For a real measure with variation V(x) satisfying the estimate V(x) ≤ c 0 exp(Cx) and for the Laplace transform holomorphic in the disk {¦ -C¦ ≤ C} and having at least one pole of order m, we obtain lower bounds for the positive and negative parts of the measure V ± (x) > cx m , x > x 0. We establish lower bounds for V +- (x) on “short” intervals. Applications to number theory of the results obtained are considered.  相似文献

The synthesis of a block copolymer poly(vinyl chloride)‐b‐poly(n‐butyl acrylate)‐b‐poly(vinyl chloride) is reported. This new material was synthesized by single‐electron‐transfer/degenerative‐chain‐transfer‐mediated living radical polymerization (SET‐DTLRP) in two steps. First, a bifunctional macroinitiator of α,ω‐di(iodo)poly (butyl acrylate) [α,ω‐di(iodo)PBA] was synthesized by SET‐DTLRP in water at 25 °C. The macroinitiator was further reinitiated by SET‐DTLRP, leading to the formation of the desired product. This ABA block copolymer was synthesized with high initiator efficiency. The kinetics of the copolymerization reaction was studied for two PBA macroinitiators with number–average molecular weight of 10 k and 20 k. The relationship between the conversion and the number–average molecular weight was found to be linear. The dynamic mechanical thermal analysis suggests just one phase, indicating that copolymer behaves as a single material with no phase separation. This methodology provides the access to several block copolymers and other complex architectures that result from combinations of thermoplastics (PVC) and elastomers (PBA). From industrial standpoint, this process is attractive, because of easy experimental setup and the environmental friendly reaction medium. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Living radical polymerization of n‐butyl acrylate was achieved by single electron transfer/degenerative‐chain transfer mediated living radical polymerization in water catalyzed by sodium dithionate. The plots of number–average molecular weight versus conversion and ln[M]0/[M] versus time are linear, indicating a controlled polymerization. This methodology leads to the preparation of α,ω‐di(iodo) poly (butyl acrylate) (α,ω‐di(iodo)PBA) macroinitiators. The influence of polymerization degree ([monomer]/[initiator]), amount of catalyst, concentration of suspending agents and temperature were studied. The molecular weight distributions were determined using a combination of three detectors (TriSEC): right‐angle light scattering (RALLS), a differential viscometer (DV), and refractive index (RI). The methodology studied in this work represents a possible route to prepare well‐tailored macromolecules made of butyl acrylate in an environmental friendly reaction medium. The present work adapts a recent grating theory called “Fast Fourier factorization” to cylindrical coordinates in order to study microstructured optical fibers (MOFs). Compared with the classical differential method, this new differential method takes into account the truncation of Fourier series and the discontinuities of the fields across the diffracting surface with the help of new factorization rules. The main advantage of this method is that the directrix of the diffracting cylindrical surface is arbitrary and permits anisotropic and inhomogeneous media although its numerical application needs longer computation time, compared with other well-known numerical methods. The S-propagation algorithm is used to avoid numerical contaminations. The numerical results are validated and compared with the well-established Multipole method in the case of a MOF with six circular cylinders. Further, a new cross-sectional profile (with sectorial inclusions) that the Multipole method cannot consider is studied.  相似文献

The galvanomagnetic and thermoelectric properties of n-Bi2-x SbxTe3-y-z SeySz multicomponent solid solutions with atomic substitutions (Sb → Bi; Se, S → Te) are studied. The principal components of the effective mass tensor (m 1, m 2, m 3) for the isotropic mechanism of charge carrier scattering are determined within a many-valley model of the energy spectrum for compositions 0.08 ≤ x ≤ 0.4 and 0.06 ≤ y = z ≤ 0.15. The effect of a variation in the parameters of the constant-energy surface on the thermoelectric efficiency is analyzed for different compositions and carrier concentrations in solid solutions.  相似文献

The simplest gauge theory of an elastic-plastic medium is considered in this paper that takes account of just translational plasticity. The equations of motion for such a model turn out to be linear and permit the normal modes spectrum of a medium to be obtained. The influence of a magnetic field on the motion and radiation of an electron is considered for planar channeling in a monocrystal. It is shown that discrete levels analogous to Landau levels appear in the super-barrier domain of transverse energies instead of a continuous spectrum. The spectral composition and intensity of anomalous and normal waves are computed. Reaction of C60 fullerene with ferrocene in the presence of aluminum chloride and aluminum in an inert atmosphere gave ferrocenyl-substituted fullerene 2C60 ·1.5(C5H5)2Fe ·3H2O. The product is a thermally stable iron-containing carbon cage in which the intersphere cavity is formed by three C60 polyhedra and is closed by cyclopentadienyl ligands via formation of four carbon-carbon bonds.  相似文献
