Perfluoroalkylated (hetero)arenes represent an extremely important family of molecules commonly utilized in many areas such as medicinal chemistry, agrochemistry and material sciences. Due to their unique properties, they have attracted significant interest from synthetic chemists and various methods have been developed for their synthesis. Among them, the direct perfluoroalkylation of C(sp2)−H bonds in (hetero)arenes is one of the most attractive and straightforward ones, provided that it proceeds with high levels of regioselectivity. In this review article, a comprehensive overview of advances in this field is presented, with a special focus on the reaction mechanisms involved in these transformations and their regioselectivity. All methods available have been classified according to the nature of the perfluoroalkyl chain introduced, trifluoromethylation reactions being overviewed in a separate section, and to the nature of the reagents/catalysts required. 相似文献

This research was to apply the combination of the particle swarm optimization method and artificial neural network training with the aim of building a quantitative model to forecast the size of copper nanoparticles (Cu-NPs) prepared in sodium alginate. Sodium alginate, sodium hydroxide, copper sulfate, hydrazinium hydroxide, and ascorbic acid were used as stabilizer, pH moderator, copper precursor, reducing agent, and antioxidant, respectively. The results showed that the different sizes of Cu-NPs were obtained by changing these functions. Meaning that by increasing the amount of sodium alginate and or increase the volume of hydrazine hydrate, particle sizes of Cu-NPs were reduced. Other variables had the opposite effects due to the increase of the size of the Cu-NPs. The prediction results were remarkably in agreement with the experimental data with a correlation coefficient of 0.99 and a mean square error of 0.0058. 相似文献

It is shown that, if M is a non-zero minimax R-module such that dim Supp H I i (M) ? 1 for all i, then the R-module H I i (M) is I-cominimax for all i. In fact, H I i (M) is I-cofinite for all i ? 1. Also, we prove that for a weakly Laskerian R-module M, if R is local and t is a non-negative integer such that dim Supp H I i (M) ? 2 for all i < t, then Ext R j (R/I,H I i (M)) and Hom R (R/I,H I t (M)) are weakly Laskerian for all i < t and all j ? 0. A nonenzymatic electrochemical sensor for glucose and fructose was fabricated that contained a glassy carbon electrode modified with a copper oxide (CuO)/multiwalled carbon nanotube (MWCNT) nanocomposite. The electrochemical properties of the CuO/MWCNT‐modified glassy carbon electrode were investigated. Two distinguishable anodic peaks were observed around 0.30 and 0.44 V corresponding to the oxidation of glucose and fructose, respectively, at the surface of the modified electrode. The detection limits for glucose and fructose were both 0.04 mmol/L. The sensor was used to simultaneously determine the concentrations of glucose and fructose in hydrolyzed sucrose samples, and to measure glucose in blood serum samples, demonstrating its potential as a nonenzymatic carbohydrate sensor. 相似文献

In this paper, we consider a class of nonlinear matrix equation of the type \(X+\sum _{i=1}^mA_i^{*}X^{-q}A_i-\sum _{j=1}^nB_{j}^{*}X^{-r}B_j=Q\), where \(0<q,\,r\le 1\) and Q is positive definite. Based on the Schauder fixed point theorem and Bhaskar–Lakshmikantham coupled fixed point theorem, we derive some sufficient conditions for the existence and uniqueness of the positive definite solution to such equations. An iterative method is provided to compute the unique positive definite solution. A perturbation estimation and the explicit expression of Rice condition number of the unique positive definite solution are also established. The theoretical results are illustrated by numerical examples. 相似文献

This study reports the chemical composition, antimicrobial activity and antioxidant properties of Psammogeton canescens essential oil (EO) and its main compounds. The EO was obtained from the aerial parts of P. canescens by hydrodistillation and analysed by using GC/MS. The main constituent was β-bisabolene (25%), followed by α-pinene (20%), apiole (15.34%), γ-terpinene (7.34%), p-cymene (5.35%), β-pinene (5.41%), camphene (5.12%), dill apiole (5%), myrcene (4.54%), colchicine (0.56), sylvestrene (0.56%), β-caryophyllene (0.45%), caryophyllene oxide (0.43%), (Z)-β-farnesene (0.32%), cembrene (0.21%), folic acid (0.21%), germacrene D (0.14) and β-sesquiphellandrene (0.13). β-Bisabolene exhibited strong antioxidant activity (14 ± 0.8 μg/mL). The EO of P. canescens was particularly active against Candida albicans and Escherichia coli, with the lowest minimum inhibitory concentration and minimum bactericidal/fungicidal concentration values. In conclusion, these results support the use of the EO and its main compounds for their antioxidant properties and antimicrobial activity. 相似文献

In order to use carbon nanotube (CNT)-supported catalyst as fuel cell electrodes, Pt-Ni-Fe/CNT/carbon paper (CP) electrode was prepared using an ethylene glycol reduction method. CNTs were directly synthesized on Ni-impregnated carbon paper, plain carbon cloth, and Teflonized carbon cloth using chemical vapor deposition. FESEM and TEM images and thermogravimetric analysis indicated that in situ CNT on carbon paper (ICNT/CP) possesses more appropriate structural quality and stronger adhesion to the substrate than other substrates. The contact angle analysis demonstrated that the degree of ICNT/CP surface hydrophobicity encountered a 24% increase in comparison to CP and promoted to superhydrophobicity from hydrophobicity. The polarization curves and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy results of the loaded Pt-Ni-Fe on in situ and ex situ CNT/CP illustrated that the power density increased and charge transfer resistance reduced compared to commercial Pt/C loaded on CP. The results can be attributed to the outstanding properties of CNTs and high catalytic activity of triple catalysts causing alloying of Pt with Ni and Fe, which makes them a proper candidate to be used as cathode electrodes in proton exchange membrane fuel cells. 相似文献

An efficient and broadly applicable process is reported for the copper-catalyzed direct perfluoroalkylation of C−H bonds in heteroarenes with commercially available perfluoroalkyl iodides. This reaction is based on a simple combination of copper(I) iodide and 1,10-phenanthroline enabling the easy reduction of perfluoroalkyl iodides to the corresponding radical species that add to a wide range of heteroarenes including benzofurans, benzothiophenes, (aza)indoles, furans and pyrroles. High levels of regioselectivity were obtained in all cases and the efficiency and robustness of this process was highlighted by the direct perfluoroalkylation of furan-containing peptides. 相似文献
