A reduced form of polyaniline has been shown to induce direct arylation of an arenediazonium salt with an arene (Gomberg–Bachmann reaction) to give the cross‐coupling product in moderate to good yields under mild conditions. Various arenediazonium salts and arenes, including heteroarenes such as furans, thiophenes, and pyrroles, are employed for the reaction. The most favorable combination of substrates is an electron‐poor arenediazonium salt with an electron‐rich heteroarene. Investigation of the mechanism by reactions with radical scavengers and experiments on kinetic isotope effects indicated the occurrence of a radical chain reaction initiated by one‐electron reduction of an arenediazonium salt by the polyaniline. Only 1 mol % (based on aniline tetramer) of the polyaniline is required for the cross‐coupling reaction to occur. This reaction proceeds under metal‐free conditions and with no need for photonic activation.  相似文献

Catechol estrogen-derived DNA adducts are formed as a result of the reaction of catechol estrogen metabolites (e.g., catechol estrogen quinones) with DNA to form depurinating adducts. Developing a new methodology for the detection of various DNA adducts is essential for medical diagnostics, and to this end, we demonstrate the applicability of on-chip capillary electrophoresis with an integrated electrochemical system for the separation and amperometric detection of various catechol estrogen-derived DNA adducts. A hybrid PDMS/glass microchip with in-channel amperometric detection interfaced with in situ palladium decoupler is utilized and presented. The influence of buffer additives along with the effect of the separation voltage on the resolving power of the microchip is discussed. Calibration plots were constructed in the range 0.4–10 μM with r 2 ≥ 0.999, and detection limits in the attomole range are reported. These results suggest that on-chip analysis is applicable for analyzing various DNA adducts as potential biomarkers for future medical diagnostics.  相似文献

(Imido)vanadium(V) complexes have attracted much attention because of their potential applications as catalysts. Compared with oxo ligands, imido ligands can possess a substituent on the imido nitrogen so that the steric and electronic characters of the metal center are considered to be controlled by the properties of the nitrogen substituent. In such a sense, the design of the imido ligands is envisioned to be one of the key factors in the development of efficient catalysts. Furthermore, architectural control of transition metal-directed assembly to create organized nanostructures is of importance for advanced materials. 1-Phenylcyclopentadiene fused with two homoadamantene units at the 2,3- and 4,5-positions (4) was deprotonated with KH to lead to the quantitative formation of the corresponding cyclopentadienyl (Cp) anion 3(-). This anion was oxidized by AgCl to afford an orange crystalline solid consisting of Cp radical 3(?) and cyclopentadiene 4. The ESR spectrum in hexane exhibited approximately 15 lines, demonstrating that the two homoadamantene frameworks were equivalent and that the C1-C2(Ph)-C3 moiety of the five-membered ring formed a symmetrical allyl-like radical in agreement with the prediction by DFT calculation. The reaction of the Cp radical 3(?) with an oxygen molecule in the presence of Ag(+)SbF(6)(-) afforded the SbF(6)(-) salt of a phenylpyrylium ion annelated with two homoadamantene frameworks (8(+)SbF(6)(-)).  相似文献

Oxosumanenes were synthesized through benzylic oxidation. The electronic and redox properties were revealed to exhibit the expanded π-conjugation compared to sumanene. Single-crystal X-ray analysis of monooxosumanene showed columnar π-stacking in a concave-convex fashion. The acute toxicity of methylarsonic acid, CH3AsO(OH)2 (MAA), dimethylarsininc acid, (CH3)2AsO(OH) (DMAA), and trimethylarsine oxide, (CH3)3AsO (TMAO), were examined in mice with oral administration. The LD50 values of MAA, DMAA and TMAO were 1.8, 1.2 and 10.6 g kg?1 respectively. The toxicity of MAA and DMAA was very much lower than that for inorganic arsenic compounds. It was shown that TMAO has a similar acute toxicity to arsenobetaine. On the other hand, when the mice were administered 14.4 g kg?1 of TMAO once only orally, a garlic-like odor (trimethylarsine, (CH3)3As) was definitely detectable in the exhalation of the animals by the human olfactory sense within about a few minutes.  相似文献
