Novel thiosemicarbazonato complexes of gold(III) have been prepared from reactions of [Au(damp-C1,N)Cl2(damp- = 2-(N,N-dimethylaminomethyl)phenyl) or [NBu4][AuCl4] with 2-pyridineformamide thiosemicarbazones (HL). The thiosemicarbazones deprotonate and coordinate as mononegative, tridentate NNS ligands to gold to give [Au(Hdamp-C1)(L)]Cl2 or [AuCl(L)]Cl complexes. The organometallic damp- ligand is protonated during the reactions and the Au-N bond is cleaved. The [AuCl(L)]+ cations represent the first gold(III) complexes with thiourea derivatives which are not stabilised by an additional organometallic ligand. Reactions of [NBu4][AuX4](X = Cl, Br) with diphenylthiocarbazone (dithizone) result in reduction of the metal and the formation of gold(I) complexes of the composition [AuX(SCN4-3,4-Ph2)] where SCN4-3,4-Ph2 is 3,4-diphenyltetrazole thione which is formed from cyclisation of dithizone. 相似文献

Reactions of the oxorhenium(V) complexes [ReOX3(PPh3)2] (X = Cl, Br) with the N‐heterocyclic carbene (NHC) 1,3,4‐triphenyl‐1,2,4‐triazol‐5‐ylidene (LPh) under mild conditions and in the presence of MeOH or water give [ReOX2(Y)(PPh3)(LPh)] complexes (X = Cl, Br; Y = OMe, OH). Attempted reactions of the carbene precursor 5‐methoxy‐1,3,4‐triphenyl‐4,5‐dihydro‐1H‐1,2,4‐triazole ( 1 ) with [ReOCl3(PPh3)2] or [NBu4][ReOCl4] in boiling xylene resulted in protonation of the intermediately formed carbene and decomposition products such as [HLPh][ReOCl4(OPPh3)], [HLPh][ReOCl4(OH2)] or [HLPh][ReO4] were isolated. The neutral [ReOX2(Y)(PPh3)(HLPh)] complexes are purple, airstable solids. The bulky NHC ligands coordinate monodentate and in cis‐position to PPh3. The relatively long Re–C bond lengths of approximate 2.1Å indicate metal‐carbon single bonds. 相似文献

The phenylimidorhenium(V) complexes [Re(NPh)X3(PPh3)2] (X = Cl, Br) react with the N‐heterocyclic carbene (NHC) 1,3‐diethyl‐4,5‐dimethylimidazole‐2‐ylidene (LEt) under formation of the stable rhenium(V) complex cations [Re(NPh)X(LEt)4]2+ (X = Cl, Br), which can be isolated as their chloride or [PF6]? salts. The compounds are remarkably stable against air, moisture and ligand exchange. The hydroxo species [Re(NPh)(OH)(LEt)4]2+ is formed when moist solvents are used during the synthesis. The rhenium atoms in all three complexes are coordinated in a distorted octahedral fashion with the four NHC ligands in equatorial planes of the molecules. The Re–C(carbene) bond lengths between 2.171(8) and 2.221(3) Å indicate mainly σ‐bonding between the NHC ligand and the electron deficient d2 metal atoms. Attempts to prepare analogous phenylimido complexes from [Re(NPh)Cl3(PPh3)2] and 1,3‐diisopropyl‐4,5‐dimethylimidazole‐2‐ylidene (Li?Pr) led to a cleavage of the rhenium‐nitrogen multiple bond and the formation of the dioxo complex [ReO2(Li?Pr)4]+. 相似文献

The 13C and 14N ENDOR spectra of Cu(et2dtc)2 substituted into single crystals of Ni(et2dtc)2 are reported. The centrosymmetric, planar structure of the host molecule has been retained by the guest. The β-subunit of human thyroid stimulating hormone (hTSH) has been synthesized as a single glycoform bearing a chitobiose disaccharide at the native glycosylation site. Key to the successful completion of this synthesis was the introduction of an arginine-tagged acetamidomethyl group, which served to greatly facilitate handling of a glycopeptide fragment with poor aqueous solubility. Polymeric technetium tetrachloride reacts with monodentate donor ligands such as THF, acetonitrile, DMSO, thioxane (1-oxa-4-thiacyclohexane), PMe2Ph, PPh3, OPPh3, or OH2 via cleavage of the polymeric network and the formation of [TcCl4(L)2] complexes. The configuration of the products is dependent on the donor atoms such that trans coordination is established with "soft" donor atoms such as sulfur or phosphorus, while cis-[TcCl4(L)2] complexes are formed with the "harder" donors oxygen or nitrogen. The ambivalent thioxane binds to technetium via the sulfur atom. The trans products are air stable and resistant to hydrolysis. The cis complexes, however, undergo stepwise hydrolysis, during which complexes of the composition [Cl3(L)2TcOTc(L)2Cl3] (L = CH3CN, DMSO, or OH2) are formed.
