An automatic photometric method to increase the precision of measurement is proposed, which is based on the injection of a very small volume of sample by rotary valve and the subsequent homogeneous mixing in a small reaction cell made of glass of the sample with a color-developing reagent gradually delivered by a syringe piston pump until the absorbance of the mixture approaches 0.434, where the lowest relative error in the concentration locates. This photometric method is characteristic of uniformly high precision, low sample and reagent consumption, and high sampling rate of 30 samples per h. The other advantages of this method include easy calibration with only one standard solution and no strict requirements on photometric components. While applied for the determination of cobalt ranging from 0.21 to 1.43 g 1(-1), the relative standard deviations are all below 0.4%. 相似文献

The title compound, [Cu2(C2H3O2)4(C11H9N)2] or [Cu2(MeCO2)4(phpy)2] (phpy is 4‐phenylpyridine), consists of centrosymmetric dimers in which the CuII atoms display a square‐pyramidal CuO4N coordination, with four acetate O atoms in the basal plane [Cu—O 1.975 (3)–1.987 (3) Å] and the phpy N atom in the apical position [Cu—N 2.150 (3) Å]. The Cu atoms are 2.654 (1) Å apart and are bridged by four acetate groups. The discrete dimers are extended into a three‐dimensional supramolecular array through intermolecular π–π‐stacking interactions. 相似文献

Four new podocarpane‐type trinorditerpenenes, (5β,10α)‐12,13‐dihydroxypodocarpa‐8,11,13‐trien‐3‐one ( 1 ), (5β,10α)‐12‐hydroxy‐13‐methoxypodocarpa‐8,11,13‐trien‐3‐one ( 2 ), (5β,10α)‐13‐hydroxy‐12‐methoxypodocarpa‐8,11,13‐trien‐3‐one ( 3 ), and (3α,5β,10α)‐13‐methoxypodocarpa‐8,11,13‐triene‐3,12‐diol ( 4 ), together with four known diterpenes, 12‐hydroxy‐13‐methylpodocarpa‐8,11,13‐trien‐3‐one ( 5 ), spruceanol ( 6 ), ent‐3α‐hydroxypimara‐8(14),15‐dien‐12‐one ( 7 ), and ent‐3β,14α‐hydroxypimara‐7,9(11),15‐triene‐12‐one ( 8 ), were isolated from the twigs and leaves of Aleurites moluccana. Their structures were elucidated by means of comprehensive spectroscopic analyses, including NMR and MS. Except 8 , all compounds were evaluated for their cytotoxicity; compound 4 exhibited moderate inhibitory activity against Raji cells with an IC50 value of 4.24 μg/ml. 相似文献

运用从头计算法,在HF/6-31G^*水平下,全优化计算了7种硝氨四唑衍生物的分子几何和电子结构。结果表明,标题物的四唑环近似为平面构型;2H式中性分子的芳香性大于相应的1H式异构体。5-硝氨-1H四唑分子内氢键使硝氨基与环共面;其余标题物中硝氨基与环垂直。不同水平下的总能量计算表明,标题物中电子相关效应显著;1H式中性分子较2H式的能量高,5-硝氨四唑负离子在三个负离子中最稳定。根据电荷分布阐明了四唑环质子化位置和标题物与金属的配位方式。此外还计算了各标题物的红外光谱及热力学性质。 相似文献

A new pyrenemethylamine substituted l-Boc-tyrosine derivative was synthesized and characterized. UV-vis, FL, CD, and light scattering experiments proved that the chiral molecules were able to self-assemble for formation of new aggregate structure. The 2‐hydroxybenzamide and 2‐(aminocarbonyl)phenolate moieties attached to the two ends of the C—C—N—C—C backbone adopt a cis conformation in relation to this backbone. All N‐ and O‐bound H atoms are involved in hydrogen‐bond formation; the zwitterions are first linked into head‐to‐tail dimers, which are further organized into a two‐dimensional network parallel to the crystallographic bc plane. 相似文献

Cerium-doped mesoporous TiO2 nanoparticles with high surface area and thermal stable anatase wall were synthesized via hydrothermal process in a cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB)/Ti(SO4)2/Ce(NO3)4/H2O system. The obtained materials were characterized by XRD, FESEM, HRTEM, FTIR spectroscopy, nitrogen adsorption and DRS spectra. Experimental results indicated that the doping of cerium not only increased the surface area of mesoporous TiO2 nanoparticles, but also inhibited the mesopores collapse and the anatase-to-rutile phase transformation. Moreover, the undoped, doped anatase mesoporous nanoparticles exhibit higher photocatalytic activity than commercial photocatalyst (Degussa, P25), but the maximum photodegradation rate corresponds to the undoped mesoporous TiO2 nanoparticles. The lower photocatalytic activities of cerium-doped samples compared with undoped one may be ascribed to that the doped cerium partially blocks titania's surface sites available for the photodegradation and absorption of Rhodamine B (RB). 相似文献
