深能级杂质对光导半导体开关非线性特性的影响

建立了非线性GaAs光导开关深能级杂质瞬态模型的基本方程,获得了与实验现象定性吻合的电流输出,给出了平均载流子随时间演化的情况.分析结果表明,在考虑了深能级杂质的俘获、发射和碰撞电离后,有可能对非线性光导开关中发生的一系列现象做出解释,进一步的仔细分析将对非线性光导开关的设计和制作提供理论指导.     

Crystallographic report: Bis(norfloxacin)dilead(II) tetranitrate, [Pb2(H‐Norf)2(ONO2)4]

High performance 1689-nm quantum well diode lasers

1689-nm diode lasers used in medical apparatus have been fabricated and characterized. The lasers had pnpn InP current confinement structure, and the active region consisted of 5 pairs of InGaAs quantum wells and InGaAsP barriers.     

Covalent functionalization of multi-walled carbon nanotubes by lipase

Lipase from Candida rugosa was covalently anchored onto acid-treated multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) through a self-catalytic mechanism. A variety of characterization techniques including FTIR, Raman spectroscopy, and XPS were employed to demonstrate the formation of the ester linkage between lipase and MWNTs. The MWNTs-lipase biocomposites showed significantly increased solubility in some common-used organic solvents, such as THF, DMF and chloroform. This study may offer a novel and facile route for covalent modification of carbon nanotubes, and expand the potential utilization of both lipases and MWNTs in the fields of biocatalyst and biosensor.

Series solution to the laser-ion interaction in a Raman-type configuration

The Raman interaction of a ultracold ion trapped with two travelling wave lasers is studied analytically with series solutions, in the absence of the rotating wave approximation (RWA) and without restrictions of both the Lamb-Dicke limit and the weak excitation regime. The comparison is made between our solutions and those obtained under the RWA in order to demonstrate the validity region of the RWA. As a practical example, the preparation of Schr?dinger-cat states is proposed beyond the weak excitation regime, using our calculations. A Nonconforming Arbitrary Quadrilateral Finite Element Method for Approximating Maxwell's Equations

The main aim of this paper is to provide convergence analysis of Quasi-Wilson nonconforming finite element to Maxwell's equations under arbitrary quadrilateral meshes.The error estimates are derived,which are the same as those for conforming elements under conventional regular meshes.     

Crystallization process of Bi(Pb)-Sr-Ca-Cu-O glass

A crystallization study has been carried out for rapidly solidified Bi₂Pb_0.5Sr₂Ca₄Cu₅O_x glass. Glass transition temperature T _g, crystallized superconducting phases and microstructural changes were measured and analysed by differential thermal analysis (DTA), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The crystallization mechanism of the three superconducting phases — (2201) 20 K phase, (2212) 80 K phase, and (2223) 110 K phase — has been discussed, and a time-temperature-transformation diagram for the glass has been constructed.     

服装主观热感觉的统计分析

本文用多因子方差分析模型和多重比较分析了服装穿着时的主观热感觉与服装品种、环境条件、穿着者的活动状态与籍贯之间的关系。通过主成分回归建立了用生理指标预测主观热感觉的模型，从而得出一种定量地评价服装属性的方法。
