Metal-free indoline dyes for dye-sensitized solar cells were studied by employing quantum chemistry methods.Comparative study of the properties of both ground and excited states of metal-free indoline dyes for dye-sensitized solar cells revealed: (i) as the number of rhodanine rings increases, the energy di?erence betweenHOMO and LUMO decreases and there is a red shift in the absorption spectrum with the binding energyincreased, and the transition dipole moment decreased; (ii) Based on an analysis of charge di?erential density,we observed that the charge and energy are transfered from the phenylethenyl to the indoline and rhodaninerings; (iii) The electron-hole coherences are mainly on the indoline and rhodanine rings, and the exciton sizesare 30 and 40 atoms for indoline dyes with one and two rhodanline rings, respectively. 采用固相反应法合成具有焦绿石立方结构的Bi1.5ZnNb1.5O7(BZN)陶瓷靶材,采用脉冲激光沉积法在Pt/SiO2/Si(100)基片上制备立方BZN薄膜。研究了沉积氧压的变化对薄膜的结晶性能,微观形貌以及介电性能的影响。结果表明:沉积的BZN薄膜都呈现出立方焦绿石单相结构,但是薄膜的取向随氧压变化而变化。当沉积氧压为10 Pa时,薄膜的(222)晶面拥有最强的择优取向。随着氧压的升高,BZN薄膜的介电常数明显降低。在10 Pa氧压下沉积的BZN薄膜展示出介电可调特性为5%(500 kV/cm)。 相似文献

在不同衬底温度条件下采用RF磁控溅射法在石英玻璃上沉积Al-H共掺杂ZnO薄膜.对所有样品进行晶体结构、表面形貌、电学、光学以及室温光致发光性能分析.结果表明:随着衬底温度的升高,ZnO薄膜的结晶度增加,晶粒增大,薄膜致密度增加;薄膜表面起伏变化减小;同时,电阻率最低达到7.58×10-4Ω·cm,透过率保持在75;左右.所有ZnO薄膜样品都以本征发光为主,Al-H共掺杂在一定程度降低ZnO薄膜缺陷发光的强度;随着衬底温度的升高,ZnO薄膜的本征发光强度明显增大;同时在能量为3.45 eV附近观察到了一个紫外发光峰. 相似文献

在不同溅射压强下,通过射频(RF)磁控溅射在石英玻璃衬底上沉积得到W掺杂ZnO薄膜(WZO).对样品的结晶性能,表面形貌和光学性能进行测试分析,结果表明:在适当溅射压强下,薄膜具有良好的结晶性和光学性能.随着溅射压强的增加,薄膜的结晶性先变好后变差,晶粒尺寸先增大后减小,在1.0 Pa时薄膜的结晶性最好,且晶粒尺寸最大,约为32 nm;所有WZO薄膜样品的平均透光率超过80;;光致发光主要由本征发光和缺陷引起的蓝光发光组成,在1.0Pa时薄膜还有明显的Zn;缺陷,在1.2Pa时薄膜有明显的Oi缺陷. 相似文献

基于贵金属纳米粒子的局域场增强效应,利用透射电子显微镜、紫外-可见分光光度计和荧光分光光度计等分析手段研究了纳米银粒子对表面吸附罗丹明B的光谱学性质的影响以及罗丹明B-纳米银体系中加入电解质离子后,电解质离子与纳米银、染料分子间的相互关系和作用.研究结果表明,当罗丹明B溶液的浓度小于0.6 μmol·L-1时,微量纳米银可使其荧光强度略增加,继续增加纳米银浓度则造成荧光强度下降.当罗丹明B溶液的浓度高于0.6 μmol·L-1时,纳米银总是引起溶液的荧光强度下降.KNO3、KCl、Ca(NO3)2、MgCl2和CaCl2电解质可造成纳米银粒子不同程度的聚集和生长.引起的纳米银粒子的聚集程度关系为:CaCl2>MgCl2>KCl>Ca(NO3)2>KNO3.随着电解质加入量的增加,溶液的荧光强度先下降,而后又逐渐增强,直至达到定值.各电解质对罗丹明B-Ag溶液的荧光强度影响强弱关系为Ca(NO3)2>CaCl2>MgCl2>Cl>KNO3. 相似文献

A set of perovskite-type catalysts of general formula La0.8Sr0.2Co0.5M0.5O3 (M = Co, Ni, Cu) were prepared by alanine solution combustion method and used successfully for the methane combustion. The property of these materials were characterized by XRD, and TPR measurements. The effects of transition-metal ions on site B on structure and performance of the catalysts were studied. The result indicated that the structure and catalytic activities of the catalysts can remarkably affect by transition-metal ions on site B, the decrease of the electrons filled in d orbitals in the atom on site B is propitious to increase the catalytic activity for methane combustion, and the sequences of catalysts activities are La0.8Sr0.2CoO3 τ; Ce0.8Sr0.2CoO3 τ; Nd0.8Sr0.2CoO3. 相似文献
