An efficient one‐pot assembly of all‐carbon spiro‐oxindole compounds from non‐oxindole‐based materials has been developed through a palladium‐catalyzed asymmetric Heck/carbonylative lactonization and lactamization sequence. Diversified spirooxindole γ‐and δ‐lactones/lactams were accessed in high yields with good to excellent enantioselectivities (up to 99 % ee) under mild reaction conditions. The natural product coixspirolactam A was conveniently synthesized by applying the current methodology, and thus its absolute configuration was elucidated for the first time. Asymmetric synthesis of an effective CRTH2 receptor antagonist has also been demonstrated utilizing this method in the key step. 相似文献

The adsorption behaviour of the CdII–MOF {[Cd(L)2(ClO4)2]·H2O ( 1 ), where L is 4‐amino‐3,5‐bis[3‐(pyridin‐4‐yl)phenyl]‐1,2,4‐triazole, for butan‐2‐one was investigated in a single‐crystal‐to‐single‐crystal (SCSC) fashion. A new host–guest system that encapsulated butan‐2‐one molecules, namely poly[[bis{μ3‐4‐amino‐3,5‐bis[3‐(pyridin‐4‐yl)phenyl]‐1,2,4‐triazole}cadmium(II)] bis(perchlorate) butanone sesquisolvate], {[Cd(C24H18N6)2](ClO4)2·1.5C4H8O}n, denoted C4H8O@Cd‐MOF ( 2 ), was obtained via an SCSC transformation. MOF 2 crystallizes in the tetragonal space group P43212. The specific binding sites for butan‐2‐one in the host were determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction studies. N—H…O and C—H…O hydrogen‐bonding interactions and C—H…π interactions between the framework, ClO4? anions and guest molecules co‐operatively bind 1.5 butan‐2‐one molecules within the channels. The adsorption behaviour was further evidenced by 1H NMR, IR, TGA and powder X‐ray diffraction experiments, which are consistent with the single‐crystal X‐ray analysis. A 1H NMR experiment demonstrates that the supramolecular interactions between the framework, ClO4? anions and guest molecules in MOF 2 lead to a high butan‐2‐one uptake in the channel. 相似文献

Carrier recombination and electron spin relaxation dynamics in asymmetric n-doped (110) GaAs/AlGaAs quantum wells are investigated with time-resolved pump-probe spectroscopy. The experiment results reveal that the measured carrier recombination time depends strongly on the polarization of pump pulse. With the same pump photon flux densities, the recombination time of spin-polarized carriers is always longer than that of the spin-balanced carriers except at low pump photon flux densities, this anomaly originates from the polarization-sensitive nonlinear absorption effect. Differing from the traditional views, in the low carrier density regime, the D'yakonov–Perel' (DP) mechanism can be more important than the Bir–Aronov–Pikus (BAP) mechanism, since the DP mechanism takes effect, the spin relaxation time in (110) GaAs QWs is shortened obviously via asymmetric doping. 相似文献

通过添加少量silicalite-1做为活性晶种在较宽的SiO2/Al2O3比范围内制备得到了小晶粒ZSM-5沸石,对所得样品进行X射线衍射(XRD),扫描电子显微镜(SEM),透射电子显微镜(TEM),N2吸附-脱附,氨程序升温脱附(NH3-TPD)以及吡啶吸附红外(Py-IR)表征。研究结果表明活性晶种能有效导向生成ZSM-5沸石,避免杂晶形成并可减小所得沸石的晶粒尺寸;所得ZSM-5在低硅铝比(SiO2/Al2O3 ratio = 30)时呈纳米颗粒聚集体形貌,具有多级孔道结构性质;在较高硅铝比时(SiO2/Al2O3 ratio = 60–120)呈小晶粒形貌,颗粒尺寸大约200 nm。值得注意的是由胶态晶种引入的少量TPAOH不完全堵塞沸石的微孔孔道,因此所得所有沸石均无需提前焙烧除去模板剂即可进行离子交换得到具有酸性的H型ZSM-5沸石,所得酸性H型ZSM-5沸石具有和常规方法得到的相同SiO2/Al2O3比的ZSM-5相似的酸类型、强度和酸量,在催化甲醇转化制备烯烃时呈现出相似的甲醇转化率和烯烃选择性。与常规ZSM-5制备方法比较,该方法能够大大减少模板剂的使用量,避免了样品离子交换前的焙烧,方法绿色清洁、成本低廉,具有很好的潜在的工业应用前景。 相似文献

A common method of three-dimensional (3D) cell cultures is embedding single cells in Matrigel. Separated cells in Matrigel migrate or grow to form spheroids but lack cell-to-cell interaction, which causes difficulty or delay in forming mature spheroids. To address this issue, we proposed a 3D aggregated spheroid model (ASM) to create large single spheroids by aggregating cells in Matrigel attached to the surface of 96-pillar plates. Before gelling the Matrigel, we placed the pillar inserts into blank wells where gravity allowed the cells to gather at the curved end. In a drug screening assay, the ASM with Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cell lines showed higher drug resistance compared to both a conventional spheroid model (CSM) and a two-dimensional (2D) cell culture model. With protein expression, cytokine activation, and penetration analysis, the ASM showed higher expression of cancer markers associated with proliferation (p-AKT, p-Erk), tight junction formation (Fibronectin, ZO-1, Occludin), and epithelial cell identity (E-cadherin) in HCC cells. Furthermore, cytokine factors were increased, which were associated with immune cell recruitment/activation (MIF-3α), extracellular matrix regulation (TIMP-2), cancer interaction (IL-8, TGF-β2), and angiogenesis regulation (VEGF-A). Compared to CSM, the ASM also showed limited drug penetration in doxorubicin, which appears in tissues in vivo. Thus, the proposed ASM better recapitulated the tumor microenvironment and can provide for more instructive data during in vitro drug screening assays of tumor cells and improved prediction of efficacious drugs in HCC patients. 相似文献
