The problem of obtaining structurally perfect SbSI and BiSeI films in quasi-equilibrium conditions is examined. A stoichiometric composition of the gas phase leads to the formation of acicular single crystals of SbSI and BiSeI, while an excess of Sb during the deposition of SbSI leads to films with lamellar crystallites and the C axis perpendicular to the substrate. Some of the electrical and optical properties of the SbSI films are compared with the properties of similar films obtained by discrete evaporation.  相似文献

Organohypervalent iodine reagents have attracted significant recent interest as versatile and environmentally benign oxidants with numerous applications in organic synthesis. This Perspective summarizes synthetic applications of hypervalent iodine(V) reagents: 2-iodoxybenzoic acid (IBX), Dess-Martin periodinane (DMP), pseudocyclic iodylarenes, and their recyclable polymer-supported analogues. Recent advances in the development of new catalytic systems based on the generation of hypervalent iodine species in situ are also overviewed.  相似文献

A new, mild procedure for the Hofmann rearrangement of aromatic and aliphatic carboxamides using (tosylimino)phenyl-λ(3)-iodane, PhINTs, as a reagent is reported. Because of the mild reaction conditions, this method is particularly useful for the Hofmann rearrangement of substituted benzamides, which usually afford complex reaction mixtures with other hypervalent iodine oxidants. The mild reaction conditions and high selectivity in the reaction of carboxamides with PhINTs allow the isolation of the initially formed labile isocyanates or their subsequent conversion to stable carbamates by treatment with alcohols.  相似文献

Esters of 2-iodoxybenzoic acid (IBX-esters) were prepared by the hypochlorite oxidation of the corresponding 2-iodobenzoate esters and isolated as chemically stable, microcrystalline products. These hypervalent iodine compounds are potentially valuable oxidizing reagents belonging to a new class of pentavalent iodine compounds with a pseudobenziodoxole structure. Methyl 2-iodoxybenzoate can be further converted to the diacetate or a bis(trifluoroacetate) derivative by treatment with acetic anhydride or trifluoroacetic anhydride, respectively. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis of methyl 2-[(diacetoxy)iodosyl]benzoate 8a reveals a pseudobenziodoxole structure with three relatively weak intramolecular I...O interactions. The dimethyl and diisopropyl esters of 2-iodoxyisophthalic acid were prepared by oxidation of the respective iodoarenes with dimethyldioxirane. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis of diisopropyl 2-iodoxyisophthalate 6b showed intramolecular I...O interaction with the carbonyl oxygen of only one of the two carboxylic groups, while NMR spectra in solution indicated equivalency of both ester groups. IBX-esters, methyl 2-[(diacetoxy)iodosyl]benzoate, and 2-iodoxyisophthalate esters can oxidize alcohols to the respective aldehydes or ketones in the presence of trifluoroacetic acid or boron trifluoride etherate. The bis(trifluoroacetate) derivative can oxidize alcohols to carbonyl compounds without acid catalyst.  相似文献

New facile methodology for the preparation of pentavalent iodine compounds using peracetic acid as an oxidant in the presence of catalytic amounts of ruthenium trichloride is described. An efficient, transition metal‐free procedure for the cyclopropanation of alkenes using malononitrile and the LiI‐tBuOCl combination under mild reaction conditions is described. The reaction mechanism most likely involves tBuOI generated in situ from LiI and tBuOCl. 2-Iodylpyridine and four examples of 3-alkoxy-2-iodylpyridines were prepared by oxidation of the respective 2-iodopyridines with 3,3-dimethyldioxirane. Structures of 2-iodylpyridine, 2-iodyl-3-isopropoxypyridine, and 2-iodyl-3-propoxypyridine were established by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. 2-Iodyl-3-propoxypyridine has moderate solubility in organic solvents (e.g., 1.1 mg/mL in acetonitrile) and can be used as a recyclable reagent for oxidation of sulfides and alcohols. The reduced form of this reagent, 2-iodo-3-propoxypyridine, can be effectively separated from the reaction mixture by treatment with diluted sulfuric acid and recovered from the acidic aqueous solution by adding aqueous sodium hydroxide.  相似文献
