A number of α-β acetylenic carbinols RFCCC(OH)RR′, in which the acetylenic proton was substituted by a F-alkyl group, were first prepared, from a classical reaction of (F-alkynyl)- lithium derivatives RFCCLi upon various carbonyl compounds.On another hand, the reaction of propargyl bromide metallic complexes (organoaluminic, or ultrasonic irradiation activated organozinc) upon some polyfluorinated ketones RFCOR led to the formation, in convenient yields, of the propargylic carbinols HCCCH2C(OH)RRF.The synthesis and properties of these series of new (F-alkyl) substituted acetylenic and propargylic alcohols are described and discussed.  相似文献

CoSm(SeO3)2Cl, CuGd(SeO3)2Cl, MnSm(SeO3)2Cl, CuGd2(SeO3)4 and CuSm2(SeO3)4: Transition Metal containing Selenites of Samarium and Gadolinum The reaction of CoCl2, Sm2O3, and SeO2 in evacuated silica ampoules lead to blue single crystals of CoSm(SeO3)2Cl (triclinic, , Z = 4, a = 712.3(1), b = 889.5(2), c = 1216.2(2) pm, α = 72.25(1)°, β = 71.27(1)°, γ = 72.08(1)°, Rall = 0.0586). If MnCl2 is used in the reaction light pink single crystals of MnSm(SeO3)2Cl (triclinic, , Z = 2, a = 700.8(2), b = 724.1(2), c = 803.4(2) pm, α = 86.90(3)°, β = 71.57(3)°, γ = 64.33(3)°, Rall = 0.0875) are obtained. Green single crystals of CuGd2(SeO3)2Cl (triclinic, , Z = 4, a = 704.3(4), b = 909.6(4), c = 1201.0(7) pm, α = 70.84(4)°, β = 73.01(4)°, γ = 70.69(4)°, Rall = 0.0450) form analogously in the reaction of CuCl2 and Gd2O3 with SeO2. CoSm(SeO3)2Cl contains [CoO4Cl2] octahedra, which are connected via one edge and one vertex to infinite chains. The Mn2+ ions in MnSm(SeO3)2Cl are also octahedrally coordinated by four oxygen and two chlorine ligands. The linkage of the polyhedra to chains occurs exclusively via edges. Both, the cobalt and the manganese compound show the Sm3+ ions in eight and ninefold coordination of oxygen atoms and chloride ions. In CuGd(SeO3)2Cl the Cu2+ ions are coordinated by three oxygen atoms and one Cl ion in a distorted square planar manner. One further Cl and one further oxygen ligand complete the [CuO3Cl] units yielding significantly elongated octahedra. The latter are again connected to chains via two common edges. For the Gd3+ ions coordination numbers of ?8 + 1”? and nine were found. Single crystals of the deep blue selenites CuM2(SeO3)4 (M = Sm/Gd, monoclinic, P21/c, a = 1050.4(3)/1051.0(2), b = 696.6(2)/693.5(1), c = 822.5(2)/818.5(2) pm, β = 110.48(2)°/110.53(2)°, Rall = 0.0341/0.0531) can be obtained from reactions of the oxides Sm2O3 and Gd2O3, respectively, with CuO and SeO2. The crystal structure contains square planar [CuO4] groups and irregular [MO9] polyhedra.  相似文献

A method for determining the equilibrium association constant of a complexation reaction A + B left harpoon over right harpoon AB by electrospray ionization mass spectrometry is described. The method consists in measuring the relative intensities of the peaks corresponding to A and to AB in equimolar A-B solutions at different concentrations C(0). The results are fitted by a non-linear least-squares procedure, with the two variable parameters being the equilibrium association constant K(a) and a factor R, defined by I(AB)/I(A) = R x [AB]/[A]. The factor R is the ratio between the response factors of AB and A, and corrects for the relative electrospray responses of the complex and the free substrate A, mass discrimination of instrumental origin and/or moderate in-source dissociation. The method is illustrated with the following two systems: complexes between a double-stranded 12-base pair oligonucleotide and minor groove binders, and cyclodextrin complexes with alpha,omega-dicarboxylic acids. For the oligonucleotide complexes, it is found that the response of the complex is not dramatically different to the response of the free oligonucleotide duplex, as the double helix conformation is disturbed by the drug only to a minor extent. In the case of cyclodextrin complexes, these complexes were found to have a much higher response than free cyclodextrin. This may be due to the fact that cyclodextrin is neutral in solution, whereas the complex is charged, but it can also stem from the fact that a significant proportion of the complex is in a non-inclusion geometry. The present method requires the exact determination of the concentrations of the reactants and is applicable to 1 : 1 complexes.  相似文献

