A Note on Geometric Structures of Linear Ordered Orthogonal Arrays and (T,M,S)-Nets of Low Strength

The equivalent geometrical configurations of linear ordered orthogonal arrays are determined when their strengths are 3 and 4. Existence of such geometrical configurations is investigated. They are also useful in the study of (T, M, S)-nets.     

防紫外线伞ATR-OMNI采样器的FTIR分析

本实验使用OMNI采样器，直接对伞面内外进行单反射ATR的分析，快速、简便、不破坏样品，得到分辨率很好的红外图谱，再配合红外谱库的谱图检索，可以分别得到匹配率95％以上的尼龙－6和聚酯型聚氨酯的分析结果。     

Luttinger liquid with asymmetric dispersion

We present an extension of the Tomonaga-Luttinger model in which left and right-moving particles have different Fermi velocities. We derive expressions for one-particle Green's functions, momentum-distributions, density of states, charge compressibility and conductivity as functions of both the velocity difference ε and the strength of the interaction β. This allows us to identify a novel restricted region in the parameter space in which the system keeps the main features of a Luttinger liquid but with an unusual behavior of the density of states and the static charge compressibility κ. In particular κ diverges on the boundary of the restricted region, indicating the occurrence of a phase transition. 一类Narcissistic反应过渡态的优化

我们对一类narcissistic 反应XCH_2-CH_2Y→[过渡态TS]→YCH_2—CH_2X (1)进行了研究,结果表明其过渡态能在对称性限制下由能量极小化方法较容易地给出. 采用IMSPAK分子轨道从头算程序,在IBM VM/370计算机系统上用STO—3G极小基组以平衡几何构型的能量梯度优化方法,在对称性限制下对反应(1)的几种反应体系的过渡态构型进行了优化,其结果列于表1.     

Developing a hybrid emulsion polymerization system to synthesize Fe3O4/polystyrene latexes with narrow size distribution and high magnetite content

A hybrid emulsion polymerization was formulated for synthesizing Fe₃O₄/polystyrene composite latex. This system, containing binary droplets that are magnetic (Mag)‐droplets with a diameter of 100–200 nm and styrene (St)‐droplets with a diameter of 3–4 μm, was obtained by mixing Mag‐miniemulsion and St‐macroemulsion. With extremely low surfactants concentration (?critical micelle concentration, CMC), the nucleated loci are selectively controlled in the Mag‐droplets, as the result of smaller droplet size and larger surface ratio. Both water‐soluble potassium persulfate (KPS) and oil‐soluble 2,2′‐azobis(2‐isobutyronitrile) was adopted to initiate the polymerization. In the presence of KPS, magnetic polystyrene latices with particles size of 60–200 nm, narrow size distribution, and high magnetite content (86 wt % measured by TGA) were attained successfully. The synthesized magnetic Fe₃O_4/polystyrene latices assembled into well‐ordered hexagonal structure in the surface of a carbon supported copper grid. The influence of various parameters on various aspects of the as‐synthesized Fe₃O₄/polystyrene was investigated in detail: type of initiator on composite morphology, feed ratio of Mag‐miniemulsion and St‐macroemulsion on magnetite content, and hydrophobic agent or amount of surfactant on size and size distribution. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A combined mixed and discontinuous Galerkin method for compressible miscible displacement problem in porous media

In this paper, we present a numerical scheme for solving the coupled system of compressible miscible displacement problem in porous media. The flow equation is solved by the mixed finite element method, and the transport equation is approximated by a discontinuous Galerkin method. The scheme is continuous in time and a priori hp error estimates is presented.     

Frequency-stabilized semimonolithic frequency doubler with high output power

We present a semimonolithic frequency-doubler from 1080 to 540 nm with 80% doubling efficiency and up to 849-mW output power of green light.     

Some results on fractionaln-factor-critical graphs

A simple graphG is said to be fractionaln-factor-critical if after deleting anyn vertices the remaining subgraph still has a fractional perfect matching. For fractionaln-factor-criticality, in this paper, one necessary and sufficient condition, and three sufficient conditions related to maximum matching, complete closure are given.     

稀有衰变B0(Bs)→γv(-v)分支比的计算

在标准模型中,三体稀有衰变B0(Bs)→γv(-v)只有通过箱图和企鹅图才可以发生.这个过程对于确定B介子的衰变常数及其波函数有着较重要的物理意义,由于这些衰变道的分支比较小,因此也是探测新物理理论的比较好的场所.利用B介子强衰变确定的波函数,得到B0(Bs)→γv(-v)的分支比的数量级是10-9(10-8),这些结果可以在未来的实验上得到检验.
