Nonunique ozone concentrations at the output of an ozone generator under identical external conditions of barrier discharge activation of N2/O2 mixtures but with different prehistories of operating practice and employed gas mixtures are investigated theoretically. An analytical approach is developed to determine the ozone yield with regard for its heterogeneous loss. Plasma-chemical and electron kinetics in the N2/O2-mixtures are calculated numerically. The results of numerical calculations are compared to experimental data obtained by the authors. It is noted that the heterogeneous loss of ozone is the probable reason for the observed variety of behavior of О3 concentrations, depending on prehistory of ozone generator operation, along with the N2 and O2 gas flow rates and the specific active power.  相似文献

A resistive switching superconducting fault current limiter (SFCL) for DC networks with a nominal voltage of 3.5 kV and a nominal current of 2 kA was developed, produced, and tested. The SFCL has two main units—an assembly of superconducting modules and a high-speed vacuum circuit breaker. The assembly of superconducting modules consists of nine (3 × 3) parallel–series connected modules. Each module contains four parallel-connected 2G high-temperature superconducting (HTS) tapes. The results of SFCL tests in the short-circuit emulation mode with a maximum current rise rate of 1300 A/ms are presented. The SFCL is capable of limiting the current at a level of 7 kA and break it 8 ms after the current-limiting mode begins. The average temperature of HTS tapes during the current-limiting mode increases to 210 K. After the current is interrupted, the superconductivity recovery time does not exceed 1 s.  相似文献

Second-order Raman spectra corresponding to transverse acoustic phonons are studied in detail for crystalline Si over the temperature range 20–620°C. The largest relative softening and anharmonicity at the boundaries of the Brillouin zone were observed for the TA(X) mode. Extrapolation of the TA(X) frequency to high temperatures suggests that the Si lattice should be dynamically unstable at temperatures on the order of a doubled melting temperature. It is found that the main contribution to the softening of the transverse acoustic phonons in silicon comes from the anharmonicity and not from the volume expansion.  相似文献

The self-consistent harmonic oscillator model including the three-dimensional cranking term is extended to describe collective excitations in the random phase approximation. The dependence of the magnetization relaxation rate S = ?d lnM/dlnt on temperature T is measured in YBa2Cu3O7 ? δ samples with various oxygen concentrations. It is found that the S(T) curve changes qualitatively when oxygen deficit δ exceeds the threshold value δth = 0.37. For δ < δth (T c > 60 K, where T c is the superconducting transition temperature), function S(T) has the well-known peak at T/T c = 0.4. For δ > δth (at T c < 51 K), this peak transforms into a plateau and a new sharp peak appears at T/T c = 0.1. The threshold value δth of the oxygen deficit corresponds to the transition of the sample from the disordered state into the ordered state of oxygen vacancies. We consider the change in the shape of the S(T) curve as a macroscopic manifestation of this transition.  相似文献

The nucleophilic substitution of the reactive halogen atoms of clathrochelate precursors with soft nucleophilic agents was promoted by cadmium(II) ion using various types of cadmium-containing compounds. Cadmium(II) activates the C–Hal bond both by the coordination of halogen substituents to this ion and the formation of anionic forms of a nucleophilic agent with cadmium amides, that increase the electron density on a reactive site of this agent. The cadmium-promoted substitution reactions of the reactive chlorine ribbed substituents in the di- and hexachlorine-containing clathrochelate precursors afforded the clathrochelate ribbed-functionalized derivatives of soft nucleophiles [alcohols (including fluorinated ones) and aromatic amines (including the nucleophiles with electron-withdrawing substituents)] by efficient one-pot procedures in high yields under mild conditions with generated in situ low-basic cadmium(II) alcoholates and amides. The complexes obtained were characterized using elemental analysis, MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry, IR, UV–Vis, 57Fe Mössbauer, and NMR spectroscopies, and X-ray crystallography. The potential of cadmium-promoted reactions for synthesis of different types of organic and coordination compounds is discussed.  相似文献

The paper presents an algorithm for calculating the three-dimensional Voronoi-Delaunay tessellation for an ensemble of spheres of different radii (additively-weighted Voronoi diagram). Data structure and output of the algorithm is oriented toward the exploration of the voids between the spheres. The main geometric construct that we develop is the Voronoi S-network (the network of vertices and edges of the Voronoi regions determined in relation to the surfaces of the spheres). General scheme of the algorithm and the key points of its realization are discussed. The principle of the algorithm is that for each determined site of the network we find its neighbor sites. Thus, starting from a known site of the network, we sequentially find the whole network. The starting site of the network is easily determined based on certain considerations. Geometric properties of ensembles of spheres of different radii are discussed, the conditions of applicability and limitations of the algorithm are indicated. The algorithm is capable of working with a wide variety of physical models, which may be represented as sets of spheres, including computer models of complex molecular systems. Emphasis was placed on the issue of increasing the efficiency of algorithm to work with large models (tens of thousands of atoms). It was demonstrated that the experimental CPU time increases linearly with the number of atoms in the system, O(n).  相似文献

It has been shown that potassium dihydrogen phosphate crystals change their microhardness reversibly after their exposure to a magnetic field of B = 0.8 or 1.2 T for tm = 7–90 min. It has been found that the magnetic effect can be conveniently characterized by the quantity B2tm, because the variation of the parameters conserving B2tm=const does not change the result. At B2tm < 10 T2 min, the effect is almost absent. Above this threshold, the amplitude of changes in the microhardness increases and approaches a constant value of ~10% at B2tm ≈ 19 T2 min. The responses of samples of the same crystal from the faces of the prismatic and pyramidal growth sectors to exposure are different. In the former case, they soften; in the latter case, the hardening stage follows the softening stage. However, in both cases, the microhardness returns to the initial value. At B2tm values from 19 to 37 T2 min, the amplitudes and durations of the effect do not change, but in the narrow range of 37–43 T2 min, the lifetime of the modified state increases sharply with transition to a new level: “sharp” peaks with a half-width of ~2 days are transformed to trapezoids with the width of the horizontal side of ~1–2 weeks. A physical scheme of the observed effects has been proposed.  相似文献

The microhardness and thermal stability of mixed K2CoxNi1–x(SO4)2 · 6H2O crystals have been studied for the {110} and {001} growth sectors. Maxima of the onset temperature of dehydration have been found at x ≈ 0.1 and x ≈ 0.9. The structure of the {110} and {001} growth sectors has been studied. The observed changes in the properties have been attributed to the degree of imperfection of crystals depending on their sectoral inhomogeneity.
