A new method for preparation of functionalized enamides by a nickel-catalyzed multicomponent coupling of ynamides, aldehydes, and silane has been developed. The coupling reaction proceeded in the presence of a nickel-IMes catalyst to give the corresponding gamma-silyloxyenamide derivative, which has an allylic alcohol moiety in the molecule, in a highly stereoselective manner.  相似文献

Stereodivergent construction of three contiguous stereocenters in catalytic doubly diastereoselective nitroaldol reactions of alpha-chiral aldehydes with nitroacetaldehyde dimethyl acetal using two types of heterobimetallic catalysts is described. A La-Li-BINOL (LLB) catalyst afforded anti,syn-nitroaldol products in >20:1-14:1 selectivity, and a Pd/La/Schiff base catalyst afforded complimentary syn,syn-nitroaldol products in 10:1-5:1 selectivity.  相似文献

An enzyme reaction converting prostaglandin D2 (PGD2) into 9alpha,11beta-prostaglandin F2 (9alpha,11beta-PGF2) by a human liver-originated recombinant dihydrodiol dehydrogenase 1 (DD1) has been studied using CE. Four prostaglandins, viz. PGD2, 9alpha,11beta-PGF2, PGE2, and PGF2a (see Fig. 1, the latter two major PGs are possibly coexisting compounds in the assay mixtures), were completely separated by using SDS or PEG as buffer additives. Because analysis times in the SDS system were shorter than in the PEG system, SDS was employed in measurements of the enzyme activity of DD1. The pH dependence and the reaction temperature dependence of enzyme activity have been studied. The present method enabled us to detect all of the participants in the enzyme reaction: PGD2, 9alpha,11beta-PGF2, nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate (NADPH), and NADP+. Thus, direct, comprehensive, and reliable analysis of the enzyme reaction becomes possible. Enzyme activity has hitherto been estimated indirectly from the decrease of fluorescence derived from NADPH as an index of progress of the enzyme reactions in batch methods employed in conventional studies. In addition, the low sample consumption characteristic of CE should be a significant advantage of the present method in characterization of less commonly available enzymes such as the recombinant species used in this work.  相似文献

A combined method of the Dirac–Hartree–Fock (DHF) method and the reference interaction-site model (RISM) theory is reported; this is the initial implementation of the coupling of the four-component relativistic electronic structure theory and an integral equation theory of molecular liquids. In the method, the DHF and RISM equations are solved self-consistently, and therefore the electronic structure of the solute, including relativistic effects, and the solvation structure are determined simultaneously. The formulation is constructed based on the variational principle with respect to the Helmholtz energy, and analytic free energy gradients are also derived using the variational property. The method is applied to the iodine ion (I), methyl iodide (CH3I), and hydrogen chalcogenide (H2X, where X = O–Po) in aqueous solutions, and the electronic structures of the solutes, as well as the solvation free energies and their component analysis, solvent distributions, and solute–solvent interactions, are discussed.  相似文献

A Si(111) surface modified with alpha,beta-unsaturated carboxyl groups was fabricated using activated alkynes such as propiolic acid and propiolic acid methyl ester via hydrosilylation reaction. The obtained coverage of carboxyl groups was roughly estimated to be 55-60% in both cases from the Si-2p and C-1s X-ray photoelectron specroscopy (XPS) peak intensities. The detailed surface structures were investigated by multiple internal reflection Fourier transform infrared (MIR-FTIR) measurement. It was revealed that this reaction was promoted by visible light irradiation at room temperature. The Si surface modified with functional groups prepared under such a moderate condition is adaptable to functional devices which are easily damaged under UV irradiation or high temperature conditions.  相似文献

Electrodeposition of zinc (Zn) at an aqueous ZnSO4/n-butylacetate (BuAc) interface (liquid/liquid (LL) interface) showed a potential oscillation in the region of the current density exceeding the diffusion-limited one, accompanied by formation of two-dimensional Zn film with a concentric pattern at the LL interface. In-situ optical microscopic inspections revealed that the oscillatory growth of the Zn film synchronized with meniscus oscillation of the LL interface. The vigorous growth of the deposits occurs only when the shape of the meniscus becomes hollow on the negative potential side of the potential oscillation. On the other hand, on the positive side, the meniscus becomes almost flat and the deposits formed in the preceding stage are thickened. A mechanism is proposed to explain the oscillatory Zn electrodeposition coupled with the meniscus oscillation, on the basis of the fact that the interfacial tension at the growing metal/aqueous solution interface is extremely large.  相似文献

Diastereoselective introduction of nucleophiles into l-proline derivatives at the 5-position was achieved with suitable selection of N-protecting group. N-Methoxycarbonylated or benzyloxycarbonylated l-proline derivatives reacted with arene to give cis-arylated products. On the other hand, N-benzoylated l-proline derivative preferentially gave trans-arylated product, which could be easily transformed into optically active C2-symmetrical pyrrolidine derivative. Such derivative 5 worked well as an organic activator in the asymmetric reduction of aromatic imines by Cl3SiH.  相似文献

Nafuredin (1) is converted to nafuredin-γ (2) under mild basic conditions and both compounds exhibit the same inhibitory activity and selectivity against NADH-fumarate reductase (complex I). The total synthesis of 2 was achieved by a convergent approach using Stille coupling. The structural elements required for inhibitory activity against NADH-fumarate reductase (complex I) were then investigated by evaluation of nafuredin-γ (2) and its structural analogues.  相似文献

Proteomic differential display analysis was performed on human renal cell carcinoma cell SN12C clones having different metastatic potentials by using 2-DE and LC-MS/MS. The SN12C cell clones were SN12C parent cell line, SN12C-clone 2, SN12C-clone 4, and SN12C-PM6. The SN12C parent cell line was established from an HRCC surgical specimen. SN12C-clone 4 has lower, and SN12C-clone 2 and SN12C-PM6 have higher metastatic potential than SN12C parent cells. We found eight protein spots whose expression level was different between low metastatic clones and high metastatic clones. The protein expression of three appeared to be higher in high metastatic clones than low metastatic clones, and that of other five protein spots appeared to be lower in high metastatic clones than low metastatic clones. These spots were selected, digested and analyzed by LC-MS/MS analysis, and they were identified by peptide sequencing tag. In high metastatic potential clones, two isoforms of ubiquitin carboxyl-terminal hydrolase isozyme L1 (UCH-L1) were downregulated. These results suggest that UCH-L1 expression seems to be associated with the metastatic potential of HRCC SN12C cell clones.  相似文献
