A new open-cubane MnIII, [{(H2O)MnIIIL}{MnIIIL}]2·2(CH3OH).2(CH3CH2OH)·2Cl, 1 where H 2 L=[N-(2-hydroxyethyl)-3-methoxysalicylaldimine] has been synthesized and characterized by element analysis, FT-IR, solid UV–Vis spectroscopy and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal structure determination shows an open-cubane tetranuclear complex. The Mn1 (Mn1i) ions is hexacoordinate by NO5 donor sets while the Mn2 (Mn2i) is pentacoordinate by NO4 donor sets. The solid state photoluminescence properties of complex 1 and its ligand H 2 L have been investigated under UV light at 349 nm in the visible region. H 2 L exhibits blue emission while complex 1 shows orange-red emission at room temperature. Variable-temperature magnetic susceptibility measurements on the complex 1 in the range 2–300 K indicate an antiferromagnetic interaction. 相似文献

Allyl-palladium dithiocarbamate complexes, [Pd(allyl)(S2CNR2)], have been prepared from the addition of dithiocarbamate salts to [Pd(allyl)(μ-Cl)]2 and TGA and DSC studies have been carried out in order to assess their potential as MOCVD precursors to palladium sulfides. For comparison [(η3-C4H7)Pd(S2PPh2)] and [Pd(S2CNMeR)2] (R = Bu, Hex) have also been prepared and tested as precursors. The unsymmetrical dithiocarbamate complex, [(η3-C3H5)Pd(S2CNMeHex)], which has a melting point of 65 °C was selected as the best single source precursor and thin films of predominantly Pd2.8S were deposited on glass slides. The crystal structures of [(η3-C4H7)Pd(S2CNMe2)], [(η3-C4H7)Pd(S2CNPr2)], [(η3-C4H7)Pd(S2PPh2)] and [Pd(S2CNMeBu)2] are reported. AbstractIn this study, five new paraben substituted cyclotriphosphazene compounds containing hydrophilic glycol groups were successfully synthesized. All synthesized cyclotriphosphazene compounds 1-10 were fully characterized via general spectroscopic techniques such as 1H, 31P NMR and MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry. In addition, the investigations of the UV-vis absorption and fluorescence emission properties of the 1-10 carried out via absorption and fluorescence spectroscopies in different solvents. The absorbance bands of the all synthesized compounds 1-10 were observed at about 230–300?nm in all solvents studied. Furthermore, the highest fluorescence emission intensity of the compounds 1-10 was observed in tetrahydrofuran at about 312?nm and the lowest emission intensity was observed in chloroform. The synthesized molecules can be used as custom designed molecules to investigate the DNA binding properties in automatic biosensor device in our laboratories, since they carry hydrophilic glycol units for water solubility and paraben derivatives for DNA effecting properties. 相似文献

Aerial parts and roots of the 12 Allium species collected from five localities of Turkey were studied for trace elements (Ag, As, Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Ni, Pb, Se, Tl, V, and Zn) using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). A tomato leaves certified reference material was used to characterize the accuracy and precision of the analysis. Each Allium species contained Se (315–2740?µg/kg), Tl (2.75–71?µg/kg), V (77–6790?µg/kg), and Zn (3.73–26.6?mg/kg) which can meet the necessary daily intake of these minerals. In addition, chemometric analyses were performed using correlation analysis, principal component analysis, and hierarchical cluster analysis to determine the association of 12 trace elements in the Allium species. Using chemometrics, the distribution of elements between aerial parts and roots, and geographic collection localities of Allium species were also examined. This study is important the consumers because of the wide consumption of Allium species. This report is the first detailed characterization of the metal content of Allium species. 相似文献

Four new oxovanadium(IV) compounds were prepared by template reaction of salicyl-, 5-bromosalicyl-and 3-methoxysalicyl-aldehyde
S-methylthiosemicarbazones with 2-hydroxy-, 5-bromo-2-hydroxy-and 3-methoxy-2-hydroxy-benzaldehyde in various combinations.
The compounds were isolated as stable solid compounds with general formula [VO(L)] and characterized by elemental analysis,
conductivity and magnetic measurements, electronic, IR and EPR spectroscopy. The X-band EPR signals recorded from powder forms
of all samples have a single asymmetric line shape and theoretical fit studies proved the presence of axial symmetry around
the paramagnetic vanadium ions. The anisotropic Lande splitting factors take values of g‖ < g⊥ < ge = 2.0023. Orbital energy levels for magnetic electrons were determined from theoretically well fitted Spin Hamiltonian parameters.

The essential oils (EOs) obtained by solvent-free microwave extraction (SFME) and hydrodistillation (HD) from endemic Origanum husnucanbaseri H. Duman, Aytac & A. Duran were investigated using the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry system. The main constituents of both oils obtained from SFME and HD from O. husnucanbaseri are borneol (15.2-12.8%), α-terpineol (12.3-10.8%) and trans-sabinene hydrate (11.8-9.92%). The EO obtained from SFME contained substantially higher amounts of oxygenated compounds and lower amounts of monoterpenes than that from HD. The antibacterial activities of the EOs from SFME and HD were evaluated by the disc diffusion method against six bacterial strains. The EO extracted by SFME was more effective than the EO extracted by HD against the tested bacteria, except for Klebsiella pneumoniae American type culture collection (ATCC) 13883. Streptococcus pyogenes ATCC 19615 and Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923 in particular were more sensitive against the EO extracted by SFME. 相似文献

Co-adsorption of hydrogen and CO on Cu(1 1 0) and on a bimetallic Ni/Cu(1 1 0) surface was studied by thermal desorption spectroscopy. Hydrogen was exposed in atomic form as generated in a hot tungsten tube. The Ni/Cu surface alloy was prepared by physical vapor deposition of nickel. It turned out that extended exposure of atomic hydrogen leads not only to adsorption at surface and sub-surface sites, but also to a roughening of the Cu(1 1 0) surface, which results in a decrease of the desorption temperature for surface hydrogen. Exposure of a CO saturated Cu(1 1 0) surface to atomic H leads to a removal of the more strongly bonded on-top CO (α1 peak) only, whereas the more weakly adsorbed CO molecules in the pseudo threefold hollow sites (α2 peak) are hardly influenced. No reaction between CO and H could be observed. The modification of the Cu(1 1 0) surface with Ni has a strong influence on CO adsorption, leading to three new, distinct desorption peaks, but has little influence on hydrogen desorption. Co-adsorption of H and CO on the Ni/Cu(1 1 0) bimetallic surface leads to desorption of CO and H2 in the same temperature regime, but again no reaction between the two species is observed. 相似文献
