration are evenly incorporated in the deposited titanium films. When the substrate temperature increases from 60℃ to 350℃ while the other deposition＇parameters are fixed, the helium content decreases gradually from 38.6 at.% to 9.2at.%, which proves that nanocrystalline Ti films have a great helium storage capacity. The 20 angle of the Bragg peak of （002） crystal planes of the He-charged Ti film shifts to a lower angle and that of （100） crystal plane is unchanged as compared with that of the pure Ti film, which indicates that the lattice parameter c increases and a keeps at the primitive value. The grain refining and helium damage result in the diffraction peak broadening.     

模式评价理论模型及其应用

基于事前评价过程和自然界生物进化过程的相似性，提出了系统结构、系统结构模式和系统环境模式矩阵的概念，并根据系统结构、系统结构模式与系统环境模式矩阵的适应程度，建立了模式评价决策模型，制定了评价系统的评价分类准则，并对评价系统作了一定的理论分析．将此模型和方法应用于城市生态安全评价中，通过与模糊综合评价法的比较，表明了该评价模型和方法的优越性．
