A new diacylated 8-C-glucosylanthocyanin was isolated from the purple flowers of Tricyrtis formosana 'Fujimusume' as one of the major anthocyanins along with four known pigments. The structure of this pigment was determined to be 8-C-(6-O-trans-sinapoyl)-beta-glucopyranosylcyanidin 3-O-(6-O-malonyl-beta-glucopyranoside) by chemical and spectroscopic methods. In addition, four known pigments, 8-C-glucosylcyanidin 3-malonylglucoside, cyanidin 3-glucoside, cyanidin 3-rutinoside and cyanidin 3-malonylglucoside, were identified as the major anthocyanins in the flowers. 相似文献

The purpose of this study was to improve the impact toughness of sugar-coated tablets manufactured by a dusting method. The effects of sugar-coating formulations, which were the sugar-coating suspension formulations and the dusting powder formulations, on impact toughness of sugar-coated tablets were investigated. Impact toughness of sugar-coated tablets was measured by the friability test. We found that the dusting powder formulation was a control factor in impact toughness of sugar-coated tablets manufactured by the dusting method. The dusting method using dusting powder containing 20% microcrystalline cellulose (MCC, Avicel PH-F20) was a useful method for improvement of the impact toughness of sugar-coated tablets. The mechanism of improvement of impact toughness was that MCC in the subcoating layer resulted in a tight bond between the subcoating layer and the smoothing layer and prevented separation of the two layers on impact, because MCC improved the wettability of the subcoating layer, increased the surface roughness of the subcoating layer, and played the role of a binder between the two layers. We confirmed that the MCC between the subcoating layer and the smoothing layer acts to prevent separation of the two layers by impact. We demonstrated that MCC is a suitable material for sugar-coating in order to improve the impact toughness of sugar-coated tablets. 相似文献

Their absolute stereostructures were determined on the basis of chemical and physicochemical evidence. An ultrathin polyion complex (PIC) layer containing β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) was formed on the surface of a charged base membrane. Thus, a positively charged copolymer containing β-CD was synthesized by the radical copolymerization of β-CD monomer and allylamine, and was used to modify the surface of a Nafion membrane containing negatively charged fixed ions. Electron spectroscopy for chemical analysis (ESCA) confirmed the presence of the copolymer on the surface of the Nafion membrane due to the formation of a PIC layer. The ability of the membrane to separate organic isomer mixtures was tested by the pervaporation technique, using butanol isomer mixtures as the feed model. The membrane exhibited a good selectivity toward butanol isomers, indicating the effectiveness of β-CD as a selective fixed carrier for the isomers. 相似文献

To obtain reproducible migration times and rapid analyses of analytes, sulfonate groups were chemically introduced to the inner wall of untreated fused-silica capillary with 2-(4-chlorosulfonylphenyl)ethyltrichlorosilane. The sulfonated capillary showed relatively constant electroosmotic mobility which was greater than that obtained by an untreated fused-silica capillary over the pH range studied (pH 2-9). In both CZE and MEKC, the RSDs of the migration times of analytes with the sulfonated capillary were less than 0.2% which were significantly lower than those obtained with an untreated fused-silica capillary (0.5-3.5%). When BGE were set at pH 7.0 for CZE and MEKC, the analysis times with the sulfonated capillary were about half those obtained with an untreated fused-silica capillary. These results indicate that the sulfonated capillary can provide highly reproducible and rapid analyses in CE. 相似文献

A simple procedure for the determination of glyoxal in dialdehyde fragments, formed from glycosides by periodate oxidation, is proposed. By heating sample solutions prepared by dilution of reaction mixtures for periodate oxidation, with an aqueous dimethylsulfoxide solution of 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine hydrochloride. followed by addition of an aqueous ethanolic solution of potassium hydroxide, intense color with an absorption maximum at 576 nm developed. The spectrophotoinetric method based on this color reaction makes it possible to determine selectively 1·10?2–2·10?1 μmole amounts of conjugated glyoxal without a prior liberation process. Data for glyoxal content obtained by this procedure are discussed in relation to overoxidation. 相似文献
