The synthesis of stable nanoparticle colloids by laser ablation of the copper target in water and fragmentation of Cu + CuO nanopowder with pulsed fiber laser irradiation with a wavelength of 1064 nm and pulse duration of 100 ns has been investigated experimentally. The influence of the technological parameters on the nanoparticle size and stability of the colloid has been studied. It has been shown that the laser ablation creates the CuO spherical nanoparticles. Subsequent fragmentation makes it possible to reduce the nanoparticle size in a colloid and to produce a stable colloidal solution from an aqueous suspension of Cu + CuO nanopowder.  相似文献

Crack‐free, rod‐shaped single crystals of undoped and 0.5, 0.7 and 1.0 mol% ZrO2‐doped LiNbO3 with a near‐stoichiometric composition were grown by the micro‐pulling down (μ‐PD) method. The structural properties of the grown crystals were examined by powder X‐ray diffraction (XRD). Electron probe micro analysis (EPMA) of the near‐stoichiometric LiNbO3 single crystals revealed the homogeneous incorporation of Zr ions. The interaction of the Negishi reagent Cp2ZrBun 2 with 1,4-bis(tert-butyl)butadiyne ButC≡C-C≡CBut leads to four products: a five-membered zirconacyclocumulene complex Cp2Zr(η4-ButC4But) (2) synthesized earlier by another method, the previously unknown seven-membered zirconacyclocumulene Cp2Zr[η4-ButC4(But)-C(C2But)=CBut] (3) as well as small amounts of the zirconocene binuclear butatrienyl complex Cp2(Bun)Zr(ButC4But)Zr(Bun)Cp2 (4), and the dimeric acetylide [Cp2ZrC≡CBut]2 (5). Comprehensive study of depolarization field bulk screening was carried out in lithium niobate and lithium tantalate single crystals with various stoichiometry. Three used complementary methods are based on: 1) dependence of coercive field on delay time; 2) decrease of optical contrast of domain wall trace; 3) relaxation of light diffraction intensity on domain walls. The following parameters of bulk screening process were obtained: relaxation time constants, type of relaxation law, maximal value of bias field and “true” value of coercive field. Advantages and disadvantages of used experimental methods were analyzed.  相似文献

Self-similar surface structures composed of nanodomain rays, which are formed in congruent lithium niobate single crystals under pulsed laser irradiation, are investigated. The computer simulation of the formation of the domain structure is performed using the experimentally revealed rules of ray growth. It is demonstrated that the domain structures formed are fractal objects with a limited range of scaling.  相似文献

The electronic transport and response in the terahertz range are studied in field-effect GaAs/AlGaAs transistors with a two-dimensional high-mobility electron gas. The special interest expressed in such transistors stems from the possibility of developing terahertz-range radiation detectors and generators on the basis of these devices. Measurements of the value and the magnetic-field dependence of the drain-source resistance are used to estimate the electron density and mobility in the transistor channel. We deal with languages that are classes of fully invariant congruences on free semigroups of finite rank. The question is posed as to whether a given fully invariant congruence coincides with a syntactic congruence of the language in question. If all classes of a given fully invariant congruence are rational languages, the corresponding variety is then said to be rational. A number of properties of rational varieties is established—in particular, we point to the way in which they are related to finite varieties. The deposition of K2[Ru4(CO)13], K2[Os3(CO)11], K2[Fe2(CO)8], and K[Re(CO)5] onto graphite-like carbon “Sibunit” followed by the thermal decomposition of the supported carbonylmetallate in a flow of dihydrogen or argon affords systems capable of activating C-H bonds of methane, ethylene, and acetylene and of introducing them into hydrogen-deuterium exchange reactions. In the case of ethylene and acetylene, the isotope exchange proceeds at room temperature, while in the case of methane reaction temperatures not lower than 150 °C are needed.  相似文献
