赤霉素(gibberellins, GAs)作为植物体内广泛存在的一类激素,可刺激植物叶和芽的生长,对植物的生长起着至关重要的调控作用。截至目前,已发现的GAs高达136种之多。所有已知的GAs均为二萜酸,具有相似的化学结构,都含有赤霉素烷骨架,即4个环,仅环上双键、羟基数目和位置不同。但由于GAs缺乏特定光学特性(紫外和荧光)和化学特性,同时在植物体内含量极低(一般为ng/g,甚至为pg/g水平),常规的分析方法和检测技术难以实现对该类物质的定性定量分析。近年来相关研究人员一直致力于各种高效、快速、灵敏的GAs分析新方法和新技术的研究。本文就GAs的检测方法和分析技术进行综述,为更好地开展赤霉素类植物激素的研究提供参考。  相似文献

利用高效液相色谱法建立了仿刺参皂苷类成分的指纹图谱,为仿刺参的质量控制提供了新的方法。采用固相萃取制备供试品溶液,选用Zorbox SB-C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm),以乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,检测波长为205 nm,柱温30 ℃。分析了不同产地的10批仿刺参样品,采用国家药典委员会推荐的“中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2004 A版)”处理谱图,确定了6个共有峰。计算了10个样本间的指纹图谱相似度,所得相似度计算结果均大于0.97。该方法具有良好的稳定性和重现性,可用于仿刺参的质量控制。  相似文献

Mucuna pruriens, an ancient Indian herbal medicine containing levodopa, is widely used for Parkinson's disease. In order to simultaneously determine levodopa and 1,1‐dimethyl‐3‐carboxy‐6,7‐dihydroxy‐1,2,3,4‐tetrahydroisoquinoline (MD01) in rat plasma, an improved LC‐MS/MS method was developed and validated for a pharmacokinetic study in rats orally administered levodopa or Mucuna pruriens extract (MPE). Elimination of matrix effect and improvement of extraction recovery were achieved through systematic optimization of reversed‐phase and hydrophilic interaction chromatographic conditions together with sample clean‐up procedures. A satisfactory chromatographic performance was obtained with a Thermo Aquasil C18 column (50 × 2.1 mm, 3 µm) using acetonitrile and water containing 0.2% formic acid as mobile phases. Futhermore, sodium metabisulfite and formic acid were used as stabilizers in neat solutions as well as rat plasma. The method was validated in a dynamic range of 20.0–10,000 ng/mL for levodopa and MD01; the intra‐ and inter‐day precision and accuracy were acceptable. The method was successfully utilized to determine the levodopa level in plasma samples of rats administered levodopa or MPE. A novel luminescent copper(I) complex with formula [Cu(PPh3)2(PIP)]BF4 (PPh3 = triphenyl phosphine, PIP = 2‐phenyl‐1H‐imidazo[4,5‐f][1,10]phenanthroline) has been synthesized and characterized by 1H NMR, IR, elemental analysis and X‐ray crystal structure analysis. In solid state, it displays broad band emission upon excitation at λ = 420 nm with the emission maximum locates at 551 nm. Its excited‐state lifetime is in the microsecond time scale (3.02 µs); as a result, its emission intensity is sensitive to oxygen concentration and shows oxygen‐sensing properties after being encapsulated into mesoporous silica MCM‐41. For the system with 60 mg/g loading level, a sensitivity (I0/I) of 4.35, a fluorescence quenching time (tQ) of 5 s and a recovery time (tR) of 36 s were achieved. Even after aging for 5 months, the sensitivities of the three loading level systems can be retained, ignoring the measurement error, which indicates that they possess long‐term stability. Bulbus of Fritillaria delavayi Franch. is the most commonly used antitussive and apophlegmatic in China and commonly prepared by water decoction. In this study, a novel and reliable method of high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was developed both for quantitative analysis of 10 bioactive compounds (uracil, cytidine, inosine, uridine, guanosine, thymidine, adenosine, hypoxanthine, adenine and 2-deoxyadenosine) and chemical fingerprint analysis of F. delavayi Franch. In quantitative analysis, 10 compounds showed good regressions (R(2) > 0.9982) within test ranges and the recovery of the method was in the range of 96.33-104.51%. In the fingerprint analysis, 11 characteristic peaks were selected to evaluate the similarities of F. delavayi Franch. samples, and the HPLC chromatograms of 16 samples from different regions of China showed similar patterns. The results from the experiment demonstrated that the combinations of the quantitative and chromatographic fingerprint analysis offer an efficient way to evaluate the quality consistency of F. delavayi Franch.  相似文献

本文从波与粒子相互作用的线性理论出发,结合HT-6M托卡马克少数离子为氢,基本离子为氘[H(D)]的等离子体离子回旋共振加热(ICRH)为例,讨论了离子回旋波在这特定的等离子体中传播、吸收与少数离子氢的浓度RH(定义为nH/ne,nH为氢离子密度,ne是等离子体总密度)和平行波数k‖的关系。文中最后还给出了HT-6M托卡马克离子回旋共振加热的优化实验方案。  相似文献
