The maximum intensity, Imax, and time required to reach the maximum emission, taumax, for 1-aminopyrene monitored in 1,1'-oxalyldi-4-methylimidazole (OD4MI) chemiluminescence (CL) reactions are approximately 61 times higher and 16 times faster than their respective values for bis(2,4,6-trichlorophenyl)oxalate (TCPO) CL reactions in the presence of imidazole (ImH).  相似文献

Ethanolic tetracarbonylhydridoferrate combined with adipaldehyde is very efficient for the selective transformation of an amino group into perhydroazepine. A large variety of both aliphatic and aromatic amines react with adipaldehyde in the presence of tetracarbonylhydridoferrate at room temperature and carbon monoxide to give the corresponding N-alkyl- and N-arylperhydroazepines in good to excellent yields.  相似文献

Silver nanoparticles of narrow size distribution were prepared through the chemical reduction in an alcohol solution with several organoalkoxysilanes. In this system, organoalkoxysilanes served as a stabilizer, protecting silver nanoparticles from aggregation. The changes in size and morphology of colloidal silver nanoparticles were investigated with the addition of organoalkoxysilanes such as 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (APS), methyltriethoxysilane (MTS), phenyltrimethoxysilane (PTS), vinyltriethoxysilane (VTS), and 3-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane (GPS) as stabilizers. The organic functional groups of organoalkoxysilanes interact with silver ions and clusters, which stabilize silver nanoparticles in the system. The silver nanoparticles obtained were characterized with transmission electron microscopy (TEM), UV-vis spectroscopy, etc.  相似文献

The structures of hydrated 1-hydroxyanthraquinone complexes (1-HAQ), 1-HAQ(H2O)n=1,2, with intramolecular and intermolecular hydrogen bonding interactions were studied using laser spectroscopic methods such as laser induced fluorescence, fluorescence-detected infrared, infrared-visible hole burning, and visible-visible hole burning spectroscopy. In the 1:1 complex 1-HAQ(H2O)1, the water binds to the free carbonyl group of 1-HAQ not associated with intramolecular hydrogen bond. The second water in the 1:2 complex, 1-HAQ(H2O)2, binds to the first water of the 1:1 complex rather than other hydrogen bonding sites of 1-HAQ. A pair of two geometric isomers was produced in a supersonic jet for each of the 1:1 and 1:2 complexes. Both isomers of each complex have the same vibrational spectra in the region of the OH stretching vibration of water, but have different energies for the 0-0 band of vibronic transition due to the asymmetry of the two phenyl rings in 1-HAQ. The 0-0 bands for all four species of 1-HAQ(H2O)n=1,2 were unambiguously assigned by comparing with the results of ab initio calculations, which yielded the structures, vibrational frequencies, and relative energies of the frontier molecular orbitals.  相似文献

A supercritical fluid chromatographic (SFC) procedure for the quantitation of three major polyprenols present in the leaves of Ginkgo biloba was developed. In contrast to previously reported high-performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) methods, the SFC method does not require extensive pre-purification for polyprenol analysis. The SFC analytical procedure described shows a very broad range of linearity and detects many known polyprenol isoprenologs with baseline separation. Dodecaprenol was used as the internal standard. The coefficient of variation of the method was 5.8% for the quantitation of C85, C90 and C95 polyprenols. The SFC assay results showed that the content of polyprenols in ginkgo leaves were higher than the previously published values. In addition, the chromatogram of the highly concentrated leaf extract revealed the presence of an isoprenolog (C120) not previously detected by HPLC methods.  相似文献

We present the first example of a nuclear hormone receptor microarray, using for illustration the ligand-binding domains of the two estrogen receptors, ERalpha-LBD and ERbeta-LBD. The proteins are printed and allowed to attach to aldehyde slides; the efficiency of attachment depends on whether the LBD is liganded with agonists (low attachment) versus liganded with antagonists or unliganded (high attachment). This suggests that attachment is orientation specific and involves principally a single lysine residue. The attached ERs retain good ligand-binding activity that can be assessed using an estradiol-fluorophore conjugate, and specific and ER subtype-selective binding of ligands can be determined conveniently in competitive binding assays. This powerful new, high-throughput technique to study ligand binding to ER-LBDs can be extended to other nuclear hormone receptors and adapted to assay the recruitment of coregulator proteins.  相似文献

