Hydrazine dihydrochloride reacts with 3 equiv of Ph2PCl in tetrahydrofuran in the presence of triethylamine to give tris(diphenylphosphino)hydrazine (1) in 70% yield. Each nitrogen atom in 1 has a trigonal-planar environment according to X-ray analysis. Thermolysis of 1 at 130 degrees C results in the formation of two products: bis(diphenylphosphino)amine and octaphenylcyclotetraphosphazene. The interaction of free ligand 1 with NiBr2 affords a simple adduct [(Ph2P)2N-NH-PPh2]NiBr2, while its anionic (hydrazide) form undergoes rearrangement in a coordination sphere of divalent cobalt and nickel involving migratory insertion of the Ph2P group into a nitrogen-nitrogen bond. The reaction of 1 with cobalt bis(trimethylsilyl)amide, [(Me3Si)2N]2Co, yields the complex of phosphazenide-type (Me3Si)2N-Co[(Ph2PN)2PPh2] (2) in 86% yield. A similar reaction of 1 with nikelocene proceeds with substitution of one Cp ring to form durable 18-electron complex CpNi[(Ph2PN)2PPh2] (3).  相似文献

Polyelectrolyte capsules have recently been introduced as new microscopic vehicles which could have high potential in the biomedical field. In this critical review we give an introduction to the layer-by-layer (LbL) technique which is used to fabricate these polyelectrolyte capsules as well as to the different triggers that have been exploited to obtain drug release from these capsules. Furthermore, other types of triggered delivery systems are compared and critically discussed with regard to their clinical relevance. (171 references.).  相似文献

Heterospin complexes [Cu(SQ)2Py].C7H8, Cu(SQ)2DABCO, and [Cu(SQ)2NIT-mPy].C6H6, where Cu(SQ)2 is bis(3,6-di-tert-butyl-o-benzosemiquinonato)copper(II), DABCO is 1,4-diazabicyclo(2,2,2)octane, and NIT-mPy is the nitronyl nitroxide 2-(pyridin-3-yl)-4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-imidazole-3-oxide-1-oxyl, have been synthesized. The molecules of these complexes have a specific combination of the intramolecular ferro- and antiferromagnetic exchange interactions between the odd electrons of Cu(II) and SQ ligands, characterized by large exchange coupling parameters |J| approximately 100-300 cm(-1). X-ray and magnetochemical studies of a series of mixed-ligand compounds revealed that an extra ligand (Py, NIT-mPy, or DABCO) coordinated to the metal atom produces a dramatic effect on the magnetic properties of the complex, changing the multiplicity of the ground state. Quantum chemical analysis of magnetostructural correlations showed that the energy of the antiferromagnetic exchange interaction between the odd electrons of the SQ ligands in the Cu(SQ)2 bischelate is extremely sensitive to both the nature of the extra ligand and structural distortions of the coordination unit, arising from extra ligand coordination.  相似文献

The lack of an efficient and versatile intracellular nucleic acids delivery platform impedes the clinical implementation of gene therapy. Advances in layer-by-layer (LbL) technology have led to the production of LbL polymer capsules, a promising universal delivery tool. The biocompatibility, sufficient packaging capacity, safety, low cost, and high variability of structure and composition of the LbL capsules make it possible to meet the requirements for clinical-grade nonviral gene transfer. Here, the possibility of polymeric LbL capsules of different sizes (micrometer and sub-micrometer-sized) to serve as universal nonviral carriers for messenger RNA (mRNA) and small interfering RNA (siRNA) is considered. In particular, the internalization of capsules into human mesenchymal stem cells (hMSCs, as an example of adult primary stem cells), capsule uptake, and intracellular delivery of mRNA and siRNA is studied. Importantly, the use of micrometer- or sub-micrometer-sized polymer capsules (MicCaps and SubCaps) allows the mRNA or siRNA to be packaged and transferred into hMSCs with high efficiency. While the uptake efficiency is comparable between MicCaps and SubCaps, the latter are significantly more efficient than MicCap when transferring siRNAs. These results demonstrate the potential of the LbL capsules as a universal gene delivery platform, which can be tuned according to the properties of genetic cargo.  相似文献

In this note we study ideals generated by generic forms in polynomial rings over any algebraicly closed field of characteristic zero. We prove for many cases that the (d+k)-th graded component of an ideal generated by generic forms of degree d has the expected dimension (given by dimension count). And as a consequence of our result, we obtain that ideals generated by several generic forms of degrees d usually have the expected Hilbert series. The precise form of this expected Hilbert series, in general, is known as Fröberg's conjecture.  相似文献

