This study describes the sample preparation and two chromatographic techniques for determination of Tinuvin 622 in polyethylene. The first part of the two methods consisting of dissolving the polyethylene in boiling xylene is followed by addition of a methanolic solution of potassium hydroxide. The polymeric light stabilizer, Tinuvin 622, is thereby saponified to 4-hydroxy-2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-1-piperidineethanol (diol). Addition of the methanolic solution of the saponification reagent simultaneously precipitates the polyethylene matrix. Then the diol is quantified using either gas chromatography (GC) or high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). For GC, a Macherey Nagel Optima-17 capillary column (30m×0.25mm ID, film thickness 0.25µm) is used. Nitrogen is used as carrier gas and make-up gas. The detection system is a flame ionization detector. For HPLC, an octadecyl silane (ODS) column (30cm×4mm, particle size 5µm) and a mobile phase methanol: water mixture (3:97, v/v) are used. Detection of analyte is carried out at 215nm. Both methods can be used to determine Tinuvin 622 in polyethylene in the concentration range of 0.02–1%, which represents the usual application concentration.  相似文献

In this paper, a measure-theoretical approach to find the approximate solutions for a class of first order nonlinear difference equations is introduced. In this method the problem is transformed to an equivalent optimization problem. Then, by considering it as a calculus of variations problem, some concepts in measure theory are used to approximate the solution. The procedure of constructing approximate solution in form of an algorithm is shown. Finally a numerical example is given.  相似文献

A novel carbon paste electrode modified with carbon nanotubes and 5‐amino‐2′‐ethyl‐biphenyl‐2‐ol (5AEB) was fabricated. The electrochemical study of the modified electrode, as well as its efficiency for electrocatalytic oxidation of levodopa (LD) and carbidopa (CD), is described. Cyclic voltammetry (CV) was used to investigate the redox properties of this modified electrode at various scan rates. The apparent charge transfer rate constant, ks, and transfer coefficient, a, for electron transfer between 5AEB and CPE were calculated as 17.3 s?1 and 0.5, respectively. Square wave voltammetry (SWV) exhibits a linear dynamic range from 2.5×10?7 to 2.0×10?4 M and a detection limit of 9.0×10?8 M for LD.  相似文献

In this work, we present a method for numerical approximation of fixed point operator, particularly for the mixed Volterra–Fredholm integro-differential equations. The main tool for error analysis is the Banach fixed point theorem. The advantage of this method is that it does not use numerical integration, we use the properties of rationalized Haar wavelets for approximate of integral. The cost of our algorithm increases accuracy and reduces the calculation, considerably. Some examples are provided toillustrate its high accuracy and numerical results are compared with other methods in the other papers.  相似文献

The capability of the suppressed conductometric detection ion chromatography (IC) was investigated for the separation and determination of inorganic anions (F-, Cl-, NO3- and SO4(2-)) in standard reference materials SRM-1648 urban particulate matter following ultrasonic extraction. The effects of the cationic surfactant (SDS) and the anionic surfactant (CTAB) on ultrasonic extraction efficiency of inorganic anions from complex matrix of airborne particulate matter were investigated. The results showed that surfactant can enhance the extraction efficiency. Finally, the concentrations of inorganic anions in the atmosphere of the city of Isfahan were determined. The results showed a trend of SO4(2-) > NO3- > Cl- > F-.  相似文献

<正>The hydrogel wound dressing based on polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) was prepared by the freezing-thawing cyclic method.The dehydration kinetics of prepared hydrogels was determined using the experimental method and mathematical modeling based on diffusion mechanism.The results show that the dehydration rate of PVA hydrogel wound dressing inversely depends on the hydrogel thickness as well as water content of the wound.On the other hand,the initial water content of hydrogel and the atmospheric humidity have little direct effect on the dehydration rate.The good agreement between experimental and mathematical modeling results in early stages of dehydration process shows that the predominate factor determining the dehydration of these wound dressings is diffusion.  相似文献

This study presents an inexpensive and reagentless turbidimetric technique for the determination of Tinuvin 622 in polyethylene matrix. Tinuvin is dissolved in acetone, and water is added to it. The solubility of the analyte is reduced in the water/acetone mixture and it precipitates in the form of small particles. Different parameters affecting the analysis were studied, and it was found that in a 50:50 mixture of water and acetone high turbidity was obtained. Turbidity increases to 30min and remains constant for at least 1h. Stirring speed and ionic strength are no effective factors in this method. The linear dynamic range is relatively large (10–250mgL–1) with a limit of detection of 3mgL–1. The repeatability of the method is good, and the relative standard deviation for six repeated experiments performed on solutions containing 100mgL–1 is 1.5%. To analyze real samples (polyethylene polymer), the matter is dissolved in hot xylenes, and methanol is added while the solution is being stirred. The precipitated polymer is filtered and the solution evaporated into the rotary. The remaining solids are dissolved in acetone and analyzed as standards. The obtained results were compared with those obtained by gas chromatography (after saponification) and no significant differences were observed.  相似文献

A mild, efficient, and solvent-free microwave (MW)–promoted Biginelli reaction for the synthesis of 3,4-dihydropyrimidin-2(1H)-(thio)ones in nitrite ionic liquid (IL-ONO) is described. This ionic liquid is a weak Lewis base catalyst, which can be easily recovered and reused in several runs. The satisfactory results were obtained with good yields and short reaction time, using a simple experimental procedure.  相似文献

A new family of three-stage two-step methods are presented in this paper. These methods are of algebraic order 12 and have an important P-stability property. To make these methods, vanishing phase-lag and some of its derivatives have been used. The main structure of these methods are multiderivative, and the combined phases have been applied for expanding stability interval and for achieving P-stability. The advantage of the new methods in comparison with similar methods, in terms of efficiency, accuracy, and stability, has been showed by the implementation of them in some important problems, including the radial time-independent Schrödinger equation during the resonance problems with the use of the Woods-Saxon potential, undamped Duffing equation, etc.