QM/MM methods were used to study the isomerization step from (2R)-methylmalonyl-CoA to succinyl-CoA. A pathway via a "fragmentation-recombination" mechanism is ruled out on energetic grounds. For the other radicalic pathway, involving an addition recombination step, geometries and vibrational contributions have been determined, and a barrier height of 11.70 kcal/mol was found. The effect of adjacent hydrogen-donating groups was found to reduce the energy barrier by 1-2 kcal/mol each and thus to provide a significant catalytic effect for this reaction. By means of molecular dynamics studies, the stereochemistry of the methylmalonyl-CoA mutase catalyzed reaction was examined. It is shown that TYR89 is essential for maintaining stereoselectivity of the abstraction of a hydrogen in the backreaction. The subsequent selective formation of one isomer of methylmalonyl-CoA is probably due to the presence of a bulky side chain.  相似文献

H3PW12O40/activated carbon catalysts have been studied by microcalorimetry and by the dehydration of methanol to dimethyl ether. It has been shown that the acidity of the polyacid is greatly reduced upon grafting on activated carbon. The decrease is so high that, at low polyanion loadings, the catalysts are relatively inactive in the dehydration of methanol to dimethyl ether.  相似文献

Citrate-capped gold nanoparticles as well as planar gold surfaces can be efficiently grafted with a covalently attached polymer monolayer a few nanometers thick, by simple contact of the metal surface with dilute aqueous solutions of hydrophilic polymers that are end-capped with disulfide moieties, as shown by UV/vis absorption, dynamic light scattering, and surface plasmon resonance studies. The hydrophilic polymer-coated gold colloids can be freeze-dried and stored as powders that can be subsequently dissolved to yield stable aqueous dispersions, even at very large concentrations. They allow for applying filtrations, gel permeation chromatography, or centrifugation. They do not suffer from undesirable nonspecific adsorption of proteins while allowing the diffusion of small species within the hydrogel surface coating. In addition, specific properties of the original hydrophilic polymers are retained such as a lower critical solution temperature. The latter feature could be useful to enhance optical responses of functionalized gold surfaces toward interaction with various substrates.  相似文献

1-[2-(N-methylcarbamoyl)phenyl]-3H-2,1-naphto-(1,8-d,e)-oxathiin-1-ium chloride (2), 1-[2-(N-methylcarbamoyl)-phenyl]-2-methyl-3-oxo-3H-1, 2-naphto-(1,8-d,e)-thiazin-1-ium chloride (3), 1-[8-(N-methylcarbamoyl)naphtyl]-2-methyl-3-oxo-3H-1, 2-naphto-(1,8-d,e)-thiazin-1-ium chloride (4) and 1-(8-carboxylatonaphtyl)-2-methyl-3-oxo-3H-1,2-naphto-(1,8-d,e)-thiazin-1-ium dipolar ion (5) cyclic sulfonium salts were prepared and their chemical properties investigated (spirosulfurane-formation, hydrolysis). The molecular structures obtained from x-ray diffraction can be described with a considerably distorted trigonal bipyramidal arrangement of the ligands about the sulfonium center, with O/N—S ... O=apical angles of 173.9, 164.9, 156.6, and 159.0°, as well as with S—O/N apical bond lengths of 1.648, 1.671, 1.664, and 1.682 Å. The structures exhibit relatively short S ... O close contacts with interatomic distances of 2.253, 2.448, 2.795, and 2.619 Å.  相似文献

Carcinoembryonic cell adhesion molecule 1 (CEACAM1) is a human membrane glycoprotein belonging to the carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) family and to the immunoglobulin superfamily. It is expressed in apical membranes of many epithelial cells in gastrointestinal and urogenital tract and also in granulocytes and lymphocytes, and its biological effect in human tissues has recently been discussed in literature. The purpose of this study was to isolate CEACAM1 glycoprotein from bile and characterize its purity and recovery which has not been described before. Affinity chromatography of CEACAM1 on hydrazide-activated cellulose with immobilized monoclonal anti-CEA F34-187 antibody is described. The immunoglobulin carbohydrate moiety was oxidized by periodate and then bound to hydrazide-activated matrix. Crude protein fraction from bile was applied on the affinity column and after extensive washing of non-bound proteins CEACAM1 was eluted with 6 M guanidine-HCl. A single immunopositive 85 kDa band was detected on Western blots with anti-CEA antibody after SDS-PAGE. We found out that CEACAM1 was not stainable with any common method of protein staining and the only non-specific method which could detect the 85 kDa band was a lectin staining.  相似文献
