A series of new piano‐stool iron(II) complexes comprising N‐heterocyclic carbene ligands [Fe(Cp)(CO)2(NHC)]I (NHC = 1,3‐disubstituted imidazolidin‐2‐ylidene) have been synthesized and analyzed by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, IR, elemental analysis and mass spectrometric techniques. These compounds were easily prepared from the reaction of disubstituted imidazolidin‐2‐ylidene with [FeI(Cp)(CO)2] in toluene at room temperature. These complexes were tested in the catalytic hydrosilylation reaction of aldehydes and ketones with phenylsilane in solvent‐free conditions. After a basic hydrolysis step, the corresponding alcohols were obtained in good yields. Copyright © 2013 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

A new series of sterically hindered ligands containing (1R,2S,4R)‐(+)‐menthoxymethyl group attached to benzimidazole‐based N‐heterocyclic carbene (NHC), palladium–bis‐NHC complexes and (κ2C,N)‐palladacyclic NHC complexes have been synthesized and characterized using appropriate spectroscopic techniques. Catalytic performance of the palladium complexes has been investigated for allylic alkylation, Suzuki and Heck carbon–carbon coupling reactions. Concentrations of 238U, 232Th, 226Ra, 40K and 137Cs are measured in collected soil samples from various locations in the Thrace region of Turkey. The activity concentrations range from 12.82 to 101.75 Bq kg?1 d.w. (dry weight) for 238U, from 5.16 to 73.34 Bq kg?1 d.w. for 232Th, from 185.54 to 5399 Bq kg?1 d.w. for 40K and from 11.42 to 90.73 Bq kg?1 d.w. for 226Ra. In addition to naturally occurring radionuclides, 137Cs activity concentration is determined between 3.05 and 46.78 Bq kg?1 d.w. for soil samples. Determination of the radiological hazard is achieved through calculations of the external terrestrial gamma dose rate in air (nGy h?1) and annual effective dose rate (mSv year?1) and the results are compared with the similar works in different countries.  相似文献

A parametric study to increase the enantioselectivity of Candida rugosa lipase (CRL) toward S-Naproxen production by the hydrolysis of racemic Naproxen methyl ester in an aqueous-organic biphasic batch system was carried out. Effects of organic solvent type, aqueous phase/organic solvent volume ratio, agitation rate, concentrations of the substrate and the enzyme, pH of the aqueous phase, and temperature on the en antiomeric excess for the product (eep), on the enantiomeric ratio (E) and on the conversion (x) were evaluated. Employing isooctane as the solvent resulted in higher eep, E, and x than those obtained in hexane, cyclohexane, and toluene. The higher the volume ratio of aqueous phase/organic solvent employed, the higher the conversion and enantioselectivity achieved. The increase in agitation rate increased the hydrolysis rate. Higher concentration of racemic Naproxen methyl ester than 10 mg/mL decreased both the conversion and enantioselectivity. The increase in crude CRL concentration resulted in enhancement of x, but the decrease of feep and E. Acidic pH led to higher conversion and enantioselectivity than the medium and alkaline pH values. A further increase in temperature to over 45°C decreased the conversion and enantioselectivity. The highest enantiomeric ratio achieved in the S-Naproxen production was E=171.1, with x=49.8% and eep=95.7%.  相似文献

The new well-defined and air-stable ortho-xylyl-linked N-heterocyclic carbene (NHC) Pd complexes (2a-d) have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, IR spectroscopy, and single crystal X-ray diffraction studies. The palladium atom in the complex 2a lies on a crystallographic mirror plane and can be described as having a square-planar coordination environment with the carbene atoms of the benzimidazole rings of the ligand occupying two coordination sites in cis positions. Two further coordination sites are occupied by chloride ligands. The benzimidazole rings are connected to each other by an ortho-xylyl bridge. The catalytic activity of these palladium complexes has been tested in the coupling reactions of various N-containing substrates with bromobenzene. A preliminary catalytic study shows that the bis(NHC)-Pd complexes are highly active in the Buchwald-Hartwig amination reaction.  相似文献

The paper deals with the synthesis and characterization of a new series of anhydrous conducting acid‐doped complex membranes based on polyimide (PI) and ionic liquid (IL) for high‐temperature fuel cells via a new route. For this purpose, three imidazolium‐based ILs (RIm+BF4?) with different alkyl chain lengths (R=methyl, ethyl, and butyl) are added into polyamic acid (PAA) intermediate prepared from the reaction of benzophenonetetracarboxylic dianhydride and diaminodiphenylsulfone in different –COOH/imidazolium molar ratios (n = 0.5, 1, and 2). Then, the thermally imidized complex membrane was doped with H2SO4. The conductivities of acid‐doped PI/IL complex membranes prepared by taking n of 1 are found to be in the range of 10?4?10?5 S cm?1 at 180°C, whereas the acid‐free PI/IL complex membranes show the conductivity at around 10?9?10?10 S cm?1. Thermogravimetric analysis results reveal that the acid‐doped PI/IL complex membranes are thermally stable up to 250°C. Dynamic mechanical analysis results of the acid‐doped ionically interacted complex membrane show that the mechanical strengths of the PI/IL complex membranes including 1‐methyl imidazolium tetrafluoroborate (MeIm‐BF4) and 1‐ethyl 3‐methyl imidazolium tetrafluoroborate (EtIm‐BF4) are comparable with those of pristine PI until 200°C. Furthermore, it can be clearly emphasized that the ionic interaction between carboxylic acid groups of PAA's and IL's cations offers a positive role in long‐term conductivity stability by preventing the IL migration at high temperatures. On the other hand, preliminary methanol permeability tests of the acid‐doped membranes show that they can also be considered as an alternative for direct methanol fuel cells. A novel 1‐(cyclobutylmethyl)‐substi‐tuted imidazolidinium/benzimidazolium salts as N‐heterocyclic carbene (NHC) precursors were successfully synthesized and characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, IR, and elemental analysis techniques. These compounds were easily prepared from the reaction of N‐alkyl imidazoline/N‐alkyl benzimidazole with bromomethylcyclobutane in high yields. The in situ formed catalytic system derived from the NHC precursor and Pd(OAc)2 was used in the Heck reaction between aryl halides and styrene with potassium hydroxide in water. The paper is concerned with the deposition of self-assembled polyelectrolyte multilayer on Nafion membrane by layer-by-layer (LbL) technique with lowered methanol cross-over for direct methanol fuel cell (DMFC) applications. The formation of self-assembled multilayered film on Nafion was characterized by UV–vis spectroscopy and it was found that the polyelectrolyte layers growth on the Nafion surface regularly. Furthermore, the proton conductivity and methanol cross-over measurements were carried out for characterization of the LbL self-assembled composite membranes. The results showed that the concentration and pH of the polyelectrolytes significantly affect the proton conductivity and methanol barrier properties of the composite membranes. 10−1 monomol polyelectrolyte concentration and pH 1.8 was found to be optimum deposition conditions considering proton conductivity and methanol permeation properties of the LbL self-assembled composite membranes. The methanol permeability of the 10 bi-layers of PAH1.8/PSS1.8 deposited LbL self-assembly composite membrane was significantly suppressed and found to be 4.41 × 10−7 cm2/s while the proton conductivity value is in acceptable range for fuel cell applications.  相似文献
