We report on an optical arrangement capable of compensating angular dispersion of paraxial wave fields developed by diffractive optical elements (DOEs). Schematically, the system is a beam expander in which two phase-only zone plates have been inserted, remaining afocal the coupled system. The DOE, which induces a continuous set of dispersive tilted plane waves, is placed at a specific position within the proposed setup providing an output spectrum with achromatic angular deviation. A directional matching between phase fronts and pulse fronts of output wave packets is demonstrated.  相似文献

Avian influenza viruses preferentially bind to sialic acid alpha-2,3-galactose (N-SA-α-2,3-Gal) receptors on epithelial cells. Herein, we describe a procedure we have developed for isolation of N-SA-α-2,3-Gal receptors from porcine trachea using magnetic nanoparticles (NPs) coated with chitosan (NP-Ch) and functionalized with Maackia amurensis lectin (NP-lectin). Magnetic nanoparticles were coated with chitosan in a one-step co-precipitation, and then M. amurensis lectin was immobilized covalently using glutaraldehyde. Lectin coated nanoparticles were incubated with sialic acid enriched fraction of tracheal homogenate, and N-SA-α-2,3-Gal receptor was extracted under magnetic field in two cycles. The presence of 66.4 kDa protein was determined by sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE). The interaction of immobilized receptor (NP-Ch-R) with M. amurensis lectin (NP-Ch-R-L) was demonstrated by Fourier transform infrared spectrometry (FTIR) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA).  相似文献

Abstract

Alzheimer´s disease (AD) is the most common form of dementia involving Aβ and tau protein. So far, AD cure remains elusive, but considering that AD progresses throughout tau pathology, which turns tau protein an appropriate target, besides tau is also included in other neurodegenerative disorders named as tauopathies. Here, we have isolated seventeen compounds belonging to six lichens species. Due to scarce of spectroscopic data of the compound 5,7-dihydroxy-6-methylphthalide, we explained their structural elucidation based on NMR data. In this study, we show that only tenuiorin from Umbilicaria antarctica inhibited 50% of tau 4R at 100?µM. Then, we shown that molecular interactions of tenuiorin with the steric zipper model of the hexapeptide 306VQIVYK311 were studied by docking calculations and the results suggested that tenuiorin forms both hydrogen bonds with lysine and glutamine side chains and forms several hydrophobic interactions with valine and lysine from 306VQIVYK311 motif.  相似文献

The preparation of LiNbO3:Er3+/Yb3+ nanocrystals and their up-conversion properties have been studied. It is demonstrated that polyethyleneimine- (PEI) assisted dispersion procedures allow obtaining stable aqueous LiNbO3:Er3+/Yb3+ powder suspensions, with average size particles well below the micron range (100–200 nm) and the isoelectric point of the suspension reaching values well above pH 7. After excitation of Yb3+ ions at a wavelength of 980 nm, the suspensions exhibit efficient, and stable, IR-to-visible (green and red) up-conversion properties, easily observed by the naked eye, very similar to those of the starting crystalline bulk material.  相似文献

In situ prepared copper catalysts Tp(X)Cu (Tp(X) = homoscorpionate) catalyze the olefin cyclopropanation reaction using ethyl diazoacetate as the carbene source. Very high values of both activity and diastereoselectivity toward the cis isomer have been obtained for styrene, alpha-methylstyrene, 1-hexene, 1-octene, vinyl acetate, n-butyl vinyl ether, 2,5-dimethyl-2,4-hexadiene, and 3,3-dimethyl-1-butene. The effect of the temperature in the diastereoselectivity was almost negligible within the range -10 to +30 degrees C. Kinetic studies have allowed us to propose that the homoscorpionate ligand might act in a dihapto form during the catalytic process. This transformation seems to operate under kinetic control, where the formation of the cis isomer would govern the reaction rate.  相似文献

Superlinear photovoltaic currents in LiNbO3 are theoretically studied by using a two active center model, with Fe2+/Fe3+ as primary center and NbLi4+/NbLi5+ as secondary center. Analytical instead of numerical results are provided, including close-form expressions for most common experimental situations. Recent photovoltaic parameters obtained for -phase proton-exchanged LiNbO3 waveguides (very similar to the substrate) are used for applying the model and comparing with published experimental results. Thoroughly studied aspects are: the redistribution of donor/acceptor states for each species as a function of the light intensity, their contribution to the photovoltaic current density, the effect of the temperature, and the role of the center concentrations and their reduction state. This provides a detailed understanding of the photovoltaic current function shapes versus light intensity, predicts new features of interest for experimentalists and suggests further experiments to better determine the material parameters. Photovoltaic measurements and modeling appear a simpler and safer way of understanding the role of the two-center photovoltaic effect in photorefractive phenomena as well as for determining important photorefractive parameters. The methodology for the synthesis of podophyllotoxin and thuriferic acid-type lignans has been applied to derivatives carrying a naphthalene moiety. Starting from the 1,3-dithiane of 2-naphthaldehyde afforded the expected analogues in the 2,1-naphthalene series. The preferred conformations of these compounds are influenced by the bulky naphthalene system. By contrast, 1,8-bridged products were obtained from the 1,3-dithiane of 1-naphthaldehyde. In this series, polycyclic naphthalene lignan analogues were isolated after deprotection and/or desulfurization reactions. The cyclizations produced in this process are due to the proximity between the 3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl moiety and the reacting C-2 of the 1,3-dithiane ring.  相似文献

A method is described for the enantiomeric quantitation of some chiral compounds via online coupling of reversed-phase liquid chromatography-gas chromatography. The evaluation of some variables affecting the experimentation (i.e., the packing material used in the interface, volume of the transferred fraction, desorption time, initial temperature of the interface, and purge time) makes it possible to optimize the recoveries obtained for some chiral terpenes and lactones using a capillary column of beta-cyclodextrin dissolved in OV-1701. The proposed method allows the enantiomeric analysis of aqueous matrices obtaining relative standard deviations lower than 9% and detection limits ranging from 0.26-0.93 ppm for the investigated compounds.  相似文献

A single analytical formulation for evaluating the focal shift in any apodized nontelecentric focusing setup is reported. The formulation is also useful in the case of imaged paraxial beams. We show explicitly that the magnitude of the focal shift is determined by only one parameter that depends on the effective width of the pupil filter and its axial position. To illustrate our approach we examine different focusing setups.  相似文献
