Different ratios of methane/air in the low power arc discharges assisted methane combustion were studied at atmospheric pressure. Plasma emission spectroscopy was recorded by an optical emission spectrometer. The possible physical and chemical reaction process and mechanisms were discussed. With a plasma in the on or off state, the physical appearances of the methane combustion flame were observed and compared, the temperature of the flame in the main combustion zone was investigated. The gas compositions of CH4, CO and O2 were analyzed by the gas chromatography and flue gas analyzer. The results showed that when plasma was in the on state, the temperature of flame increased and the combustion efficiency enhanced in stable combustion due to decrease of CH4, CO and O2; the combustion enhancement was more obvious at low ratio of methane/air; the rich combustion limits in terms of the ratio of methane/air was extended from 16% to 21%.  相似文献

A new mathematical model and frontal analysis were used to characterize the binding behavior of caffeic acid to human serum albumin (HSA) based on high‐performance affinity chromatography. The experiments were carried out by injecting various mole amounts of the drug onto an immobilized HSA column. They indicated that caffeic acid has only one type of binding site to HSA on which the association constant was 2.75 × 104/m . The number of the binding site involving the interaction between caffeic acid and HSA was 69 nm . The data obtained by the frontal analysis appeared to present the same results for both the association constant and the number of binding sites. This new model based on the relationship between the mole amounts of injection and capacity factors assists understanding of drug–protein interaction. Self-repair is nature''s way of protecting living organisms. However, most single cells are inherently less capable of self-repairing, which greatly limits their wide applications. Here, we present a self-assembly approach to create a nanoshell around the cell surface using nanoporous biohybrid aggregates. The biohybrid shells present self-repairing behaviour, resulting in high activity and extended viability of the encapsulated cells (eukaryotic and prokaryotic cells) in harsh micro-environments, such as under UV radiation, natural toxin invasion, high-light radiation and abrupt pH-value changes. Furthermore, an interaction mechanism is proposed and studied, which is successful to guide design and synthesis of self-repairing biohybrid shells using different bioactive molecules.  相似文献
