Choice of crucible material is a key issue during the growth of AlN crystal. The stabilities at high temperature and life-spans of boron nitride (BN) crucible,tantalum (Ta) crucible and tungsten (W) crucible were compared. Tantalum crucible behaved worse at high temperature and life-span was shortened as compared with the other two crucible materials. It was very crisp and easy to crack. In contrast,self-seeded AlN crystals with different morphologies could be obtained at different high temperatures using BN crucible. The boron nitride crucible was stable below 2200 ℃,above which it would decompose. Thus it was unsuitable for the bulky AlN crystal growth. Tungsten crucible could endure the temperatures higher than 2200℃. Unfortunately we could only get AlN polycrystallines using tungsten crucible. After 50~100 hours’ run,the crucible was destroyed completely due to the multiple deep cracks. XRD results of destroyed tungsten crucible indicated that the main phases are tungsten carbide and tungsten nitride. 相似文献

Nanosized nickel oxide was synthesized by immersing the precursor NiHCNFe into 1 mol·L-1 KOH solution to obtain nickel hydroxide (Ni(OH)2) and then annealing in air at 300 ℃. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) tests showed the prepared samples were rhombohedral crystalline structure of NiO with uniform grain and with a diameter of about 8 nm. Electrochemical properties of NiO were examined by cyclic voltammetry, ac impedance and galvanostatic charge-discharge tests. The results demonstrated that nickel oxide had a good capacitive behavior and cyclability due to its nanostructure. The highest specific capacitance of nickel oxide was about 303 F·g-1 at a charge/discharge current density of 5 mA·cm-2 in 6 mol·L-1 KOH solution. 相似文献

通过高温固相扩散反应合成了稀土元素镝掺杂的Zn4-xB6O13:xDy3+磷光体.测定了该化合物在高能60Co伽玛射线辐照下的热释发光曲线和三维热释光谱.三维热释光谱表明,位于大约480nm和580nm的发光谱带来自于Dy3+离子的f-f跃迁.基质中掺杂的Dy3+离子浓度的变化能够改变陷阱的相对分布,随着Dy3+浓度的增加,发光峰温向高温方向移动,这可提高剂量器的热稳定性.当辐照剂量增加时,发光峰温亦向高温方向移动,即陷阱加深.确定了Zn3.86B6O13:0.16Dy3+样品主峰的陷阱深度E=0.73eV,频率因子S=2.43×109s-1.在1~100Gy治疗级范围内,Zn3.86B6O13:0.16Dy3+对60Co伽玛射线辐照的热释光剂量响应呈良好的线性关系.实验结果表明,Zn3.86B6O13:0.16Dy3+是一个潜在的应用于临床医疗的伽玛射线电离辐射热释光剂量计材料. 相似文献

Electromagnetic scattering from one-dimensional two-layered rough surfaces is investigated by using finite-difference time-domain algorithm (FDTD). The uniaxial perfectly matched layer (UPML) medium is adopted for truncation of FDTD lattices, in which the finite-difference equations can be used for the total computation domain by properly choosing the uniaxial parameters. The rough surfaces are characterized with Gaussian statistics for the height and the autocorrelation function. The angular distribution of bistatic scattering coefficient from single-layered perfect electric conducting and dielectric rough surface is calculated and it is in good agreement with the numerical result with the conventional method of moments. The influence of the relative permittivity, the incident angle, and the correlative length of two-layered rough surfaces on the bistatic scattering coefficient with different polarizations are presented and discussed in detail. 相似文献
