Zusammenfassung Es werden die Ergebnisse massenspektrographischer Analyseuntersuchungen der pulverförmigen Rückstände einiger Thermal- und Oberflächenwässer sowie deren UV-Absorptionsspektren mitgeteilt. Charakteristisch ist danach für die Thermalwässer ihre vergleichsweise größere Elementeanzahl (bis zu 10 Elemente zusätzlich in unseren Beispielen), die kennzeichnend für den Mineralbestand des thermalwasserführenden Speichergesteins ist. Die parallel dazu gemessene und auf Grund des chemischen Bestandes sich ergebende intensivere UV-Transmission (bei Anwesenheit schwacher Fluorescenz) der untersuchten Thermalwässer macht deren Einsatz in Verbindung mit UV-Strahlentherapie (vgl. [2]) zweckmäßig.
Analysis comparisons of some thermal and surface waters by mass spectrometry and U. V. absorption spectrometry
The results of mass-spectrographic analyses of powdered residues of some thermal and surface waters, as well as their U.V. absorption spectra are reported. According to these results, a comparatively higher number of elements (up to 10 additional elements in our examples), which is typical of the minerals existing in the reservoir rock bearing thermal waters, is a characteristic of the thermal waters. Parallel to this, the U.V. transmission of the thermal waters examined was measured which (with the occurrence of weak fluorescence) proved to be more intensive because of their chemical constituents and suggests their application in connexion with U.V. radio-therapy (cf. Both the spectral and temporal behaviour of argon-ion laser radiation is observed near threshold. It is shown, that in certain ranges of excitation a stable two-mode operation in the argon-ion laser leads to a modulation of the laser radiation at frequencies between 500 MHz and 900 MHz with a very high degree of modulation. In this model the indirect exchange between Cooper pairs arises from the exchange of virtual magnons. A promising new plasma operational regime on the Wendelstein stellarator W7-AS has been discovered. It is extant above a threshold density and characterized by flat density profiles, high energy and low impurity confinement times, and edge-localized radiation. Impurity accumulation is avoided. Quasistationary discharges with line-averaged densities n(e) to 4 x 10(20) m(-3), radiation levels to 90%, and partial plasma detachment at the divertor target plates can be simultaneously realized. Energy confinement is up to twice that of a standard scaling. At B(t) = 0.9 T, an average beta value of 3.1% is achieved. We demonstrate a general method to measure the quantum state of an angular momentum of arbitrary magnitude. The (2F+1)x(2F+1) density matrix is completely determined from a set of Stern-Gerlach measurements with (4F+1) different orientations of the quantization axis. We implement the protocol for laser cooled Cesium atoms in the 6S(1/2)(F = 4) hyperfine ground state and apply it to a variety of test states prepared by optical pumping and Larmor precession. Fe/CeH2−δ multilayers exhibit at room temperature evidence of interlayer exchange coupling. Subsequent Fe layers are either parallel or antiparallel to each other, depending on the Fe and CeH2−δ layer thickness. However, when both layers have thickness larger than 15 Å, the antiferromagnetic structure becomes fragmented into domains laterally limited to a few microns, and the magnetic structures become very fragile. Small magnetic fields of a few Oersteds acting on the samples during growth induce helimagnetic configurations which coexist with antiferromagnetic coupling. The magnetic structures can be permanently destroyed by applying magnetic fields larger than 150 Oe. 相似文献
