A hydrophobic 96‐well multiplate was incubated with aqueous poly(uridine 5′‐p‐styrenesulfonate) (PUSS). Analysis of the PUSS‐coated surface indicated that the surface incubated at higher polymer concentration (50 mg·mL–1) was hydrophilic while the surface incubated at lower polymer concentration (1 mg·mL–1) was hydrophobic. Adhesion of 3T3‐L1, which has GalTase on the cell membrane, on the hydrophobic PUSS‐coated surface was greater than on the non‐coated surface. 3T3‐L1 adhesion on the hydrophilic PUSS‐coated surface was even greater. On the other hand, the adhesion of HeLa cells, which did not show GalTase on the cell membrane, on the hydrophilic surface was quite weak. It may well be said that the 3T3‐L1 adhesion on the hydrophilic PUSS‐coated surface was GalTase‐mediated. 相似文献

To develop low-cost and efficient dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs), we designed and prepared three homoleptic Cu(I) complexes with asymmetric ligands, M1, M2, and Y3, which have the advantages of heteroleptic-type complexes and compensate for their synthetic challenges. The three copper(I) complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, UV-vis absorption spectroscopy, and electrochemical measurements. Their absorption spectra and orbital energies were evaluated and are discussed in the context of TD-DFT calculations. The complexes have high VOC values (0.48, 0.60, and 0.66 V for M1, M2, and Y3, respectively) which are similar to previously reported copper(I) dyes with symmetric ligands, although their energy conversion efficiencies are relatively low (0.17, 0.64, and 2.66%, respectively). 相似文献

Useful chiral building blocks such as 1,2-diols can be obtained by the enantioselective ring opening of achiral epoxides with oxygen nucleophiles. The ring opening is carried out effectively (up to 94 % ee) with 4-methoxyphenol and catalytic amounts of gallium complexes. Sulfondiimines are diaza-analogues of sulfones with a chiral sulfur center. Compared to sulfones and sulfoximines, their synthesis and transformations have so far been studied to a lesser extent. Here, we report the enantioselective synthesis of 1,2-benzothiazine 1-imines, i.e., cyclic sulfondiimine derivatives from sulfondiimines and sulfoxonium ylides via C−H alkylation/cyclization reactions. The combination of [Ru(p-cymene)Cl2]2 and a newly developed chiral spiro carboxylic acid is key to achieving high enantioselectivity. 相似文献

Herein, we report visible light-promoted single nickel catalysis for diverse carbon–heteroatom couplings under mild conditions. This mild, general, and robust method to couple diverse nitrogen, oxygen, and sulfur nucleophiles with aryl(heteroaryl)/alkenyl iodides/bromides exhibits a wide functional group tolerance and is applicable to late-stage modification of pharmaceuticals and natural products. On the base of preliminary mechanistic studies, a NiI/NiIII cycle via the generation of active NiI complexes that appear from homolysis of NiII−I rather than NiII−aryl bond was tentatively proposed. 相似文献