The original theoretical model of polyelectrolyte adsorption onto water-dispersed colloid particles is extended to the system of polydisperse droplets of sunflower oil. Polycation (poly(allylamine hydrochloride)) and polyanion (poly(sodium 4-styrenesulfonate)) are taken in the theoretically projected concentrations to perform Layer-by-Layer assembly of a multilayer shell on the surface of oil droplets preliminary stabilized with a protein emulsifier (bovine serum albumin). The velocity of gravitational separation in suspension of encapsulated oil droplets is theoretically predicted and experimentally measured depending on the coating shell's thickness, aiming to clarify the mechanism to control over the separation process. Combining the theory and experimental data, the mass density of a polyelectrolyte multilayer shell assembled in a Layer-by-Layer fashion is obtained. Polyelectrolyte multilayer coated oil droplets are characterized by means of ζ-potential, and particle size measurements, and visualized by scanning electron microscopy.  相似文献

The interaction of 3,6-di-tert-butyl-o-benzoquinone (3,6-Q) with indium in toluene leads to the tris-o-semiquinolate derivative (3,6-SQ)(3)In (3,6-SQ - radical-anion of 3,6-Q). According to single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis, this complex has a trigonal prismatic structure. Magnetic measurements revealed that the exchange interactions between odd electrons of the paramagnetic ligands in (3,6-SQ)(3)In are antiferromagnetic in character. The treatment of (3,6-SQ)(3)In with 2,2'-dipyridyl (Dipy) causes the displacement of one o-quinone ligand and the formation of the (3,6-SQ)In(Dipy)(3,6-Cat) (3,6-Cat - dianion of 3,6-Q) derivative containing mixed charged o-quinoid ligands. The reaction of InI with (3,6-SQ)K in THF solution is accompanied by a redox process and the potassium-indium(iii) catecholate derivative was obtained as a result. The oxidation of InI with 3,6-Q in THF produces the dimeric In(iii) iodo-catecholate complex [(3,6-Cat)(2)In·2THF]InI(2). The same derivative can be synthesized by the interaction of indium metal with a mixture of I(2) and 3,6-Q.  相似文献

The experimental distribution of electron density in Ph(3)(4,5-OMe-3,6-Bu(t)-Cat)Sb·MeCN (1*) and Ph(3)(4,5-N(2)C(4)H(6)-3,6-Bu(t)-Cat)Sb·MeOH (2*) complexes was studied. According to atoms in molecules theory, the Sb-C(Ph), Sb-O(catecholate), and Sb···N(O) bonds are intermediate, whereas the O-C and C-C bonds are covalent, respectively. The energy of the Sb···N(MeCN) and Sb···O(MeOH) bonds are 7.0 and 11.3 kcal/mol according to the Espinosa equation. Density functional theory and Hartree-Fock calculations were carried out for a series of catecholate and amidophenolate complexes of antimony(V). It was shown that such calculations reliably reproduce geometrical and topological parameters and therefore can be used for a criterion search of dioxygen reversible binding by the catecholate and amidophenolate complexes of antimony(V). It was found that the "critical" value of the HOMO energy vary in the range from -5.197 to -5.061 eV for reversible binding of dioxygen complexes. This can serve as a thermodynamic criterion to predict the possibility of the dioxygen reversible binding by the catecholate and amidophenolate complexes of Sb(V). The HOMO energies correlate with the conversion of the catecholate and amidophenolate complexes in corresponding spiroendoperoxide derivatives as well. The contribution of the atom orbitals of the carbon atoms in the five-membered metallocycle to HOMO in complexes with different substitutes in the 4- and 5-positions of the catecholate ligand allows predicting the place of dioxygen addition.  相似文献

We present a (1)H, (2)H, and (13)C NMR study of the monoanions of succinic (1), meso- and rac-dimethylsuccinic (2, 3), and methylsuccinic (4) acids (with tetraalkylammonium as the counterion) dissolved in CDF(3)/CDF(2)Cl at 300-120 K. In all four monoanions, the carboxylic groups are linked by a short intramolecular OHO hydrogen bond revealed by the bridging-proton chemical shift of about 20 ppm. We show that the flexibility of the carbon skeleton allows for two gauche isomers in monoanions 1, 2, and 4, interconverting through experimental energy barriers of 10-15 kcal/mol (the process itself and the energy barrier are also reproduced in MP2/6-311++G** calculations). In 3, one of the gauche forms is absent because of the steric repulsion of the methyl groups. In all four monoanions, the bridging proton is located in a double-well potential and subject, at least to some extent, to proton tautomerism, for which we estimate the two proton positions to be separated by ca. 0.2 ?. In 1 and 3, the proton potential is symmetric. In 2, slowing the conformational interconversion introduces an asymmetry to the proton potential, an effect that might be strong enough even to synchronize the proton tautomerism with the interconversion of the two gauche forms. In 4, the asymmetry of the proton potential is due to the asymmetric substitution. The intramolecular H-bond is likely to remain intact during the interconversion of the gauche forms in 1, 3, and 4, whereas the situation in 2 is less clear.  相似文献
