A method for studying the force interaction in dynamic modes of the atomic force microscope has been considered. Direct measurements of the maximum impact force in the amplitude modulation mode have been performed. It has been shown that the results of analytical calculations are in agreement with numerical simulation, but differ from experimental data by a factor of 1.5. The model of prefracture zones is generalized to a crack between two anisotropic materials. An exact analytical solution is found on the assumptions that the prefracture zone is localized on the crack continuation and that only the normal displacements undergo discontinuity in the zone. A plane problem for a thermally insulated interface crack with a contact zone in an isotropic bimaterial under tension–shear mechanical loading and a temperature flux is considered. The expressions for the stresses and the electrical flux as well as for the derivatives of the displacement and the temperature jumps at the material interfaces via sectionally holomorphic mechanical and thermal potential functions are given. After the solution of the thermal problem the inhomogeneous combined Dirichlet–Riemann boundary value problem is formulated and solved exactly. The stresses at the interface and the stress intensity factors at the singular points are presented in a clear analytical form. Special attention is devoted to the case of a small contact zone when the stress intensity factors can be presented in form similar to the associated presentation for an “open” crack model. A transcendental equation and an asymptotic analytic formula for the determination of the real contact zone length are derived. It is shown that for a certain bimaterial this length as well as the correspondent stress intensity factor are defined by a single parameter which depends on the normal-shear loading and the heat flux. 相似文献

The structure, phase composition, morphology, and electrical conductivity of Ni-Cu alloy ultrathin films having a thickness of d = 1?10 nm and a Cu concentration of 10–95 at % have been studied. All films are shown to be fcc Ni-Cu alloys; they have an island structure with an island size of 1.5–2 nm in the as-deposited films and of about 20 nm in the films annealed to 700 K. The electrical conductivity of the films depends on their thickness and morphology. For films with d ≈ 1 nm, the electrical conductivity is thermally activated with an activation energy E a ≈ 0.086?0.095 eV. Films with d > 3 nm exhibit the metallic temperature dependence of electrical conductivity with a positive temperature coefficient of resistivity. 相似文献
