开发新型无机空穴传输层材料是钙钛矿电池实现商业应用的重要挑战之一。本文开展了二硫化钨纳米片制备及其钙钛矿太阳能电池空穴传输层应用研究。采用液相超声剥离法成功制备了WS2纳米片,并将其引入钙钛矿太阳能电池中用作空穴传输层。结果表明,当WS2纳米片溶液浓度为1 mg/mL时,制备的WS2纳米片空穴传输层具有较合适的厚度,并且后续在其上生长的钙钛矿活性层成膜质量高、结晶性能好,电池取得6.3%的光电转换效率。结果证实WS2纳米片可作为新型无机空穴传输层材料用于钙钛矿太阳能电池。 相似文献

提出并设计了一种基于电光聚合物的锥形波导,可用于单模光纤与电光聚合物波导器件之间的连接.锥形波导中采用了宽度锥形和折射率锥形结构.宽度锥形采用劈形形状,通过宽度和折射率的缓慢变化实现模场转换.劈形形状的宽度锥形具有较小的损耗且易于制作,折射率锥形可采用灰度掩膜光刻技术制作.研究了锥形波导的传输损耗与锥形波导的长度、波导宽度和厚度、材料吸收损耗等参数的关系及其优化,分析了锥形波导中的功率传输、模场分布与模式转换效率.结果显示锥形波导的传输损耗小于0.37 dB,光纤-波导-光纤的连接损耗优于1.62 dB,对插入损耗的改善达到8.78 dB,模场转换效率达到了83.7%. 相似文献

For a two-level atom in a lossy cavity, a scheme to manipulate the non-Markovian speedup dynamics has been proposed in the controllable environment(the lossy cavity field). We mainly focus on the effects of the qubit-cavity detuning ? and the qubit-cavity coupling strength κ on the non-Markovian speedup evolution of an open system. By controlling the environment, i.e., tuning ? and κ, two dynamical crossovers from Markovian to non-Markovian and from no-speedup to speedup are achieved. Furthermore, it is clearly found that increasing the coupling strength κ or detuning ? in some cases can make the environmental non-Markovianity stronger and hence can lead to faster evolution of the open system. 相似文献

This paper illustrates the design and simulation of a unique 500 MHz single-cell superconducting radio frequency cavity with a fluted beam pipe and a coaxial-type fundamental power coupler. The simulation results show that the cavity has a high r/Q value, a low peak surface field and a large beam aperture, so it can be a candidate cavity for high current accelerators. With the help of a fluted beam tube, almost all the higher order modes can propagate out of the cavity, especially the first two dipole modes, TE111 and TM110, and the first higher monopole mode, TM011. The external quality factor of the coaxial fundamental power coupler is optimized to 1.2×105, which will be useful when it is applied in the light source storage ring. 相似文献

A quantum dynamic calculation on a five-dimensional O2/LiF (001) model system is performed using the multi-configuration time-dependent Hartree method. The obtained results show that the mechanism of rotational and diffractive excitation in details: Comparison with the rotational excited state, the initially non-rotational state is seen to favor the inelastic scattering in the rotational excitation process. The surface corrugation can damp the quantum interferences and produce a greater amount of rotational inelastic scattering at the expense of the elastic process in the rotational excitation process. The diffraction process and the average energy transferred into the rotational and diffractive mode are also discussed. 相似文献
