The observed proton hyperfine coupling constants of radicals from resorcinol and 2-carboxylic, 5-carboxylic, and 5-methyl resorcinols in acidic and alkaline solution were reproduced by means of the INDO (intermediate neglect of differential overlap) with molecular geometry adjusting method. The bond lengths of C? O were longer in acidic solution than in alkaline solution and the total energies were lower in acidic solution than in alkaline solution. The assignments of the coupling constants of the radicals from resorcinols were |A2| > |A5| in alkaline oxidation and |A2| < |A5| in acidic oxidation.  相似文献

The reactions of 3-acetyl-4-ethoxycarbonyl- or 3,4-diethoxycarbonylpyrrolo[1,2-a]pyrimidine derivatives 7a,b , which were prepared by condensation of the 2-aminopyrrole ( 4 ) with ethyl 3-ethoxymethylene-2,4-dioxovalerate ( 5a ) or ethyl ethoxymethyleneoxaloacetate ( 5b ), with diazomethane are described. Thus, reaction of 7a , with diazomethane gave ethyl 2a-acetyl-7-cyano-2a,3a-dihydro-5,6-dimethyl-3H -cyclopropa[e]pyrrolo[1,2-a]pyrimidine-3a-carboxylate ( 11 ) in 74% yield, which was readily transformed into the 1-pyrrol-2-yl-pyrrole ( 18 ) by treatment with potassium hydroxide. On the other hand, reaction of 7b with diazomethane afforded three products whose structures were assigned as diethyl 7-cyano-2a,3a-dihydro-5,6-dimethyl-3H-cyclopropa[e]pyrrolo[1,2-a]pyrimidine-2a,3a-carboxylate ( 20 ), 6-cyano-7,8-dimethyl-3a,3b,5,9a-tetrahydro-4H -aziridino[c]-1H or 3H-pyrazolo[3,4-e]pyrrolo[1,2-a]pyrimidine-3a,9a-dicarboxylates ( 21,22 ). Ring Transformation of 20 to 25 was not observed.  相似文献

A temperature study was performed on micelle formation of a series of homologous cationic surfactants having organic counterions (alkanesulfonates) with carbon numbers ranging from 1 to 4: dodecylammonium salts of methanesulfonate (DAMS), ethanesulfonate (DAES), propanesulfonate (DAPS), and butanesulfonate (DABS) in water. The critical micelle concentrations (CMCs) and the degree of counterion binding (β) were determined at different temperatures ranging from 5 to 50°C by means of conventional electric conductance measurements. From the temperature dependence of β as well as CMC, Gibbs energy ΔG0m, enthalpy ΔH0m, and entropy ΔS0m, on micelle formation, were estimated for the respective surfactants. As for the temperature dependence of CMC for these surfactants, the temperature-CMC curves have a minimum around 30°C and show that the CMC at each temperature is lowered by about 3 mmol dm-3 per methylene group in the alkyl chain of the counterions. The relationship between β and temperature suggested that the counterion of MS- behaves most similarly to common univalent ions such as halide ions. In contrast, PS- and BS-, having a stronger ability to lower CMC and to promote association of surfactant ions with counterions as well as of surfactant ions themselves, behave more like those of surfactant ions, and ES- shows the most complicated character between those of common univalent ions and organic ions. However, the temperature dependence of enthalpy change, ΔH0m demonstrates that these four surfactants are divided into two groups: (1) DAMS and DAES and (2) DAPS and DABS. In addition, the entropy change ΔS0m as a function of alkyl chain length gives evidence that the contribution of the entropy term to the Gibbs energy on micelle formation clearly separates between DAES (m = 2) and DAPS (m = 3). A similar discontinuity is found even in the plot of ΔG0m versus carbon atom number of alkyl chain, m, and in the plot of ΔG0m versus estimated hydrodynamic radius of counterions. All the results obtained have indicated that lengthening the alkyl chains initially hinders micelle formation, but the longer chains are markedly effective in lowering the CMC and probably in increasing the aggregation number, owing to enhanced hydrophobic interaction between counterion and the micellar surface and/or core.  相似文献

By applying an internal standardization, we could use a rapid coprecipitation technique using lanthanum phosphate as a coprecipitant for preconcentration of iron(III) and lead in their flame atomic absorption spectrometric determination. Indium as an internal standard was added to the initial sample solution together with lanthanum and phosphoric acid; the coprecipitation of iron(III) and lead was then carried out at pH about 3. After measuring the atomic absorbances of iron, lead, and indium in the final sample solution, we determined the contents of iron(III) and lead in the original sample solution by using the internal standardization with indium. In this method, complete collection of the precipitate was not required after the coprecipitation of iron(III), lead, and indium, because the ratio of the recovery of iron(III) or lead to that of indium was almost constant regardless of the recovery of the precipitate. This method was simple and rapid, and was available for the determination of 2-300 micrograms L-1 of iron(III) and 5-400 micrograms L-1 of lead in some water samples.  相似文献

