本文用分子动力学模拟研究了Ni熔体以不同冷速凝固后微观结构的演变规律, 并通过理论计算确定出了Ni熔体凝固后获得理想非晶的临界条件. 模拟结果发现冷速小于1011 K/s时, Ni 熔体凝固后形成晶态组织; 冷速在1011 K/s到1014.5 K/s之间时, Ni熔体凝固后形成由晶态结构与非晶态结构组成的混合组织. 冷速小于1010 K/s, Ni 熔体凝固后形成的晶态组织具有fcc结构; 冷速在1010 K/s到1014.5 K/s之间时, Ni熔体凝固后组织中的晶态由fcc和hcp结构层状镶嵌排列构成. 通过分析模拟结果和计算结果, 确定出了Ni熔体凝固后形成理想非晶的临界冷速为1014.5 K/s. 并发现Ni熔体中临界晶核(冷速等于1014.5 K/s)和亚临界晶核(冷速大于1014.5 K/s) 均由fcc和hcp组成层状偏聚结构, 这表明Ni熔体中生长的晶体、临界晶核和晶胚的结构是相同的.

High quality ZnO film was deposited by plasma-assisted metal-organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD). We observed a dominant peak at 34.6° due to (0 0 2) ZnO, which indicated that the growth of ZnO film was strongly C-oriented. The full-width at half-maximum (FWHM) of the -rocking curve was 0.56° indicating relatively small mosaicity. Photoluminescence (PL) measurement was performed at both room temperature and low temperature. Ultraviolet (UV) emission at 3.30 eV was found with high intensity at room temperature while the deep level transition was weakly observed at 2.513 eV. The ratio of the intensity of UV emission to that of deep level emission was as high as 193, which implied high quality of ZnO film. From PL spectrum at 10 K, we observed A-exciton emission at 3.377 eV and D°X bound exciton transition at 3.370 eV. The donor–acceptor transition and LO phonon replicas were observed at 3.333 and 3.241 eV respectively. Raman scattering was performed in back scattering at room temperature. The E2, A1(LO) and A1(TO) mode was seen at 437.6, 575.8 and 380 cm–1 respectively. In comparison with Raman spectrum of ZnO powder, we found that ZnO film was nearly free of strain, which indicated high crystal quality. 相似文献

We propose a novel geometry for a self-pumped phase conjugator that uses a +c-face incident configuration in a photorefractive pentagon-shaped 0°-cut BaTiO3 crystal for obtaining fast response in phase conjugation. A steady phase-conjugate output with a fast response time 0.4 s is obtained when the incident beam has a 4 W/cm2 intensity. The influences of position and angle on the temporal phase-conjugate response are also investigated. The advantage of this phase conjugator using this novel configuration is improved resolution of a phase-distorted image with a value as high as 128 lp/mm. 相似文献

目前离子发动机光学系统数值模拟大多采用PIC方法,由于该方法需要跟踪单个粒子的运动,因此需要存储每个粒子的位置信息与运动信息。传统的粒子模拟程序中,保存粒子信息大多采用数组的方式,但是采用这种方式存在弊端,例如对粒子总数变化的自适应不好。基于此开发了一种使用链式存储结构的粒子模拟程序,该程序使用带头节点的单向链表存储粒子信息。使用基于链式存储结构的PIC方法对离子发动机光学系统进行了粒子模拟,验证了链式粒子信息存储方法在粒子模拟中的可用性。模拟表明:(1)在粒子模拟中采用链式存储结构存储粒子信息,无需预先指定最大粒子总数,程序可自适应粒子总数的变化,因此无需进行试算,节省了计算时间;(2)在粒子模拟中采用链式存储结构,由于不存在内存资源的浪费,因而可显著提高程序的存储效率与计算效率。 相似文献

The intensity and lineshape of the Doppler-broadened 752.033-GHz (211 202) rotational transition of H2O has been studied passively using a high-resolution two-stage heterodyne radiometer with single-sideband system noise temperature of 45,000 K. The purpose of the experiments was to demonstrate the observability at submillimeter wavelengths of a high-altitude rocket plume simulated by a laboratory H2O jet in a vacuum chamber. First-stage mixing was accomplished by means of a GaAs Schottky diode with first local-oscillator power supplied by a CO2-laser pumped formic-acid laser (761.61 GHz), generating and X-band IF signal. Second localoscillator power was provided by a tunable C-band source. One-MHz resolution capability was obtained by means of a 3-GHz waveguide cavity filter with only 9-dB insertion loss. In the H2O jet experiments, the center frequency of the line was determined to within 1 MHz of the previously reported value. A rotational temperature 75 K, a linewidth 5 MHz, and a Doppler shift 3 MHz (from a 45-degree rotation of the flow direction) were measured with the line-of-sight intersecting the jet axis at a distance downstream of 30 nozzle diameters. 本文研究了云南甘草皂甙元(glyyunnansapogenin)等oleanane类化合物的核磁共振谱。运用PBB,INEPT,DEPT方法,并结合化学位移值规律归属了这些化合物的13C-NMR信号。总结出用角甲基的化学位移植范围判定角甲基的取代位置的方法,分析了角甲基被氧取代后对环的化学位移值的影响。按类似olean-12-en,18α-H方式考虑,归属了oleana-11,13(18)-diene化合物的13C-NMR信号。讨论了具30→18β内酯或2929→18α内酯类化合物的核磁谱规律。另外,还发现了DE环上有1个OAC取代时,与其偕碳质子的化学位移值规律。 相似文献

We study the correlation statistics of phonon radiations in a weakly driven optomechanical system. Three dominated scattering processes are identified by the scattering theory analytically and the master equation numerically, whose interplay determines the phonon statistical properties. Our results show that for the large detuning, the driving field off-resonant with the system induces a small emission rate of two anti-bunched phonons. For the resonant driving field, there is a relatively large emission rate of two bunched phonons. 相似文献

We consider the effects of quantum dot radius, confinement potential depth and controllable effective mass on the optical rectification coefficient (ORC) in spherical quantum dots, which is confined with Modified Kratzer–Coulomb Potential (MKCP). Using the Nikiforov–Uvarov method and compact density matrix theory, the ground state energy, ORC and wave function of electrons under the combined action of many factors are calculated. Politically-themed stocks mainly refer to stocks that benefit from the policies of politicians. This study gave the empirical analysis of the politically-themed stocks in the Republic of Korea and constructed politically-themed stock networks based on the Republic of Korea’s politically-themed stocks, derived mainly from politicians. To select politically-themed stocks, we calculated the daily politician sentiment index (PSI), which means politicians’ daily reputation using politicians’ search volume data and sentiment analysis results from politician-related text data. Additionally, we selected politically-themed stock candidates from politician-related search volume data. To measure causal relationships, we adopted entropy-based measures. We determined politically-themed stocks based on causal relationships from the rates of change of the PSI to their abnormal returns. To illustrate causal relationships between politically-themed stocks, we constructed politically-themed stock networks based on causal relationships using entropy-based approaches. Moreover, we experimented using politically-themed stocks in real-world situations from the schematized networks, focusing on politically-themed stock networks’ dynamic changes. We verified that the investment strategy using the PSI and politically-themed stocks that we selected could benchmark the main stock market indices such as the KOSPI and KOSDAQ around political events. 相似文献