High-quality biocompatible magnetic iron oxide (Fe3O4) nanocrystals were developed through a ligand exchange process of hydrophobically capped nanocrystals with hydrophilic molecules. By simple modulation of the nanocrystal surface ligand charge properties, we have been able to prepare magnetic nanocrystals with excellent intracellular labeling capabilities that efficiently label a variety of cell types without the need for additional transport facilitating agents. The excellent intracellular labeling capability of the newly developed cationic WSIO has further led to successful MRI monitoring of the migration of neural stem cells in rat spinal cord. The magnetic nanocrystals developed here have great potential in applications for labeling of various cell types and also the monitoring of cell-based medical treatments and cancer metastasis.  相似文献

A novel method for the synthesis of cyclic peptide analogues has been developed. The general approach relies on the use of SET-promoted photocyclization reactions of peptides that contain N-terminal phthalimides as light absorbing electron acceptor moieties and C-terminal alpha-amidosilane or alpha-amidocarboxylate centers. Prototypical substrates are prepared by coupling preformed peptides with the acid chloride of N-phthalimidoglycine. Irradiation of these substrates results in the generation of cyclic peptide analogues in modest to good yields. The chemical efficiencies of these processes are not significantly affected by (1) the lengths of the peptide chains separating the phthalimide and alpha-amidosilane or alpha-amidocarboxylate centers and (2) the nature of the penultimate cation radical alpha-heterolytic fragmentation process (i.e., desilylation vs decarboxylation). An evaluation of the effects of N-alkyl substitution on the amide residues in the peptide chain showed that N-alkyl substitution does not have a major impact on the efficiencies of the photocyclization reactions but that it profoundly increases the stability of the cyclic peptide.  相似文献

We have produced nanophase metal clusters, (Fe)n, (Cr)n, (Mo)n and (W)n, by multiphoton decomposition of the corresponding metal carbonyls with a 10.6 μm CO2 laser in the presence of Ar and SF6. The size distribution was narrow and the average diameter was 6, 3.5, 2 and 1 nm for Fe, Cr, Mo and W clusters, respectively. The structure was found to be bcc for both Fe and Cr clusters, fcc for Mo clusters, and amorphous for W clusters (note that all the bulk metals have bcc structure). Considering the cluster sizes (9630, 1870, 230 and 30 for Fe, Cr, Mo and W clusters, respectively) estimated from their average diameters, it is likely that there exists a structural transition from fcc to bulk bcc with increasing cluster size in these metal clusters.  相似文献

The enrichment of phosphopeptides using immobilized metal ion affinity chromatography (IMAC) and subsequent mass spectrometric analysis is a powerful protocol for detecting phosphopeptides and analyzing their phosphorylation state. However, nonspecific binding peptides, such as acidic, nonphosphorylated peptides, often coelute and make analyses of mass spectra difficult. This study used a partial chemical tagging reaction of a phosphopeptide mixture, enriched by IMAC and contaminated with nonspecific binding peptides, following a modified beta-elimination/Michael addition method, and dynamic mass analysis of the resulting peptide pool. Mercaptoethanol was used as a chemical tag and nitrilotriacetic acid (NTA) immobilized on Sepharose beads was used for IMAC enrichment. The time-dependent dynamic mass analysis of the partially tagged reaction mixture detected intact phosphopeptides and their mercaptoethanol-tagged derivatives simultaneously by their mass difference (-20 Da for each phosphorylation site). The number of new peaks appearing with the mass shift gave the number of multiply phosphorylated sites in a phosphopeptide. Therefore, this partial chemical tagging/dynamic mass analysis method can be a powerful tool for rapid and efficient phosphopeptide identification and analysis of the phosphorylation state concurrently using only MS analysis data.  相似文献
