Reaction of benzotriazol‐1‐yl acetone 1 with phenyl isothiocyanate followed with α‐chloroacetone or ethyl‐α‐chloroacetate afforded 2‐anilinothiophenes 3 or 4 , respectively. Treatment of 3 with malononitrile at different reaction conditions afforded 6 or 7 . Reaction of 1 with CS2 in DMF and phenacylbromide afforded S‐alkylated thiophene 10 . Reactions of the latter compound with different active methylene nitriles afforded thienylthiopyridine derivatives 14 and 15 . Condensation of 10 with hydrazine hydrate afforded hydrazon derivative 16 . Reaction of thiophene 17 with formamide in DMF afforded 19 which converted to N‐thienylpyrimidine 20 when treated with malononitrile. The structure of the newly synthesized compounds has been established on the basis of their analytical and spectral data. The compounds were also investigated for antibacterial and antifungal activities.  相似文献

Summary A new index of performance of the chromatographic separation between two adjacent peaks, the discrimination factor, d0, is defined. It is normalized between 0 and 1 and is directly and easily determined from the chromatogram. It does not depend on any assumption regarding peak shape, except that the peak profiles of individual sample components have a single mode. Its value depends on the relative heights of the two peaks as well as on their separation. The separation power of a chromatographic system is classically measured by its peak capacity, defined on the basis of constant resolution between adjacent peaks. A previously developed statistical theory of the composition of mixtures makes it possible to extend the concept of peak capacity by taking into account the peak height distribution in typical average chromatograms. A new parameter, the effective peak capacity, is defined for this purpose on the basis of a constant discrimination factor between adjacent peaks. It allows to take into account the distribution of peak heights in statistical theories of the evaluation of complex chromatograms and in the measurement of the limit of determination in quantitative analysis. The characteristics of the two new parameters, the discrimination factor and effective peak capacity, are discussed and compared with those of their classical homologs, resolution and peak capacity, in the case of gaussian component peaks of equal widths.  相似文献

A novel monolithic stationary phase having long alkyl chain ligands (C17) was introduced and evaluated in capillary electrochromatography (CEC) of small neutral and charged species. The monolithic stationary phase was prepared by the in situ copolymerization of pentaerythritol diacrylate monostearate (PEDAS) and 2-acrylamido-2-methyl-1-propanesulfonic acid (AMPS) in a ternary porogenic solvent consisting of cyclohexanol/ethylene-glycol/water. While AMPS was meant to support the electroosmotic flow (EOF) necessary for transporting the mobile phase through the monolithic capillary, the PEDAS was introduced to provide the nonpolar sites for chromatographic retention. Monolithic columns at various EOF velocities were readily prepared by conveniently adjusting the amount of AMPS in the polymerization solution as well as the composition of the porogenic solvent. The monolithic stationary phases thus obtained exhibited reversed-phase chromatography behavior toward neutral solutes and yielded a relatively strong EOF. For charged solutes (e.g., dansyl amino acids), nonpolar as well as electrostatic interaction/repulsion with the monoliths were observed in addition to electrophoretic migration. Therefore, for charged solutes, selectivity and migration can be readily manipulated by changing various parameters including the nature of the monolith and the composition of the mobile phase (e.g., pH, ionic strength and organic modifier). Ultrafast separation on the time scale of seconds of 17 different charged and neutral pesticides and metabolites were performed using short capillary columns of 8.5 cm x 100 microm ID.  相似文献

The synthesis of maleimides that have pyrazolic or bipyrazolic pendant groups is described. Their homopolymerization and their copolymerization with 2-chloroethyl vinyl ether (CEVE) is reported. The homopolymerizations of such maleimides were performed under various conditions and led to low molecular-weight polymers. However, alternating copolymers were obtained from CEVE as comonomers whatever the monomers feed compositions. A similar behavior was also observed for maleimides that do not exhibit any spacer, whereas for bulky vinyl ethers, random copolymers were produced. A comparison of the thermal behavior between these copolymers (glass transition temperatures, Tg, and decomposition temperatures) and other copolymers having different spacers between the nitrogenated cycles and the chain are related. Thus, an important decrease of Tg, was observed when C3H6CO2CH2 groups were used as the spacer instead of methylene groups. Moreover, the thermal weakness of these copolymers may come from the substituents of the vinyl ether and is discussed. © 1994 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

The present work is dedicated to the XRD, ED and HREM characterization of a new bismuth copper oxyphosphate Bi∼6.2Cu∼6.2O8(PO4)5 (a=11.599(2)Å, , c=37.541(5)Å, R1=0.0755, Rw2=0.174, G.S Pn21a). The relatively long size of its c parameter is due to the arrangement along this direction of two kinds of ribbon-like polycations formed by edge sharing O(Bi, Cu)4 tetrahedra. The existence of such cations is characterized by the b∼5.2 Å value intrinsic to the ribbons structure and commonly found in bismuth oxyphosphate materials. In the title compound, 2-tetrahedra wide [Bi∼2.4Cu∼3.6O4]6.4+ and 3-tetrahedra wide [Bi∼5Cu∼3O6]9+ ribbons are isolated by phosphate groups and alternate along c. The interstitial site created between two different sizes ribbons is occupied by Cu2+ cations disordered over several close crystallographic sites. The mixed Bi3+/Cu2+ nature of certain edge-of-ribbons positions induces a disorder over several configurations of the phosphate groups. The concerned oxygen atoms form the environment of the disordered interstitial Cu2+ cations which occupy tunnels formed by the phosphate anions. The high-resolution electron microscope study enables a precise correlation between the observed images and the refined crystal structure, evidencing the polycations visualization. Furthermore, this material being the second example of partially disordered compound similar chemical system, some topological rules can be deduced. The b-axis doubling was observed by ED and HREM and is assigned to the ordering of interstitial Cu2+ within tunnels cations. A partial intra-tunnel ordering was also observed.  相似文献

