室温熔盐二(三氟甲基磺酸酰)亚胺锂-尿素体系的分子动力学模拟

应用分子动力学模拟了25 ℃和50 ℃时新型室温熔盐二(三氟甲基磺酸酰)亚胺锂[LiN(SO2CF3)2, LiTFSI]与尿素(摩尔比为1:3.6)体系的结构与动力学性质. 在两个温度下体系的微观结构基本相同, Li+的配位数约为5, 且都是与溶剂和阴离子中的氧原子发生配位. 对TFSI-的研究表明, 每个TFSI-只提供四个氧中的一个与Li+配位; 而且在Li+的配位层中, TFSI-具有顺、反和gauche 等不同的构象, 并且不同构象出现的几率会随着温度的改变而改变.     

Photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue on Fe3+-doped TiO2 nanoparticles under visible light irradiation

Fe³⁺-doped TiO₂ composite nanoparticles with different doping amounts were successfully synthesized using sol-gel method and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and ultravioletvisible spectroscopy (UV-Vis) diffuse reflectance spectra (DRS). The photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue was used as a model reaction to evaluate the photocatalytic activity of Fe³⁺/TiO₂ nanoparticles under visible light irradiation. The influence of doping amount of Fe³⁺ (ω: 0.00%–3.00%) on photocatalytic activities of TiO₂ was investigated. Results show that the size of Fe³⁺/TiO₂ particles decreases with the increase of the amount of Fe³⁺ and their absorption spectra are broaden and absorption intensities are also increased. Doping Fe³⁺ can control the conversion of TiO₂ from anatase to rutile. The doping amount of Fe³⁺ remarkably affects the activity of the catalyst, and the optimum efficiency occurs at about the doping amount of 0.3%. 1,3-二烯基-1,1,3,3-四甲基二硅氧烷/苯乙烯共聚合的环化率与竞聚率

对１３０℃下１，３ 二烯基 １，１，３，３ 四甲基二硅氧烷（ＤＶＤＳ）／苯乙烯（Ｓｔ）的溶液环化共聚合动力学进行了研究．根据低转化率（＜１０％）的共聚物组成及环状结构比例，通过参数估计方法，求得环化率与竞聚率，分别为ｒ１＝０１０２、ｒ２＝３４８、ｒｃ＝００２１０、Ｋｃ＝３８１ｍｏｌ／Ｌ、Ｋ′ｃ＝０３８９ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，同时得到它们９５％置信概率的联合置信区间及其交互影响的联合置信区间．表明ＤＶＤＳ的反应活性较Ｓｔ低，其非环状结构自由基具有较强的分子内环化反应能力；环的位阻效应使环状结构ＤＶＤＳ自由基的活性低于其非环状结构自由基．     

铜膜差分脉冲阳极溶出伏安法测定药物中铋的含量

研究了铜膜电极代替汞膜电极测定重金属铋的差分脉冲溶出伏安法。实验了同位镀膜法测定铋的条件。在最佳实验条件下,Bi3+浓度在5×10-8~2×10-5mol/L范围内,其溶出峰峰高与浓度呈线性关系,检出限达到1×10-8mol/L。测定了一些药物中铋的含量,结果准确。     

Synthesis and Insulin—sensitizing Activity of a Series of 2—Benzyl—1,3—dicarbonyl Derivatives

A series of 2-benzyl-1,3-dicabonyl derivatives was synthesized.Their insulin-sensitizing activity was evaluated in 3T3-L1 preadipocyte cells.Compounds3,26 and 27 were found to possess strong insulin-sensitizing activity in vitro and were selected for further hypoglycemic evaluation in vivo.     

Study on open tubular capillary affinity liquid chromatography

A novel mode of affinity chromatography (AC) based on an open tubular capillary column (OTAC) is demonstrated. The OTAC column is prepared by immobilizing Cibacron blue F3GA onto the inner surface of a 50-microm-i.d. capillary column. The AC experiment is performed on a capillary electrophoresis instrument by using its pressure system as the driving force. Bovine serum albumin and lysozyme (Lys) are successfully separated with stepwise gradient elution. The relative standard deviation (RSD) for the elution time of the retained Lys is 0.08%, and good repeatability of its peak area and peak height with an RSD value lower than 2.12% for 10 consecutive runs is observed. The loading capacity and detection limit for the retained Lys are approximately 36 ng and 8.6 ng, respectively. It is also found that the amount of protein adsorbed is unaffected by the flow rate of the loading buffer, and OTAC can be used for the fast determination of biopolymers. Some of the advantages of OTAC over conventional modes of open tubular capillary liquid chromatography are that the detection sensitivity and loading capacity of a sample can be greatly improved, because the relatively large inner diameter of the capillary can be adopted and the whole capillary column can be used to adsorb the solute in OTAC.     

Preparation of Y2Ba4Cu7O15-δ Superconductor without High Oxygen Pressure

The synthesis of bulk Y₂Ba₄Cu₇O_15-δ superconductor at atmospheric oxygen pressure via solid state sintering is reported. Temperature ranging from 860 to 890 °C as well as time interval over 2 to 15 days were used to investigate the formation of the Y₂Ba₄Cu₇O_15-δ phase. A time-temperature profile characterizing the conditions for the preparation of Y₂Ba₄Cu₇O_15-δ phase suggests the optimal condition to be sintering at 890 °C for over 10 days. Detailed results of X-ray diffraction, electrical resistivity, iodometric titration and magnetization measurements are described.     

Four new triterpene glycosides from Thalictrum squarrosum

Four new triterpene glycosides were isolated from the dried aerial parts of Thalictrum squarrosum (Ranunculaceae). They were designated as squarroside I, being a cycloartane-type glycoside, and squarrosides II, III and IV, being oleanene-type glycosides. Their structures were established by using two dimensional (2D) NMR techniques.     

仪器分析测试技术信息化教学探索与实践

针对高职学生的特点，以仪器分析测试技术课程实训教学为例，按照课前布置学习任务，学生翻转课堂学习，"教、学、做"一体化课堂教学，课后复习巩固的形式，开展信息化教学的探索与实践，并对信息化教学的效果和存在的问题进行了分析。通过信息化教学改革，仪器分析测试技术课程突破了传统教学时空的限制，激发了学生学习的兴趣，构建了"学生主体、教师主导"的教学新模式，提高了课堂教学效果，对推动高职课堂信息化教学的改革具有一定的借鉴意义。
