On the basis of the growth mechanism of a GaAs/InAs nanoring,we propose a fine model which reflects the confinement details of real nanoring.Through calculations of the two-electron energy and far-infrared(FIR) spectra,we find that the ring topological structure and electron-electron interaction have great influence on the FIR spectra.The two unknown transition peaks in the experiment are determined theoretically.The theoretical results are in good agreement with the experiments.  相似文献

We investigate continuous variable entanglement produced in two distant coupled cavities, in which two four-level atoms are driven by classical fields respectively. Under the large detuning condition, an effective Hamiltonian containing the square of the creation (annihilation) operator of the cavity field is derived. Due to the nonlinearity, entanglement formally created by the beam splitter type interaction is transformed into the nondegenerate parametric down conversion type. Employing the operator algebraic method, we study the time evolution of the entanglement condition, and show that the system provides us an advantage in achieving a larger photon number with better entanglement. We also discuss the dissipation of the cavities affecting the entanglement.  相似文献

In this paper, we study the existence of multiple and infinite homoclinic solutions for the following perturbed dynamical systems

where \(t\in {\mathbb R}, x\in {\mathbb R}^N,\) A is an antisymmetric constant matrix, the matrix L(t) is not necessary positive definite for all \(t\in {\mathbb R}\) nor coercive, the nonlinearity \(W \in C^{1}(\mathbb {R}\times \mathbb {R}^{N},\mathbb {R})\) involves a combination of superquadratic and subquadratic terms and is allowed to be sign-changing and \(f\in C({\mathbb R},{\mathbb R}^{N})\cap L^{2}({\mathbb R},{\mathbb R}^{N}).\) Recent results in the literature are generalized and significantly improved and some examples are also given to illustrate our main theoretical results.

The IR absorption spectra of hydrogenated amorphous films of an a-Si0.60Ge0.40:H solid solution that were obtained by plasmachemical deposition at different partial pressures of hydrogen have been investigated. The oscillator strengths Γ that depend substantially on have been determined. It is shown that hydrogen is contained in the films mainly in the GeH and SiH forms. Using integral absorptions Iw, the concentrations of hydrogen were determined. The highest value of is observed at Γ = 0.51, P = 4.16, NH = 9.7·1021 cm−3, and CH = 23.7 at.%. It has been established that the oscillator strengths depend on the hydrogen concentration: they decrease on hydrogen effusion and increase with the hydrogen concentration. The coulometric titration technique is applied to evaluation of stability constants of metal complexes with ligands which have protolytic properties. The validity of the procedure was checked by studying several well-known systems. The proposed method can be used with success when metal ions are not reduced at the working cathode. Constants for calcium and magnesium complexes with components of some biologically important buffers, so-called Good buffers, were evaluated under experimental conditions (ionic strength of 0.16M, 37 degrees ) used in clinical analysis.  相似文献

In this paper we propose a novel four-dimensional fractional order hyperchaotic system derived from a Liu system.Electronics workbench(EWB) and Matlab simulations show the dynamical behavior of the proposed four-dimensional fractional order hyperchaotic system.Finally,after separately using EWB and Matlab,an electronic circuit is designed to realize the novel four-dimensional fractional order hyperchaotic system and the experimental circuit results are obtained which are identical to software simulations.  相似文献

In this paper,we introduce word diversity that reflects the inhomogeneity of words in a communication into the naming game.Diversity is realized by assigning a weight factor to each word.The weight is determined by three different distributions(uniform,exponential,and power-law distributions).During the communication,the probability that a word is selected from speaker’s memory depends on the introduced word diversity.Interestingly,we find that the word diversity following three different distributions can remarkably promote the final convergency,which is of high importance in the self-organized system.In particular,for all the ranges of amplitude of distribution,the powerlaw distribution enables the fastest consensus,while uniform distribution gives the slowest consensus.We provide an explanation of this effect based on both the number of different names and the number of total names,and find that a wide spread of names induced by the segregation of words is the main promotion factor.Other quantities,including the evolution of the averaging success rate of negotiation and the scaling behavior of consensus time,are also studied.These results are helpful for better understanding the dynamics of the naming game with word diversity.  相似文献

Based on the present coupled mode theory of the photonic crystal resonator array in this paper,we propose a novel side-coupled waveguide to achieve highly efficient coupling of photonic crystal devices.It is found that the coupling efficiency is sensitive to the interval,the total number and the quality factor of the resonator.Considering the coupling efficiency and the coupling region,we select five resonators with an interval of six lattice periods.By optimizing the structure parameters of the waveguide and resonator,the quality factors of the resonator can be modulated and the coupling efficiency of the side-coupled waveguide reaches 95.47% in theory.Compared with other coupling methods,the side-coupled waveguide can realize efficient coupling with a compact structure,a high level of integration and a low degree of operational difficulties.  相似文献

In view of the continued disputes on the fundamental question of whether the surface tension of a vapour bubble in liquid argon increases,or decreases,or remains unchanged with the increase of curvature radius,a cylindrical vapour bubble of argon is studied by molecular dynamics simulation in this paper instead of spherical vapour bubble so as to reduce the statistical error.So far,the surface tension of the cylindrical vapour bubble has not been studied by molecular dynamics simulation in the literature.Our results show that the surface tension decreases with radius increasing.By fitting the Tolman equation with our data,the Tolman length δ = -0.6225 sigma is given under cut-off radius 2.5σ,where σ = 0.3405 nm is the diameter of an argon atom.The Tolman length of Ar being negative is affirmed and the Tolman length of Ar being approximately zero given in the literature is negated,and it is pointed out that this error is attributed to the application of the inapplicable empirical equation of state and the neglect of the difference between surface tension and an equimolar surface.  相似文献
