New zincocenes [ZnCp′2] ( 2 – 5 ) with substituted cyclopentadienyl ligands C5Me4H, C5Me4tBu, C5Me4SiMe2tBu and C5Me4SiMe3, respectively, have been prepared by the reaction of ZnCl2 with the appropriate Cp′‐transfer reagent. For a comparative structural study, the known [Zn(C5H4SiMe3)2] ( 1 ), has also been investigated, along with the mixed‐ring zincocenes [Zn(C5Me5)(C5Me4SiMe3)] ( 6 ) and [Zn(C5Me5)(C5H4SiMe3)] ( 7 ), the last two obtained by conproportionation of [Zn(C5Me5)2] with 5 or 1 , as appropriate. All new compounds were characterised by NMR spectroscopy, and by X‐ray methods, with the exception of 7 , which yields a side‐product ( C ) upon attempted crystallisation. Compounds 5 and 6 were also investigated by 13C CPMAS NMR spectroscopy. Zincocenes 1 and 2 have infinite chain structures with bridging Cp′ ligands, while 3 and 4 exhibit slipped‐sandwich geometries. Compounds 5 and 6 have rigid, η51(σ) structures, in which the monohapto C5Me4SiMe3 ligand is bound to zinc through the silyl‐bearing carbon atom, forming a Zn? C bond of comparable strength to the Zn? Me bond in ZnMe2. Zincocene 5 has dynamic behaviour in solution, but a rigid η51(σ) structure in the solid state, as revealed by 13C CPMAS NMR studies, whereas for 6 the different nature of the Cp′ ligands and of the ring substituents of the η1‐Cp′ group (Me and SiMe3) have permitted observation for the first time of the rigid η51 solution structure. Iminoacyl compounds of composition [Zn(η5‐C5Me4R)(η1‐C(NXyl)C5Me4R)] resulting from the reactions of some of the above zincocenes and CNXyl (Xyl=2,6‐dimethylphenylisocyanide) have also been obtained and characterised.  相似文献

The dielectric properties of a series of homoionic alkali-exchanged montmorillonites were studied at different treatment temperatures and various water loadings by means of complex impedance spectroscopy. To date, however, this method has been underutilized in clay minerals studies. The main objective of the present work is to understand the relaxation mechanisms of water molecules interacting with different hydration centers in clay minerals, with a view to eventually control their interactions with the alkali extra-framework cations. The other part of our study is to study the dielectric properties such as real and imaginary parts of dielectric permittivity, loss tangent, and ac conductivity in the frequency range 10?2–106?Hz and temperature range 173–333?K of these clay minerals. The obtained results have been discussed in terms of the Jonscher model.  相似文献

Chemical investigation of the EtOAc extract of the mangrove-derived endophyte Corynespora cassiicola, isolated from Laguncularia racemosa (Combretaceae), afforded five new secondary metabolites, named coryoctalactones A–E (15). The structures of the new compounds were determined on the basis of 1D- and 2D-NMR spectroscopy as well as high-resolution mass spectrometry. The absolute configuration of the side chain in 13 and 5 were tentatively deduced based on biogenetic consideration in comparison with xestodecalactones, previously isolated from C. cassiicola. All isolated compounds were evaluated for their antimicrobial, cytotoxic, and antitrypanosomal activities.  相似文献

Chemical investigation of the endophytic fungus Diaporthe melonis, isolated from Annona squamosa, yielded two new dihydroanthracenone atropodiastereomers, diaporthemins A (1) and B (2), together with the known flavomannin-6,6′-di-O-methyl ether (3). The structures of the new compounds were established on the basis of extensive 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy, as well as by high resolution mass spectrometry and by CD spectroscopy. Compounds 13 were tested for their antimicrobial activity against a multi-resistant clinical isolate of Staphylococcus aureus 25697, a susceptible reference strain of S. aureus ATCC 29213 and against Streptococcus pneumoniae ATCC 49619. Compound 3 strongly inhibited S. pneumonia growth with a MIC value of 2 μg/mL, and showed moderate activity against the S. aureus multi-resistant clinical isolate and susceptible reference strain (MIC 32 μg/mL), whereas 1 and 2 were not active against the tested strains.  相似文献

Cationic Cu?L complexes (L=Buchwald‐type phosphane) with N co‐ligands have been characterised by structural and spectroscopic properties. These copper(I) complexes are extremely active catalysts, far more active than analogous gold(I) complexes, to promote the single and double A3 coupling of terminal alkynes, pyrrolidine and formaldehyde. The activity data show the possible ways in which the solvent can influence the catalytic performance by limiting complex solubility, by solvent decomposition or instability of the copper(I) redox state. Isolation of copper(I) complexes that are likely to be the key catalytic species has allowed light to be shed on the reaction mechanism.  相似文献

In this paper we consider scheduling tasks on a multiprocessor system, taking into account communication delays. We propose a new Mixed Integer Program (MIP) formulation that drastically reduces both the number of variables and the number of constraints, when compared to the best mathematical programming formulations from the literature. In addition, we propose pre-processing procedures that generates cuts and bounds on all variables, reducing the solution space of the problem as well. Cuts are obtained by using forward and backward critical path method from project management field, while the upper bound is derived from the new greedy heuristic. Computational experience shows advantages of our approach.  相似文献

Cyanohydrins are usually formed by addition of hydrogen cyanide to aldehydes or ketones while the elimination of HCN from cyanohydrins is easily observed upon heating. The low thermal stability of these highly boiling compounds leads to difficult studies in the gas phase where partial or complete decomposition is usually observed. Consequently, the reported physicochemical properties of such compounds in the gas phase are still scarce. Keeping with this, four simple cyanohydrins, the glycolonitrile and methyl, vinyl and ethynyl derivatives, have been selected. These are possible candidates for the Interstellar Medium, where the corresponding aldehydes and HCN have been detected, and could have played an important role in prebiotic chemistry, as already proposed for some of them. Three well‐suited spectroscopic techniques, namely, UV photoelectron, infrared, and Raman spectroscopies, in tandem with quantum calculations, have been chosen for the structure analysis. Photoelectron spectroscopy, successfully performed with gaseous compounds, provides the first comparative study on cyanohydrins in the gas phase.  相似文献
