Acid texture is difficult for diamond wire sawn (DWS) multicrystalline silicon (mc‐Si) wafer owing to the inhomogeneous distribution of damage layer on the surface. In this article, metal‐assisted chemical etching (MACE) has been selected for introducing a porous seeding layer to induce acid texturing etching. SEM results show that the oval pit structures coverage get obvious improvement even on the smooth areas. Owing to the further improved light absorption ability by second MACE and nanostructure rebuilding (NSR) process, nanostructured DWS mc‐Si solar cell has exhibited a conversion efficiency of 17.96%, which is 0.45% higher than that of DWS wafer with simple acid texture process. This paper studies the propagation properties of Gauss--Bessel beams
in a turbulent atmosphere. Based on the extended Huygens--Fresnel
principle, it derives the intensity distribution expression for such
beams propagating in a turbulent atmosphere. Then the influence of
turbulence and source beam parameters on the beam propagation is
studied in great detail. It finds that the intensity distribution of
Gauss--Bessel beams will change into Gaussian profile in a turbulent
atmosphere, and that stronger turbulence and smaller topological

为了探索用磁共振成象方法无损伤检测胆囊中的胆汁成分的可能性,我们用0.5T的磁共振成象仪,对38例禁食期胆囊疾病患者(12例急性无并发症胆囊炎及胆结石,1例化浓性胆囊炎,2例急性出血性胆囊炎,14例慢性胆囊炎及胆结石,5例胆囊息肉,4例障碍性黄疸进行了轴向腹部胆囊部位T1-加权自旋-回波成象.结果表明:禁食或胆囊疾病患者胆汁中胆固醇(p=0.014),脂肪酸(p=0.001),和铁(p<0.001)的浓度对T1-加权成象(TR/TE=620/25ms)的肝-胆信号强度比有明显的负影响,同时发现总蛋白质,总胆红素及Na+,K+,Cl-,Mg++离子的浓度对肝-胆MRI信号强度比无显著影响,由此可见,T1-加权MRI中的肝-胆信号强度比反映了胆囊中的胆汁成分,其中影响肝-胆信号强度比的最重要因素是胆囊中胆汁所含胆固醇、脂肪酸和铁的浓度. 相似文献

The analytical expression for the propagation of a flattened laser beam array in a turbulent atmosphere is derived based on extended Huygens–Fresnel principle. The influence of beam order and turbulent atmosphere on beam quality is studied. It is revealed that the beam quality of a coherently combined laser beam array with higher order is better than its lower order counterpart when propagating in free-space, weak and medium turbulence (i.e. Cn2<10?13 m?2/3). The beam quality of higher order beam arrays degrades faster as the intensity of turbulence gets stronger. In the case of propagating in strong turbulence, the beam order has no influence on coherently combined beam quality. 相似文献

Based on the vectorial Debye theory,the focusing properties of the Gaussian beam through an annular high numerical aperture are studied numerically,including the intensity,the phase and the orbital angular momentum properties.Then the influence of certain parameters on the focusing properties is also investigated.It is shown that sub-wavelength elliptical light spots can be obtained.And there exists a vortex in the longitudinal component of the focused field even though the incident beam is Gaussian beam,indicating that the spin angular momentum of the elliptically polarized Gaussian beam is converted into the orbital angular momentum by the focusing. 相似文献

Spherical Sn–carbon core-shell powders (CSCM/Sn) were synthesized through a resorcinol–formaldehyde microemulsion polymerization
performed in the presence of SnO2 powders, followed by carbonization in an inert atmosphere. Scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffractometry analyses
showed that the Sn powders were thoroughly encapsulated within the carbon microspheres. The CSCM/Sn presented much better
cyclability than the conventional Sn–carbon microsphere composite. In core-shell-structured composite, most of the Sn particles
were encased inside carbon microspheres and not easy to aggregate or fall off from the microspheres. The carbon shell suppressed
the aggregation of tin particles and alleviated the volume change of tin, and the conductive carbon shell effectively decreased
the polarization during cycling, giving rise to better high rate performance and excellent capacity retention ability. It

Nanocrystalline FeS2 cathode material of lithium cell was synthesized from cheap materials of FeSO4, Na2S2O3, and sulfur by a hydrothermal process. The scanning electron microscopy analysis showed the obtained material was nano-sized,
about 500 nm. The X-ray powder diffraction analysis showed that the synthetic FeS2 material had two phases of the crystalline structure, pyrite and marcasite. The phase of marcasite seems to have no negative
