Synthesis of nitrogenous heterocycles of a new type by cyclocooligomerization of 1,3-dienes with furfuraldimines in the presence of nickel complexes

Mechanism of tee cyclooligomerization of butadiene in the presence of low-valence nickel complexes

Conclusions The kinetic behavior of the cyclooligomerization of butadiene on the Ni(acac)_a-(C₂H₅O)Al(C₂H₅)₂ catalytic system was studied and the most likely kinetic model for this process was proposed.Translated from Izvestiya Akademii Nauk SSSR, Seriya Khimicheskaya, No. 7, pp. 1509–1515, July, 1980.     

Selective hydroxylation of diamantane with 2,3,4,5,6-pentafluoroperbenzoic acid in the presence of molibdenum complexes

Oxidation of diamantane with 2,3,4,5,6-pentafluoroperbenzoic acid catalyzed with complexes MoO(O₂)·2QOH, MoO(O₂)(H₂O)₂ proceeds selectively affording diamantan-1-ol and diamantan-1-yl 2,3,4,5,6-pentafluorobenzoate.     

Synthesis of N-aryl-hexaoxazadispiroalkanes using lanthanide catalysts

An efficient method was developed for the synthesis of N-arylhexaoxazadispiroalkanes by the ring transformation of heptaoxadispiroalkanes with arylamines in the presence of lanthanide salts as catalysts.     

Oxidative skeletal rearrangement of bicyclo[4.2.2]deca-2,4,7,9-tetraenes to bicyclo[4.3.1]deca-2,4,8-triene-7,10-diols and study of the antitumor activity of the products in vitro

Bicyclo[4.3.1]deca-2,4,8-triene-7,10-diols were synthesized in 76–85% yields by oxidative skeletal isomerization of the substituted bicyclo[4.2.2]deca-2,4,7,9-tetraenes of various structures on treatment with m-chloroperbenzoic acid. The structures of the obtained bicyclic unsaturated diols were reliably proven by modern spectral methods and X-ray diffraction. A high antitumor activity in vitro was found for bicyclo[4.3.1]deca-2,4,8-triene-7,10-diols against the Jurkat, K562, U937 and HL-60 tumor cell lines.     

Average decay rate constants and excitation energies for metal clusters sputtered by SF<Stack> <Subscript>5</Subscript> <Superscript>+</Superscript> </Stack> and inert gas ions

Results from a comparative SIMS study of the fragmentation of metal clusters sputtered with atomic Xe⁺ and molecular SF₅⁺ ions are presented. It is shown that the average decay rate constants and, hence, the excitation energies of clusters of the same stoichiometry do not depend on the type of bombarding ions.
