描述了基因芯片荧光图象的光学共聚焦成象,大范围高速扫描与控制,数据采集的原理和方法.并讨论了基因芯片荧光图象的分析算法,即模板定位与阈值分割相结合的半自动算法,并将其计算结果与完全采用人工分割算法的结果进行了比较.     

Kolmogorov Width of Classes of Smooth Functions on the Sphere

Let ^d−1{(x₁,…,x_d) ^d:x²₁+···+x²_d=1} be the unit sphere of the d-dimensional Euclidean space ^d. For r>0, we denote by B^r_p (1p∞) the class of functions f on ^d−1 representable in the formwhere dσ(y) denotes the usual Lebesgue measure on ^d−1, and P^λ_k(t) is the ultraspherical polynomial.For 1p,q∞, the Kolmogorov N-width of B^r_p in L^q( ^d−1) is given bythe left-most infimum being taken over all N-dimensional subspaces X_N of L^q( ^d−1).The main result in this paper is that for r2(d−1)²,where A_NB_N means that there exists a positive constant C, independent of N, such that C⁻¹A_NB_NCA_N.This extends the well-known Kashin theorem on the asymptotic order of the Kolmogorov widths of the Sobolev class of the periodic functions.     

差分吸收光谱法测量大气痕量气体浓度误差分析及改善方法

差分吸收光谱技术(DOAS)中采用线性最小二乘拟合方法,用痕量气体标准差分吸收截面对测量得到的差分吸收光谱进行拟合,得出大气中痕量气体的浓度.计算结果的准确性不仅取决于光谱的测量精度,而且受标准差分吸收截面以及仪器函数和温度等诸多因素的影响.详细地分析了计算误差的产生原因,提出了用高浓度样品池得到标准吸收截面的方法,针对光谱固有结构,以及温度对标准吸收截面的影响,改进了浓度反演算法.大量的实验表明,综合运用上述方法,即便对低浓度的样气,相对测量误差也能降低到10%以下.     

Laser-induced damage of Ta2O5/SiO2 narrow-band interference filters under different 1064 nm Nd:YAG laser modes

The laser-induced damage (LID) behavior of narrow-band interference filters was investigated with a Nd:YAG laser at 1064 nm under single-pulse mode and free-running mode. The absorption measurement of such coatings was performed with surface thermal lensing (STL) technique. The damage morphologies under the two different laser modes were also studied in detail. It was found that all the filters exhibited a pass-band-center-dependent absorption and laser-induced damage threshold (LIDT) behavior, but the damage morphologies were diverse. The explanation was given with the analysis of the electric field distribution and the operational behavior of the irradiation laser.     

Investigation of the Property Constants of Both Al and Cu Complexes with Picramine Ca and Using Competition Coordination for the Selective Determination of Trace Amounts of Cu

The reactions between Cu(II) and picramine CA (PCA) and Al(III) and PCA were both sensitive at pH 7. The competition coordination between Cu and the Al–PCA complex was applied to the selective determination of Cu (CCSD) by the spectral correction technique. Results have shown that the complexes formed at pH 7 are Al₂(PCA) and Cu(PCA)₃, their cumulative stability constants are 4.43 × 10⁵ and 2.08 × 10¹⁵, respectively, and their real molar absorptivities are 5.78 × 10³ at 650 nm and 3.19 × 10⁴at 530 nm. At the analysis of the samples, the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 5.0% and the recovery rate of Cu was between 94 and 108%.     

Deposition of Hydrogen-Free Silicon Nitride Thin Films by Microwave ECR plasma Enhanced Magnetron Sputtering at Room Temperature

Hydrogen-free silicon nitride （SiNx） films were deposited at room temperature by microwave electron cyclotron resonance （MW-ECR） plasma enhanced unbalance magnetron sputtering system. Both Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy and x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy are used to study the bonding type and the change of bonding structures of the silicon nitride films. The results indicate that the chemical structure and composition of SiNx films deposited by this technique depend strongly on the N2 flow rates, the stoichiometric SiNx film, which has the highest hardness of 22.9 GPa, could be obtained at lower N2 flow rate of 4 sccm.     

Regular Balanced Cayley Maps for Cyclic, Dihedral and Generalized Quaternion Groups

A Cayley map is a Cayley graph embedded in an orientable surface such that. the local rotations at every vertex are identical. In this paper, balanced regular Cayley maps for cyclic groups, dihedral groups, and generalized quaternion groups are classified.     

On oriented 2-factorable graphs

Oriented 2-factorable graphs are reduced to bouquets by permutation voltage assignment in this paper. Introducing the concept ofk-class index of a permutation group, various oriented 2-factorable graphs are enumerated in this paper.     

OADM环网的实验研究

研究了光分插复用器(OADM)的关键技术,重点分析了相关的实现技术,完成了利用OADM构建全光环网的实验研究,给出了重要的实验数据,包括眼图、光谱图、光信噪比、保护与恢复等,并对这些实验数据进行了分析,为光传送网的设计与构建提供了重要的参考依据.     

3,7-二硝基亚氨基-2,4-二氮杂双环[3,3,0]辛烷的放热分解反应动力学

在程序升温条件下 ,用DSC研究了标题化合物的放热分解反应动力学 .用线性最小二乘法、迭代法以及二分法与最小二乘法相结合的方法 ,以积分方程、微分方程和放热速率方程拟合DSC数据 .在逻辑选择建立了微分和积分机理函数的最可几一般表达式后 ,用放热速率方程得到相应的表观活化能 (Ea)、指前因子 (A)和反应级数 (n)的值 .结果表明 :该反应的微分形式的经验动力学模式函数、Ea 和A值分别为 (1-α) 0 .44、2 30 .4kJ/mol和 10 18.16s-1.借助加热速率和所得动力学参数值 ,提出了标题化合物放热分解反应的动力学方程 .该化合物的热爆炸临界温度为 30 2 .6℃ .上述动力学参数对分析、评价标题化合物的稳定性和热变化规律十分有用 .