The Wittig reaction of carbaldehydes with alkoxycarbonylhalomethylidenetriphenylphosphoranes can be performed with ease in solventless systems. The analogous reaction of carbaldehydes with acylhalomethylidenetriphenylphosphoranes requires a small amount of solvent, such as chloroform, in order for the reaction to proceed. In vivo electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) tooth dosimetry provides a means for non-invasive retrospective assessment of personal radiation exposure. While there is a clear need for such capabilities following radiation accidents, the most pressing need for the development of this technology is the heightened likelihood of terrorist events or nuclear conflicts. This technique will enable such measurements to be made at the site of an incident, while the subject is present, to assist emergency personnel as they perform triage for the affected population. At Dartmouth Medical School this development is currently being tested with normal volunteers with irradiated teeth placed in their mouths and with patients who have undergone radiation therapy. Here we describe progress in practical procedures to provide accurate and reproducible in vivo dose estimates.  相似文献

Crude extracts from larvae, pupae and adults of cabbage white butterflies, Pieris rapae and Pieris brassicae, and green-veined butterfly, Pieris napi, have an ability to induce apoptosis in the human cancer cell lines. As apoptosis inducing protein, pierisin-1 and -2 have been isolated from pupae of P. rapae and P. brassicae, respectively, and shown to exhibit DNA ADP-ribosylating activity. Although the highest activity was detected in the late phase of larvae and early phase of pupae, certain activity was found in adult butterflies. In order to investigate distribution of substances having pierisin-like activities in butterflies, many species need to be analyzed. However, fresh samples of larvae and pupae are hard to obtain, especially if samples are of scarce species or from overseas. The usage of adult butterflies is practical to examine the distribution of pierisin-like activity in many species. In this study, we examined the cytotoxicity of crude extracts from adults of P. rapae against HeLa cells and DNA ADP-ribosylation ability during storage for 1, 2 and 8 weeks at room temperature after killing adult butterflies after eclosion. Body weights decreased to 18% for 8 weeks through dehydration. Cytotoxicity of samples from butterfly kept for 1, 2 and 8 weeks decreased to 47, 39 and 22%, respectively, of the control value. DNA ADP-ribosylating activity of the samples also decreased to 30, 27 and 23%. Similar reduction was observed on western blot analysis with anti-pierisin-1 antibody. Fortunately, these results suggest that cytotoxic and DNA ADP-ribosylating activity persists to some extent in the body after killing, at least for 8 weeks. Thus, butterfly adult samples kept for two months at room temperature can still be useful for examination of the presence of substance having pierisin-like activity.  相似文献

A series of [1, 2, 4]triazolo[1, 5-b]pyridazines (5) and imidazo[1, 2-b]pyridazines (6) having cyclic amines was synthesized and evaluated for antihistaminic activity and inhibitory effect on eosinophil infiltration. When a piperidine or a piperazine containing a benzhydryl group and a suitable spacer was incorporated at the 6-position, the fused pyridazines were found to exhibit both antihistaminic activity and an inhibitory effect on eosinophil chemotaxis. Above all, 6a showed potent antihistaminic activity, but little blockade of central H(1) receptors in contrast with its complete blockade of peripheral H(1) receptors as determined by an ex vivo binding assay. Furthermore, 6a inhibited eosinophil infiltration of the skin caused by a topical antigen challenge in sensitized guinea pigs, while an antihistamine terfenadine was not effective. After the pharmacokinetic study, 6a was found to be rapidly hydrolyzed to 6o, which was also orally active. Compound 6o, 2-[6-[[3-[4-(diphenylmethoxy)piperidino]propyl]amino]imidazo[1, 2-b]pyridazin-2-yl]-2-methylpropionic acid dihydrate (TAK-427), having both antihistaminic and antiinflammatory activity, is currently undergoing clinical trials as a therapeutic agent for atopic dermatitis and allergic rhinitis.  相似文献

Transparent BaTiO3 nanoparticle/polymer composite films were synthesized from titanium-organic film and barium ion in aqueous solution under direct current (DC) field. Titanium-organic precursor was synthesized from titanium isopropoxide, acetylacetone and methacrylate derivative. The UV treatment was effective to increase the anti-solubility of the titanium-organic film during DC processing. BaTiO3 nanoparticles were crystallized in the precursor films on stainless substrates without high temperature process, as low as 40°C. The crystallite size of BaTiO3 increased with increasing reaction temperature from 40 to 50 °C at 3.0 V/cm. BaTiO3 nanoparticles also grew in size with increasing reaction time from 15 min to 45 min at 3.0 V/cm and 50 °C. Transparent BaTiO3 nanoparticle/polymer films were synthesized on stainless substrates at 3.0 V/cm and 50°C for 45 min.  相似文献
