A thermographic study of low-intensity phototherapeutic effects on the human body in situ was carried out. The feature of the work was the measurement of the dynamics of surface temperature changes in a bio-object for 40 min after the cessation of irradiation. The relaxation character of the temperature behavior with quasi-oscillating phenomena during the selected observation period has been established. An explanation of the observed phenomena with the involvement of literature data is proposed. It is shown that 15-min irradiation at a radiation intensity of 14mWcm?2 is optimal for phototherapy at a wavelength of 640 nm. A conclusion was made about the possibility of considering changes in the local temperature of a bio-object as a correlated parameter to determine the optimal dose of radiation during phototherapy.

During the recrystallization of rolled permalloy an oriented growth of new grains is observed. The crystals are arranged so that a (100) face is set up parallel to the plane of the plate, and the edge of a [001] cube lies close to the direction of rolling. The changes in the structural—deformational characteristics occurring during the phase transitions in the crystal lattice of epitaxially grown thin (Ba,Sr)TiO3 films on the (001) cleavage of MgO crystals have been studied. It is shown that microdeformations along the surface normal of the wall of a c-domain film increase with the temperature and attain maximum values in the vicinity of the phase transition. No decrease in the dimensions of the coherent-scattering regions was observed. The comparison of the deformation of the “average” lattice and microdeformations led to the assumption that the transition from the paraelectric to the ferroelectric phase is accompanied by the dislocation-induced formation of a dipole-glass-type intermediate phase at the temperatures exceeding that of the phase transition.  相似文献
