In contrast to adducts I of bi-1-cycloalken-1-yls and p-benzoquinone, their reduction products II do not exhibit a double hydrogen migration from δ positions accompanying a ‘retro-Diels-Alder’ type fragmentation. An ordinary retro-Diels-Alder fragmentation was found to take place, with charge retention in the diene portion of the molecule. A double hydrogen migration has been detected in II leading to m/e 112 ion c2, which differed, however, from that in I in charge retention and in the origin of the migrating hydrogen atoms. Adducts III of di-1-cycloalken-1-yls and naphthoquinone behave similarly to II. They exhibit relatively low abundance ions a, however, due to a double hydrogen migration from δ positions, similarly to I. The origin of the migrating hydrogen atoms have been determined by deuterium labelling. Mechanistic suggestions are presented to explain the observed facts.  相似文献

Comparison of the NMR. spectra in CDCl3 of the heterocyclic bases obtained from the cyclisation of ω-(N-thiocarbamoylamino) ethyl (or propyl)-alcohols (or their orthophosphoric or sulfuric monoesters) to those of model compounds II (n = 1 or 2) and III (n = 1 or 2) has shown that: (1) In the case of five membred rings the C?N double bond is always endocyclic (Ib, n = 1) should R be aromatic, araliphatic or aliphatic; (2) In the case of six membered rings the C?S double bond is cnclocyclic when R is aliphatic or araliphatic (Ib, n = 2), and exocyclic when R is aromatic (I a, n = 2), with the exception of 2-(o-carboxyphcnylamino)-dihydro-δ2-m (Ib, n = 2, K = o-carboxyphcnyle). In CF, COOH, all five membered rings (I b, n = 1) show a triplet for the C-4 methylenic protons, whereas all the six membered rings (Ia or I b, n = 2) with the exception of I b, n = 2, R = o-carboxyphenyle, are represented b y a double triplet for the C-4 protons (samt. protonated spccics). Only one triplet is observed when the 3 position is substituted. Thiocarbamoylation of hydrazinoethanol or its orthophosphoric or sulfuric monoesters canoccur at either of the two nitrogen atoms, thus yielding upon cyclization five- (IT′) or six-membered rings (Va or Vb). The NMR spectra of compounds I V in (CIl,), SO show a singlet for 2 amino pro-tons (3-amino) and there is no further structural problem. The NMR spectra of compounds T′ in (CT), SO show a triplet for one amino proton coupling with the neighboring methylenic protons. I n this case, mode1 compounds are needed to assign the position of the C?N double bond ( e x cyclic V a or cndocyclic V b). When R = o-carboxyphenylc, the C?N double bond is probably endoc, yclic (Vb) because this ccimpound and 2-(o-carboxyphenvlarnino)-dihydro-δ2 have very similar UV spectra.  相似文献

We have used energy minimization calculations to study a number of conformations of uncomplexed valinomycin. In certain cases, x-ray diffraction atomic coordinates were used directly as input coordinates, while in other cases, conformations were found by altering the x-ray coordinates prior to minimization. Five calculated conformations are reported along with their relative energies. The conformation found theoretically to be the most stable is in agreement with earlier, cruder calculations, but does not correspond to the predominant conformation observed in nonpolar solvents. A possible rationale is presented.  相似文献

Summary We consider the two-dimensional Helmholtz equation u+u=0 inD with the boundary conditionsu=0 on D. D is the Swiss Cross — a region consisting of five unit squares. A method based on the concept of Coherence is utilized to determine an approximation for the first eigenvalue= 1 more accurate than calculated by classical difference methods. Four new solutions in general relativity have recently been derived as representing static spherically symmetric stiff matter,=p. It is pointed out that the equation of state is, in fact,+p=0. The beta-delayed two-proton decay of theT z =–5/2 nuclide39Ti has been observed. The39Sc isobaric analog state has been calculated to lie at 8.82 MeV using the measured two-proton sum energy of 4750±40 keV for its decay to the37K ground state. Inelastic neutron scattering spectra of KHCO3 and CsH(NO3)2 have been obtained in the region 400 → 2400 and 400 → 2800 cm?1 respectively. The in- and out-of-phase bending vibrations of the hydrogen bonds have been observed and assigned. For CsH(NO3)2 the two bending modes are closer in frequency than in KHCO3 and they are not resolved from the antisymmetric stretch.  相似文献

In the course of comparing the reaction chemistry of (C5Me5)3U, 1, and its slightly less crowded analogue (C5Me4H)3U, 2, new syntheses of UI3, (C5Me4H)3U, (C5Me4H)3UCl, 3, and (C5Me5)3UCl, 4, have been developed. Additionally, (C5Me4H)3UI, 5, and (C5Me4H)2UCl2, 6, have been identified for the first time. A facile synthesis of unsolvated UI3 is reported that proceeds in high yield with inexpensive equipment from iodine and hot uranium turnings. Both UI3 and UI3(THF)4 react with KC5Me4H in toluene to make unsolvated (C5Me4H)3U in higher yield than in previous reports that involve reduction of tetravalent (C5Me4H)3UCl, 3. A more atom-efficient synthesis of complex 3 is also reported that proceeds from reduction of t-BuCl, PhCl, or HgCl2 by 2. Similarly, (C5Me4H)3U reacts with PhI or HgI2 to generate (C5Me4H)3UI. These studies also provided a basis to improve the synthesis of (C5Me5)3UCl from 1 by employing t-BuCl or HgCl2 as the halide source. Like (C5Me5)3UCl, the (C5Me4H)3UCl complex reacts with HgCl2 to form (C5Me4H)2 and (C5Me4H)2UCl2, 6, but unlike (C5Me5)3UX (X = Cl or I), the less substituted (C5Me4H)3UX complexes do not reduce t-BuCl or PhX. The synthesis of 6 from (C5Me4H)MgCl x THF and UCl4 is also included.  相似文献

State-of-the-art ab initio studies demonstrate that the reaction Pd+ + CH3I → PdCH2I+ + H. is endothermic by ca. 20 kcal/mol, which translates into a bond dissociation energy (BDE) of ca. 83 kcal/mol for the Pd+? CH2I bond. This figure is in agreement with an experimental bracket of 68 kcal/mol < BDE(Pd+? CH2I) < 92 kcal/mol. Based on these findings, the previously studied Pd+/CH3I system was re-investigated, and double-resonance experiments demonstrate that the formation of PdCH2I+ occurs stepwise via PdCH as a reactive intermediate. Further, ion/molecule reactions of PdCH2I+ with unsaturated hydrocarbons are studied, which reveal the formation of carbon–carbon bonds in the gas phase.  相似文献

A new efficient strategy was developed for the construction of the imidazo[1,5-a]quinoxalin-4-one ring system. The new method involves condensation of o-nitroaniline with glyoxylate in methanol followed by treatment of the resulting alpha-(o-nitroanilino)-alpha-methoxy acetate with tosylmethyl isocyanide (TosMIC) reagent to give 1-(o-nitrophenyl)imidazole-5-carboxylate. Reductive cyclization of the nitro imidazole carboxylate afforded imidazo[1,5-a]quinoxalin-4-one in three steps and 60% overall yield. The new method was successfully applied to the synthesis of BMS-238497, a novel and potent Lck inhibitor.  相似文献
