Ion/molecule reactions in a miniature RIT mass spectrometer

Ion/molecule reactions were explored in a newly developed miniature mass spectrometer fitted with a rectilinear ion trap (RIT) mass analyzer. The tandem mass spectrometry performance of this instrument is demonstrated using collision induced dissociation (CID) and ion/molecule reactions. The latter includes Eberlin transacetalization reactions and electrophilic additions. Selective detection of the chemical warfare simulant dimethyl methyl phosphonate (DMMP) was achieved through selective Eberlin reactions of its characteristic phosphonium fragment ion CH3OP(+)(O)CH3 (m/z 93), with 1,4-dioxane or 1,3-dioxolane. Efficient adduct formation as a result of electrophilic attack by the phosphonium ion on various nucleophilic reagents, including 1,1,3,3-tetramethyl urea, methanesulfonic acid methyl ester, dimethyl sulfoxide and methyl salicylate, was also observed using the RIT device. The product ions of these reactions were analyzed using CID and the characteristic fragmentation patterns of the ionic addition products were recorded using multiple-stage experiments in the miniature RIT instrument. This study clearly demonstrates that a small, home-built, miniature RIT mass spectrometer can be used to perform analytically useful ion/molecule reactions and also that instruments like this have the potential to provide a portable platform for in situ detection of organophosphorus esters and related compounds with high specificity using tandem mass spectrometry.

Phase mismatching analysis of third-harmonic generation in BBO crystal

<正>Phase mismatching for third-harmonic generation(THG) in barium metaborate(BBO) crystal is investigated in detail.Upon using BBO crystal in the TypeⅠ(oo→e) scheme,in the two independent planes (principal section of the crystal and the plane normal to principal section),when the input second-harmonic beam deviates from the expected direction,phase mismatching occurs and the angle deviation produces different effects on the conversion efficiency.We numerically simulate these two cases of phase mismatching and identify the relation between the conversion efficiency and the deviation angle in the air.The computational results indicate that the phase matching tolerance in the principal section is 0.2°(in the air),while the phase matching tolerance in the plane normal to principal section is 4.5°(in the air).After conducting a lab experiment,the results agree perfectly with the computational results,indicating that the deviation angle in the principal section has a greater effect on the conversion efficiency.     

[1,2,4]三唑并[3,4-b][1,3,4]噻二嗪类衍生物的合成及生物活性研究进展

[1,2,4]三唑并[3,4-b][1,3,4]噻二嗪作为极具前景的活性基团,在抗菌、抗肿瘤等方面具有多种药理活性,在药物和化学领域受到了广泛的关注。本文以含三唑并噻二嗪结构化合物的合成及其在抗肿瘤、抗菌等方面的生物活性为依据,对近几年国内外关于[1,2,4]三唑并[3,4-b][1,3,4]噻二嗪类化合物的研究进行分析总结,以期为后续该类新型抗肿瘤化合物的设计合成提供参考。     

Direct identification of prohibited substances in cosmetics and foodstuffs using ambient ionization on a miniature mass spectrometry system

Significantly simplified work flows were developed for rapid analysis of various types of cosmetic and foodstuff samples by employing a miniature mass spectrometry system and ambient ionization methods. A desktop Mini 12 ion trap mass spectrometer was coupled with paper spray ionization, extraction spray ionization and slug-flow microextraction for direct analysis of Sudan Reds, parabens, antibiotics, steroids, bisphenol and plasticizer from raw samples with complex matrices. Limits of detection as low as 5 μg/kg were obtained for target analytes. On-line derivatization was also implemented for analysis of steroid in cosmetics. The developed methods provide potential analytical possibility for outside-the-lab screening of cosmetics and foodstuff products for the presence of illegal substances.     

钻孔法测量残余应力过程中钻孔附加应变的研究（Ⅱ）

本文应用弹塑性理论研究了被测试样的屈服强度、应力场对钻孔法测量残余应力过程中钻孔附加应变的影响,使用简化的理论模型推导了低速旋转钻头钻孔产生附加应变的一般表达式.结果表明钻孔引入的附加应变与被测试样的原始残余应力状态有关,随应力水平增加而增大,在压应力减小到某一临界值σ时,钻孔附加应变为零。在 Ly12铝合金上的实验测量结果与理论结果一致。     

钯催化二溴代化合物自偶联环化合成二苯并[a,e]环辛四烯

由于独特的结构和广泛的应用,多取代环辛四烯及其苯并稠环衍生物的合成方法研究具有重要意义.本文报道了一种钯催化烯基溴化物与芳基溴化物的偶联反应.利用此钯催化的环化自偶联反应,以中等至较好的收率高选择性地从双溴代芳基或烯基化合物合成了多种二苯并[a,e]环辛四烯衍生物.     

Syntheses of 4-(2-hydroperoxy-2,2-diarylethyl)-3,5-dimethylpyrazoles, 4-(2-hydroxy-2,2-diarylethyl)-3,5-dimethylpyrazoles and the related compounds

The reactions of 1,1-disubstituted ethenes with 2,4-pentanedione in the presence of manganese(III) acetate and atmospheric oxygen yielded 4-acetyl-6,6-diaryl-3-methyl-1,2-dioxan-3-ols. The latter gave 4-(2-hydroperoxy-2,2-diarylemyl)-3,5-dimethylpyrazoles by the reaction with hydrazines in methanol-acetic acid (1:1 v/v) at 50° in 15-77% yields, or 4-(2-hydroxy-2,2-diarylethyl)-3,5-dimethylpyrazoles by the reaction with hydrazines in methanol in 2-78% yields. The acid-catalyzed reaction of 4-(2-hydroperoxy-2,2-diarylethyl)-3,5-dimethylpyrazoles yielded 4-(aroylmethyl)-3,5-dimethylpyrazoles (15-55%) and 4-(2,2-diarylethenyl)-3,5-dimethylpyrazoles (9-29%).     

多晶薄膜X-射线衍射

作者在普通X-射线衍射仪上实施了样品倾斜X-射线衍射(STD)技术,不需要专用薄膜附件(TFA)也能很好地进行薄膜结构的测定,并且给出其衍射能量方程和方位角方程,从而使理论、实验和结构解析结合为一体。目前,应用该技术已经成功地解决了一些其它简便方法所无法解决的诸如物相纵向分布变化测量等问题。本文还通过几种摩擦学用膜的测定结果阐明了该技术的应用及功能。     

组合式Si-PIN 14 MeV中子探测器

提出了一种在多片Si-PIN探测器中间用2mm厚的聚乙烯作为灵敏度增强介质,采用加法电路模式进行信号输出的组合式新型DT聚变中子(14MeV)探测技术原理. 这种组合的主要特点有： 1)大幅度提高了Si-PIN探测器的中子灵敏度和测量统计性; 2)提高了探测器的n/γ分辨本领; 3)在实现多个探测器信号相加的同时,组合探测器相对于单片探测器时间响应没有明显改变. 从实验及理论上对组合探测器的14MeV中子及1.25MeV γ灵敏度、n/γ分辨,时间特性和测量统计性进行了研究. 关键词： Si-PIN半导体探测器 灵敏度 n/γ分辨 时间响应
