In this paper, we investigated the effect of background base pressure, wafer-transferring time between process modules, and stack layer material selection on the current-in-plane giant magneto-resistive (CIP-GMR) interface properties and the resulted CIP-GMR performance. Experimental results showed that seed layer/AFM interface, AFM/pinned layer (PL) interface, pinned layer/Ru interface, and reference layer (RL)/Cu spacer interface are among the most critical ones for a CIP-GMR device. By reducing the background impurity level (water moisture and oxygen), optimizing the wafer process flow sequence, and careful stack-layer material selection, such critical interfaces in a CIP-GMR device can be preserved. In this paper we characterize a locus of compact invariant sets of the system describing dynamics of the permanent-magnet synchronous motor (PMSM). We establish that all compact invariant sets of this system are contained in the intersection of one-parameter set of ellipsoids and compute its parameters. In addition, localizations by using a parabolic cylinder, an elliptic paraboloid and a hyperbolic cylinder are obtained. Simple polytopic bounds are derived with help of these localizations. Most of localizations mentioned above remain valid for more specific motor systems; namely, for the interior magnet PMSM and for the surface magnet PMSM. Yet another localization set for the interior magnet PMSM is described. Examples of localization of chaotic attractors existing for some values of parameters of PMSMs are presented as well. 相似文献

Decision-making in an environment of uncertainty and imprecision for real-world problems is a complex task. In this paper it is introduced general finite state fuzzy Markov chains that have a finite convergence to a stationary (may be periodic) solution. The Cesaro average and the -potential for fuzzy Markov chains are defined, then it is shown that the relationship between them corresponds to the Blackwell formula in the classical theory of Markov decision processes. Furthermore, it is pointed out that recurrency does not necessarily imply ergodicity. However, if a fuzzy Markov chain is ergodic, then the rows of its ergodic projection equal the greatest eigen fuzzy set of the transition matrix. Then, the fuzzy Markov chain is shown to be a robust system with respect to small perturbations of the transition matrix, which is not the case for the classical probabilistic Markov chains.
