1,4-Disubstituted 1,2,3-triazoles are obtained in excellent yields via a three-component coupling of secondary alcohols, alkynes and trimethylsilyl azide (TMSN3). This one-pot reaction occurs through in situ generation of an azide from the alcohol and TMSN3, followed by 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of the terminal alkyne to afford the corresponding disubstituted triazoles.  相似文献

The compound 3-hydroxy-6-(4′-nitro)phenylazopyridine (1) was observed to incorporate several organic solvents of crystallisation, forming stable clathrates. These clathrates decompose upon heating and the host material is chemically transformed. Single crystal X-ray diffraction studies on the ethanol clathrate lead to a reasonable model for the host structure. But the guest molecules are severely disordered. Alternatively, the compound forms twinned crystals. The chemically closely related compound2 does not form clathrates.  相似文献

The potential dual behavior as dienes and dienophiles of the diene moieties of masked o-benzoquinones (MOBs) 10a-e-12a-e, generated upon oxidation of 2-methoxyphenols 1-3 with BTIB in the presence of appropriate dienols, in their intramolecular Diels-Alder (IMDA) reactions has been examined. The IMDA reactions of MOBs 10a-d, 11a,b,d, and 12a,b,d resulted in highly functionalized oxatricyclic compounds 18a-d, 19a,b,d, and 20a,b,d, respectively, with concomitant formation of cis-decalin derivatives 21a-d, 22a,b,d, and 23a,b,d in a highly regio- and stereoselective manner. However, the MOBs 10e-12e provided exclusively oxatricyclic compounds 18e-20e. The formation of cis-decalins in these IMDA reactions illustrates the dienophilic character of MOBs, in addition to their behavior as dienes. The ratio of the two cycloadducts obtained in each reaction as a result of the dual character of MOBs depends on the nature and/or position of the substituents on both the cyclohexadienone moiety and the added 2,4-dienol. The majority of the cycloadducts resulted from the diene property of MOBs in intramolecular Diels-Alder reactions smoothly underwent Cope rearrangement to furnish cis-decalins as sole products in excellent to quantitative yields that provides a short and efficient entry to polyfunctionized cis-decalins from 2-methoxyphenols. Furthermore, the variation of dienophilic and diene characters of MOBs in the IMDA reactions with the electron-donating or electron-withdrawing substituent of both cyclohexadienone moiety and the added conjugated acyclic diene or 2,4-dienol has been studied in detail.  相似文献

Summary Four-coordinate nickel nitrosyl complexes of the general formula Ni(NO)X(Dppe) (Dppe=Ph2PCH2CH2PPh2) have been prepared byin situ formation of Ni(NO2)X(Dppe), (X= Cl, Br, I or SCN) followed by reduction with triphenylphosphine, or carbon monoxide, and/or DMF. Oxygenation of the nitrosyl complexes gives the corresponding nitro products and as indicated by u.v.-vis spectroscopy involves formation of an intermediate. The oxygenation rate increases markedly in the presence of light or of a catalytic amount of benzoyl peroxide and a tentative explanation is offered for these observations. Ionic adducts are formed in reactions between the nitrosyl complexes and donor molecules.Paper presented in part at the XXth ICCC Conference.  相似文献

The mass spectra of eight 1,2,4-triazole derivaties have been recorded and found tao reveal extensive hydrogen and skeletal migrations. The structures of the fragments have been confirmed by deuterium labelling and exact mass measurement. Two hitherto unreported pyrimidine annelated heterocycles were synthesized from 6-cyclopent-2-enyl-5-hydroxy-1,3-dimethylpyrimidine-2,4(1H,3H)-dione and 5-cyclopent-2-enyl-6-hydroxy-1,3-dimethylpyrimidine-2,4(1H,3H)-dione by reaction with pyridine hydrotribromide or hexamethylenetetramine hydrotribromide. Several new 2-(fluoroaryl)-3-dialkylaminomethylindoles, 3-acetyl-2-(fluoroaryl)-indoles, 2-(fluoroaryl)-3-indolylglyoxamides and corresponding tryptamines have been prepared as possible psychopharmacological agents. 2-(Fluoroaryl)-indoles have been synthesized by theFischer indole synthesis. 2-(Fluoroaryl)-indoles on treatment with oxalyl chloride and subsequent reaction with amines, gave 2-(fluoroaryl)-3-indolylglyoxamides. Some of these indolylglyoxamides were reducted with lithium aluminium hydride, to the corresponding tryptamines. 2-(Fluoroaryl)-indoles when subjected toMannich reaction afforded 3-dialkylaminomethyl-2-(fluoroaryl)-indoles. The reactions of fluorophosphazenes, endo ansa FcCH(2)P(S)(CH(2)O)(2)[P(F)N](2)(F(2)PN) (1) (Fc = ferrocenyl) and spiro [RCH(2)P(S)(CH(2)O)(2)PN](F(2)PN)(2) (R = Fc (2), C(6)H(5) (3)], with dilithiated diols have been explored. The study resulted in the formation of the first examples of ansa-spiro substituted fluorinated cyclophosphazenes as well as a bisansa substituted fluorophosphazene. The bisansa compound [1,3-[FcCH(2)P(S)(CH(2)O)(2)]][1,5-[CH(2)(CH(2)O)(2)]]N(3)P(3)F(2) (4) was found to be nongeminaly substituted with both the ansa rings in cis configuration, which is in stark contrast to the observations on cyclic chlorophosphazenes where geminal bisansa formation has been observed. The ansa-spiro compounds (5-7) underwent the ansa to spiro transformation leading to dispiro compounds in the presence of catalytic amounts of CsF at room temperature. Two of the ansa-spiro compounds, endo-[3,5-[FcCH(2)P(S)(CH(2)O)(2)]][1,1-[CH(2)(CH(2)O)(2)]]N(3)P(3)F(2) (5) and endo-[3,5-[FcCH(2)P(S)(CH(2)O)(2)]][1,1-[FcCH(2)P(S)(CH(2)O)(2)]]N(3)P(3)F(2) (6), were structurally characterized, and the crystal structures indicate boat-chair conformation as well as crown conformation for the eight-membered ansa rings. Weak C-H.F-P interactions observed in the crystal structures of the ansa-spiro substituted fluorophosphazene derivatives have been analyzed and compared with C-H.F-P interactions of other fluorinated phosphazenes and thionyl phosphazenes.  相似文献