Ethyl 3‐amino‐4‐chlorothieno[3,2‐c]quinoline‐2‐carboxylate ( 4 ) is a versatile synthon, prepared by reacting an equimolar amount of 2,4‐dichloroquinoline‐3‐carbonitrile ( 1 ) with ethyl mercaptoacetate ( 2 ). Ethyl 5‐alkyl‐5H‐1‐thia‐3,5,6‐triazaaceanfhrylene‐2‐carboxylates 9a‐c , novel perianellated tetracyclic heteroaro‐matics, were prepared by refluxing 4 with excess of primary amines 7a‐c to yield the corresponding amino‐thieno[3,2‐c]quinolines 8a‐c . Subsequent reaction with an excess of triethyl orthoformate (TEO) furnished 9a‐c . Reaction of 4 with TEO in Ac2O at reflux, gave the simple acetylated compounds, thieno[3,2‐c]‐quinolines 12 and 13 . Refluxing 4 with benzylamine ( 7d ) gave 10 , and subsequent treatment with TEO gave the tetracyclic compound 11 . Refluxing 13 with an excess of alkylamines 7a‐d gave the fhieno[3,2‐c]quino‐lines 15 . Refluxing the aminothienoquinolines 8b with an excess of triethyl orthoacetate gave thieno[3,2‐c]quinoline 17 , while heating with Ac2O gave 18 and 19 , with small amounts of 16 . Reaction of 8a,b with ethyl chloroformate and phenylisothiocyanate generated the new 1‐thia‐3,5,6‐triazaaceanthrylenes 20a,b and 21a,b , respectively. Diazotization of 8a‐c afforded the novel tetracyclic ethyl 5‐alkyl‐5H‐1‐fhia‐3,4,5,6‐tetraazaaceanthrylene‐2‐carboxylates 22a‐c in good yields.  相似文献

High resolution electron impact mass spectrometric measurements have been made on twelve pyrazolo[1,5-a]-1,3,5-triazines. Substituents attached to carbon atoms 2, 4, 7, and 8 were used to label the various fragments. Three major ions were observed (a) the molecular ion, (b) an ion corresponding to M-RCN where R is the substituent attached to C-4 and (c) an aryl cyclopropenyl cation which was observed in 7-aryl derivatives. Intensities and accurate mass-measurements are given for all ions having intensities exceeding 2% of the base peak. Nine of the twelve pyrazolo-[1,5-a]-1,3,5-triazines included in this study are described here for the first time.  相似文献

The use of a permeation liquid membrane system for the preconcentration and separation of nickel in natural and sea waters and subsequent determination by atomic absorption spectroscopy is presented. 2-Hydroxybenzaldehyde N-ethylthiosemi-carbazone (2-HBET) in toluene is used as the active component of the liquid membrane. A study strategy based on a simplex design has been followed. Several chemical and physical parameters were optimized. Maximum permeation coefficient was obtained at a feed solution pH of 9.4, 0.3 mol l−1 of HNO3 in the stripping solution and 1.66 mmol l−1 of 2-HBTE in toluene as carrier. The precision of the method was 4.7% at 95% significance level and a detection limit of 0.012 μg l−1 of nickel was achieved. The preconcentration procedure showed a linear response within the studied concentration range from 3 to 500 μg l−1 of Ni in the feed solution. The method was validated with different spiked synthetic seawater and certified reference water samples: TMDA-62 and LGC 6016, without matrix interferences and showing good concordance with the certified values, being the relative errors −5.9% and −2.2%, respectively. Under optimal conditions, the average preconcentration yield for real seawater samples was 98 ± 5%, with a nickel preconcentration factor of 20.83 and metal concentrations ranging between 2.8 and 5.4 μg l−1.  相似文献

Hexamminecobalt(III)-tricarbonatocobaltate(III) was prepared, and its bicarbonate solution was standardized against ferrous ammonium sulfate using Ferroin indicator. The Co solution was used as an oxidimetric reagent for the determination of organic systems.Hydroquinone as a reversible system undergoes fast electrochemical reactions, so it can be determined with the Co(III) complex, which acts as an irreversible titrant. Thus it can be determined with both visual and potentiometric methods. Standardized hydroquinone solutions in H2SO4 medium gave very similar results when determined potentiometrically against standard Co(III) solution. The acid medium is important for liberating Co(III) ions. Hydrochloric acid behaves similarly but perchloric acid interferes with the reaction. Diluting the hydroquinone solutions had no effect on the determinations. The potentiometric endpoint coincides with the discharge of the color if Ferroin has been present.p-Aminophenol, p-phenylenediamine, and Metol (p-hydroxy-N-methylaniline), which slow or hinder the electrochemical reaction, do not indicate a distinct potential change at the endpoint, so cannot be determined potentiometrically. Their chemical reactions are fast enough to be titrated visually against Co(III) complex using Ferroin indicator. Titration curves representing biamperometric measurements of these solutions fulfill these results.Hydrazine sulfate and isonicotinic acid hydrazide as irreversible systems cannot react with Co(III) and thus cannot be determined either potentiometrically or visually as both electrochemical and chemical reactions are slow to be recognized.  相似文献
