利用MetaMorph软件定量分析了中国莲(Nelumbo mucifera Gaertn.)每条前中期染色体上(从短臂到长臂)二脒基苯基吲哚(DAPI)荧光强度的变化，结合染色体的相对长度和臂比作为辅助参数，构建了中国莲前中期染色体的定量染色体图．该定量染色体图是实际的前中期染色体的一种直观模式，可识别中国莲基因组中每条染色体以及分析染色体上的异染色质分布，为莲的细胞遗传学研究提供了一种新的方法．     

Ultrasonic investigation of amorphous carbon in various frequencies at low temperatures from 2.1 to 300 K

Using pulse echo overlap measurement, the elastic behavior of amorphous carbon has been studied at ambient and low temperatures. The smaller ratio B/G of the bulk modulus to shear modulus and smaller Poisson's ratio σ at room temperature indicate that there is an intrinsic stiffening of transverse acoustic phonons in the amorphous carbon. The acoustic velocity and attenuation for longitudinal modes have been measured between 2.1 and 300 K at three frequencies of 7, 21 and 35 MHz, respectively. Their frequency and temperature dependence are observed. The elastic constant C₁₁ increases with decreasing temperature and show enhanced stiffening at low temperatures. In the 130-220 K region, the abnormal change and effect of longitudinal velocity and attenuation with temperature and frequency, and a phase transition associated with structure relaxations are discussed.     

The Relationship Between Stock Markets Of Major Developed Countries And Asian Emerging Markets

With the emergence of new capital markets and liberalization of stock markets in recent years, there has been an increase in investors' interest in international diversification. This is so because international diversification allows investors to have a larger basket of foreign securities to choose from as part of their portfolio assets, so as to enhance the reward-to-volatility ratio. This benefit would be limited if national equity markets tend to move together in the long run. This paper thus studies the issue of co-movement between stock markets in major developed countries and those in Asian emerging markets using the concept of cointegration. We find that there is co-movement between some of the developed and emerging markets, but some emerging markets do differ from the developed markets with which they share a long-run equilibrium relationship. Furthermore, it has been observed that there has been increasing interdependence between most of the developed and emerging markets since the 1987 Stock Market Crash. This interdependence intensified after the 1997 Asian Financial Crisis. With this phenomenon of increasing co-movement between developed and emerging stock markets, the benefits of international diversification become limited.     

Microwave structural studies of organoselenium compounds 1. Microwave spectra, molecular structure, and methyl barrier to internal rotation of dimethyl diselenide

The rotational spectra of nine isotopomers of dimethyl diselenide, CH₃SeSeCH₃, have been measured with a molecular-beam Fourier transform microwave spectrometer. The spectra were complex due to the presence of many isotopomers in natural abundance and the splitting caused by the interactions with two methyl internal rotors. The spectra were assigned and fit to experimental precision to an effective rotational Hamiltonian for molecules with two periodic internal motions. The spectra of the symmetric isotopomers are consistent with a C₂ equilibrium structure. The rotational constants were used to determine the r_s structure of the C-Se-Se-C frame with the results r(SeSe)=2.306(3) Å, r(SeC)=1.954(6) Å, ?(CSeSe)=99.8(2)°, ?(CSeSeC)=85.2(1)°. A barrier to internal rotation of the methyl groups of 395 ± 2 cm⁻¹ was derived from the internal rotation splittings.

Error Bounds and Implicit Multifunction Theorem in Smooth Banach Spaces and Applications to Optimization

In this paper we provide an error bound estimate and an implicit multifunction theorem in terms of smooth subdifferentials and abstract subdifferentials. Then, we derive a subdifferential calculus and Fritz–John type necessary optimality conditions for constrained minimization problems.

The Nature of Community OR

This paper outlines the results of a study undertaken to investigate the nature of Community Operational Research (COR). The objective was to contact the people involved in COR through a series of personal interviews and a questionnaire survey, in order to clarify many of the issues that have emerged within the profession relating to the practice of OR within the community and voluntary sector. A total of 20 individuals were successfully contacted, and they have been responsible for at least two-thirds of the projects in the COR area.
